For me this place is underrated. If you are OK with staying in a vintage hotel, the price/service ratio is actually very convenient. The breakfast was good, the staff super kind and I am definitely considering coming back again as a base for visiting Tuscany.

Small and clean rooms. The host is a very friendly and cheerful lady. The hotel has an elevator and small front porch. The breakfast was ok, a little bit too much sweet stuff. The walls are quite thin so you can hear the traffic and neighbours quite clear. Overall and compared to the price it was a good stay.

We stayed in the room 226 during 3 nights in mid July 2022. As a whole, it was a pleasant stay in Villa Rita. The room was comfortable to stay for two people, it equipped with an air conditionner, a fridge, a fan (though it didn't freeze much). The bathroom was also spacious. There was a large mirror as well, there were cupboards. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The garbage was cleaned...

I've read all the bad comments before, but they turned out completely false in our case. The staff was nice and friendly, especially those who work in the restaurant. One night our train was cancelled and didn't make it back on time for dinner, but once we called, they prepared diner for us and took it to our room. By the way the food was amazing! Location is close to train station which makes it a perfect base to explore the region by train. The breakfast was varied and very good. Lots of sweets but also healthier alternatives. Pool area is nice too. Room was quite simple and a bit dated. However, considering the price, Hotel Villa Rita, provides excellent value.

We came to the hotel for a Groupon deal at the restaurant for Florentine steak. The guy in reception at the hotel wasn't exactly polite and sort of gestured that we had to go downstairs to get to the restaurant. Three stars of benevolent sufficiency. Central location but away from the busiest areas. Withdrawn and discreet. However, not all the rooms appeared to me to be of the same level. Slightly aged furnishings. The glazed veranda is nice. Food with many ups and downs. Better breakfast. Room too small when fully booked. However, the staff is very kind and available to solve problems.

This is a great hotel! We stayed here for four nights in January. The room was very small, but it was sufficient. The only problem was the hotel had control of our thermostat, so even when we turned it up to the maximum temperature allowed, they turned it down again. Love this hotel! We used it as a base for a five night stay, to travel around Pisa, Tuscanny, Florence and Chinque Terre. Staff is friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was outstanding! A lot of choices for every taste! Even fresh made juice of your choice. Rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely recommend it!

I was there for 5 nights. The room has two single beds. The bathroom was a little bit small as well the room. There were a balcony. The breakfast was fine either the lunch and the dinner. The receptionist was friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and near the center.

This is a 4• hotel mainly I think because of the great spa and massage facilities. The hotel itself feels like a seaside resort hotel and the bedroom was very ordinary. The two pools look large in the photos but are in fact quite small and were cold in September as was the outside jacuzzi so virtually unusable. The restaurant was acceptable but not outstanding. The Hotel needs renovating, other than that, it's good

A little bit disappointed at this four star hotel. The basic amenities are there but the service and the ambience is at best three star ; anyone looking for a four star accommodation would be greatly disappointed.

This hotel is a good base for exploring Tuscany. The staff were polite and friendly. However in my opinion this is not worthy of a 4 star rating. It was pretty basic, thin towels, no robes, we just had bare walls in a small room. This is a 3 star hotel in my opinion. It’s fine but if you like luxury then you need to go elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful. However, the shower cabin was narrow and uncomfortable. Slippers, toothbrush and shaving kit are not provided at all which is surprising and uncomfortable for a 4* hotel. I didn't like breakfasts, what they do with eggs is unappetizing.

Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. We had rooms with balconies which was lovely. However, the local bars were very noisy across the street.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, everything was clean. However, the temperature was off in the room. The bathroom was freezing, even though there was a radiator in there. Also, the wifi signal was terrible. All in all, our experience was good, but could be better.
