This is a lovely holiday let, set in the Truscan countryside. Pisa to the Wet, and Florence to the East are under an hour's drive away.

Excellent location in the heart of Tuscany, peaceful and very nice surroundings, beautiful garden. The swimming pool with a view to olive orchard. The room we had was really nice and clean, the bathroom also. The location was great if you had a car, there was a big parking space in front of the house. We also really liked the big pool, so all the guests could enjoy without bothering one another. The garden was wonderful, full of big trees and bushes.

We found a refurbished traditional house with spacious rooms and modern amenities and comforts. The abundant breakfast and all the services Located in a central area but in a quiet time. Accessible within walking distance of the most characteristic historical and tourist sites of the Tuscany region. We were welcomed in terms of quality and warmth.

Very basic hotel, very basic breakfast, small rooms with no amenities like water heater or fridge but they have AC, nice bathroom, good location, rooms get cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen. Receptionist could try to greet people every now and then, but all in all ok

Rooms are old but clean. Electric plugs don't work so it's hard to charge cell phone. Food is plain but there is plenty of it.

For me this place is underrated. If you are OK with staying in a vintage hotel, the price/service ratio is actually very convenient. The breakfast was good, the staff super kind and I am definitely considering coming back again as a base for visiting Tuscany.

I had a single room which was small, clean with a single bed. There was a fridge and TV. No kettle so take your own if you like a cuppa. Continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Shops are not far away and you can get a funicular to Montecatini Alto which is lovely. Enjoyed plenty of ice cream.
