Have been here for almost two weeks in May 2022 with wife and son (10y). Lovely runned agriturismo by two sisters and dad working in the garden, pool and playing music :) Contact was very smooth via email and whatsapp. Apartment was fuly equiped with tv, dishwasher and above all Excellent WIFI. We could easily stream TV, video conferencing and playing games. Haven seen such good internet in Italy...

The accomodation has a very nice garden and surroundings, but apartment has old furniture and is not very clean.

My husband and I stayed for a week at the beginning of October. This was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed on vacation ever. Right off the bat, when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and even provided an upgrade to an apartment. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. We had full access to heating and ac. The breakfast is 8 euros per person but in our opinion, definitely worth trying...

The rooms are too cold during the winter time but the lady is so kind

Hotel in the center of the village. You seem to sleep in your grandmother's room for dated furniture. The rooms are clean and spacious. On the stairs a strange smell of soup. For one night it can be a valid solution given the low cost, but no more. Breakfast not included in the overnight stay is in no way proposed by the owner.

We only stayed for one night. Convenient because it is right on the square and has a private parking, kind owner. But it is still an old-fashioned and old-fashioned hotel in sanitary furnishings etc .. a bit pricey, but on the other hand it is in the center. Breakfast is not included, for a fee there is a cup of coffee with some packaged Briosch. Don't stay there, just for quick overnight stays.

We recently spent two weeks at the end of May at this delightful hotel. Authentic family run hotel. One of the best kept secrets in San Gimignano . Beautiful gardens, great location, delicious food friendly helpful staff. A lovely charming and old fashioned feel. A definite 10/10. Thank you to all the staff who made our first time in Tuscany a wonderful experience .

This resort has a rich breakfast and a large swimming pool, which is very suitable for summer vacation. From the observation deck, you can see the small town of San Gimignano, which is known as the "City of a Hundred Towers". It is about 2 kilometers away on foot.

Good walking distance from the historical San Gimignano sites. The room was always clean and the staffs were very friendly. The iconic towers are visible from the hotel pool side.

We did not try the restaurant for lunch or dinner but the breakfast was abundant and with various products, the price was good and it is located quite close to the center of certaldo. And half an hour from San Gimignano.

Like all of the reviews available this property overall was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side and could do with a paint: however the rooms are still comfortable. I had a room with a balcony and it was amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset from there. The staff were all kind and helpful and the communal areas and breakfast area were great. Nice hotel in the heart of this fabulous town. We had a room with a shared veranda, which had a fantastic view over the town and local countryside. This is a lovely family hotel surrounded by vineyards and amazing views. It is tranquil, bus stop right outside so we could reach it without a car. The staff is amazing! Everyone were so kind, especially the owner Donatella. There are plenty of parking spaces. It is a distance from the town. The courtyard on the first floor is quite large, but there are still problems with insects. I killed four mosquito-like insects in one night, although they did not bite people...

The hotel is in Chianti, surrounded by vineyards, and the scenery should be more beautiful in autumn. There are many villages with nice scenery within dozens of kilometers. We enjoyed this amazing hotel near San Gimignano. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel has a shuttle that takes you to San Gimignano if you don’t want to worry about finding parking. There’s also a Michelin Star restaurant on-site, which serves delicious Tuscan food for a decent price. The owner and his family are great people and We will definitely be back soon!

We had a great time for one night discovering Volterra. The property is located just outside the walls of the village, about 6 minutes on foot and about 3 minutes from the Conad market, convenient for any need. Very interesting accommodation with nice service. The rooms and the whole place looks so vintage, that makes me fell in love with it immediately! The rooms are kind of a maze with very sweet paints on the walls around. If you want to feel the real Italian spirit in the center of an Italian fortress this is the right place!

A story... My daughter and I have been planning our trip to Italy for well over a year. Upon arrival in Volterra, we come to find out accommodation is closed, no warning, no telephone calls. We were stranded, and saw the sign for the Albergo Etruria, and went in to see if maybe they might have space for us for two nights. Cheap place in the center. The courtesy of the owners contrasts with a place that is certainly not fabulous. There is no breakfast and parking is also missing, but if you leave the car only for the night, there is no problem because the paid parking starts at 9.00 in the morning.

The town above the hotel , Volterra is beautiful and commands 360 deg views across the neighbouring country side. The hotel itself was somewhat of a disappointment . It looks if the pandemic has had an effect. The decor both inside and out is in need of re-decoration and extensive maintenance needs...

My only complaint is the height of the bath is very high and as the shower screen us is fixed it is very hard to get in and out.

Spent 3 wonderful days there on arrival and on the way home. Giorgio went out of his way to look after us, so friendly and kind. The whole property is magical. The pool, the beautiful garden and the fine breakfast. In the meantime we were able to safely leave our car and trailer in the parking lot. We'll be back to continue exploring the area on motorbikes.
