Overall, I had a mediocre stay at this hotel, nothing too fancy. I appreciate the rooftop terrace view of the Mount Vesuvius. Breakfast are okay, enough to get the day started. Bathroom is small especially the shower room, it is so claustrophobic inside. The sink is outside the bathroom which I find a bit inconvenient and tedious (I am aware that this type of layout is common in Italy). But I wish the description on your website of the room specify this and show an actual image. If this hotel wants to be upgraded to a great hotel (currently, a mediocre hotel), I feel they need to add some basic amenities such as:
1. FREE water station so guest can refill their water bottle, what a revolutionary idea! One of the staff suggested to me to just use the tap water sink 😭😂 (I’m sure it’s clean and safe to drink, but I prefer filtered water). As a courtesy, at least give your guest a FREE water bottle. I feel this hotel is so stingy and cheap!
2. Add a mini fridge in the room.
3. Add a laundry service, as a traveler, this is essential.
4. Most importantly, hire a very informed and enthusiastic* receptionist staff who should know Naples inside and out. I asked one of the staff (night shift guy) what time the Metro closed, he said 11PM. For your information, to the staff who gave the wrong information, the Metro Line 1 closes at 10PM! I was at the Museo Station and it was already closed by 10PM. (*Some of your staff looks unhappy. I feel they should smile more and should be greeting all guests with such enthusiasm at all times. Little things matter, especially in hospitality business.)

The hotel itself was nice but our room was not good. We had the room in the corner on the first floor (108) and it was just super loud even at night. I know Naples is a loud city but it felt like we were sleeping on the streets even though the windows were closed. Also the smell from the kebab restaurant below the room got into the room, even when the windows were closed, which was very unpleasant. And the sink in the bathroom had a very bad smell coming out the drain. But it was very close to the train station and the city Centre which is nice.

Very reasonable hotel. Would be more of a 3.5 star review. The good points: incredibly convenient location just up the road from the train station. Walking distance to the harbour and other Naples sites. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to rest after a long day with some drinks and snacks. Checkin was a breeze and the hotel is very reasonably priced.

Things that could be better; the rooms are clean and comfortable, however, the bathroom door was hard to shut, and the toilet was positioned next to the sink which made it a little bit narrow to access. The window was difficult to open as it struck the curtain rail. Overall, the fit and finish of the hotel could use some refining.

However, this is still a good hotel for travellers on a budget

Good location, friendly staff, nice terrace, clean rooms and comfy beds.
Only one very slow lift which causes a lot of delays. Breakfast is a free for all, with no logic to the queueing and often not many options left to choose from.
No towel drying rail so lots of soggy towels.

The B&B, located right next to Garibaldi station, offers very spacious and functional rooms for a budget hotel. The rooms facing the courtyard are very quiet but dark. The cleanliness is impeccable, but the beds are very hard and the pillows are made of simple foam. Overall OK.
The breakfast buffet offers everything you need. Unfortunately, the breakfast room is much too small, so you have to queue for 10 minutes even at 7:00 a.m. The cleanliness of the dishes could be improved.

Stayed over for a few days on a football trip, it's well priced, clean and close to the station. Perfect if you just want somewhere to sleep while you go out exploring. Would definitely stay here again. Must add the hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is renovated and looks great. Rooms are big, clean and comfy but lack a fridge, and the matresses could be better. The windows do a great job blocking the noise from outside. The location is great, a few blocks from Napoli Centrale. The area is really dirty, seedy and chaotic. But almost all of Naples is, so... yeah. You have to go up some steps to get to the elevators, so bear that in mind.

27 degrees is too hot to comfortably sleep, the air conditioning would not get the room colder then 27 and it powered bown every 4 hours durong the night even though you could set it to 18. It's a shame because otherwise the location to the train, subway and buses and views of mt. Vesuvius were amazing. If you are staying not in the summer this place would be 5 stars for the price.

Hotel would rate 5 stars EXCEPT FOR their baggage storage for the day. The front desk informed me the hotel could store our baggage the next day (while we went to Pompeii). That morning the front desk added that our baggage would be in an unlocked room up stairs that anyone could go into! Obviously completely unacceptable. I have ALWAYS had hotels willing to store our luggage for the day after checking out and felt it was safe. We had 5 carry-on sized luggage and one 25 inch spinner- it cost $85 at the train station for the 10 hours of storage.

Super clean, spacious room and friendly/helpful staff. Well priced and very close to the central train station (5min walk), but that does mean it's a little further from the tourist areas (15-20min walk to the duomo, etc). I would definitely recommend this hotel, just keep in mind it's not gonna be right in the middle of the main part of the city
