Incredible service. It almost becomes a friendship with the owner of this hotel when you stay here. Can be the rooms are well used. But that doesn’t matter when you meet the staff.. if you come to Napoli then I hope for you that there is a room free for you here… grazie mil

Shower got mold.
The hotel do not change towels.
Toilet paper are not replaced when it is almost finished.
Staff are friendly but most of the time they're not at the desk.
I am not sure that this Hotel will be my first choice.

The location is not bad, it's a 10 minute walk from Naples Central Station. The surrounding area is a little dark, so it's a little scary at night. The rooms are clean and the amenities are sufficient, so there are no problems.

Have lived in Italy for 22 years and it was my first time in Naples to pick up a rescue dog. Just a one night stay.I chose this place for the value for money and I am so glad I did. The rooms were big enough for a couple (and a small dog) with a comfortable bed, boiler (for tea if you want) and with a balcony. For breakefast you can go to the rooftop and eat in or on the terrace and the people running the place we sooooo nice. The were really sweet to the newly adopted dog, they offerd my partner as much food without gluten as possible (celiac), and even offered to open a whole bag of bread just for him. Caffé Napolitano is the best in the world btw. The breakfast spread was great. The staff working the morning breakfast area were authentically friendly and super hospitable. If you're into going out at night for a pizza or something you're only a couple hundred meters from a bunch of different locali, You're just a 15 min. walk from the central station which is the right distance. If I ever make it back to Naples, I'd definitely stay there again.

We stayed here twice before and after a Mediterranean cruise. Rooms are small and basic but don't need more than that because basically there to sleep. Tiny balcony off the room so you could enjoy some fresh air and the view. Near the cruise terminal. Took us about 20 minutes to walk there after we got back from our cruise. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived near midnight because we had some changes in flights due to delays and missed flight. I contacted them by email and told them we would be late and they waited for us to arrive. To return home we had to leave for the airport at 3:30 am and they called the night before and arranged a taxi to pick us up the next morning. Breakfast was awesome with fruit, yoghourt, breads and buns, pastries and even some days boiled eggs. Maybe not in the nicest neighborhood but we never had any issues. See how the normal people live. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The room I booked was under repair, and they arranged me a suite not far away. All is well but there is no Wi-Fi

We loved this place. We were pleasantly surprised by this stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The breakfast had an assortment of pastries, fruit, yogurt and cereals. Coffee was made to order using their espresso machine.

One disappointment was the description said they had self service laundry available and they did not we had to take it to a laundromat 5 minutes away.

Funny smelling room. No bar, though acceptable room in every other way, and friendly receptionists no reception rooms.
