We stayed at the Royal Continental Napoli for five nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff—reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams—were extremely polite, professional, and attentive. The view of the Bay of Naples from the hotel was stunning, and the breakfast service was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options.Overall, it was a fantastic...
Kind of an underwhelming experience. Much better looking hotels in the area for the same price range, chose location blindly. The perfect comparison is a communist hotel in romania renovated a decade ago. You get what you need, service was very nice. Breakfast was ok but we've had much much better at four star hotels. Nothing inherently wrong but won't be staying there again.
Centrally located, excellent view from room balcony. Spacious rooms with beautiful scented toiletries. Only 1 flaw was the TV had no service until we requested it and there was only 1 channel in English that after 1 movie the service was lost 🙄 😑. Continental Breakfast was good.
Room was very clean and spacious. We had a beautiful water view. Staff was very attentive to all our needs. I highly recommend them.
I recently stayed at the Royal Continental Hotel in Naples, and my overall experience was positive. The location is superb, offering a spectacular view of the waterfront, and the breakfast was very nice. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated, with a crooked TV. On the morning of my stay, the hot water wasn’t working, so I had to take a cold shower. Thankfully, when I mentioned it to the front desk...
We had a wonderful few days here. Hotel is stylish and comfortable, though slightly dated. Staff were 100% helpful and helped us have a smooth visit. Pool is very nice, though a little small by modern standards. It’s free to use but you have to reserve a time in person on the day or for the next day. If you’re going out you can also call them to book. The location is extremely beautiful for an evening...

I had an incredible stay at NH Napoli Panorama! The room was fantastic – spacious, clean, and offering a spectacular view of the city that made waking up each morning a true delight. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day. But the real highlight of our stay was the staff. From the guest relations...
Hotel is located in amazing place at the heart of city. Its easy to reach everywhere by walking distance. Rooms are very clean and they have amazing views. Breakfast offers nice and delicious food giving variety of options to eat. Finally and most importantly, hotel staff are very friendly. I would like to extend my gratitude to them, especially Rosamaria for her smiling face
The single room was very small. Especially considering the rate per night, it provides very low value for money. The hotel is kind of outdated. I checked in online one day before arrival, but this was totally neglected, and I got another room. Breakfast place is very noisy and has a 'cold' atmosphere. Variety in food is good. Personnel taking care of cleaning was very friendly.
The hostess , Rosemarie, in the restaurant is fantastic! She had a smile on her face always. She brought me decaf espresso coffee because I am not allowed to have caffeine. She also brought us a couple of delicious sweets. She had a wonderful personality. You are lucky to have her work for NH.
The hotel was okay. The location is perfect. The room cleaning service was so-so. Claudia at the front desk was really great! However, what makes this hotel an unforgettable experience is the level of genuine care and hospitality that Pietro provides at the bar at the main lobby. Dude really made it an unforgettable experience, and treated my mom as if it was his mom. If you talk to him he’ll tell...
Beautiful place, all inclusive. Full of vibrant workers and hard workers. However, I do suggest that the mood down at reception needs to be mildly evaluated as some clients were not treated the same as me. The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious. Overall amazing experience!!!

Stayed here for three weeks for work. Very nice hotel and breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Horrible location if want to walk around and see Naples. You can walk but it will take you about 2 miles to get anywhere interesting and the sidewalks are not good. It’s a 15 minutes walk to the metro or about 45 minute walk for dinner. If you want to eat here at Holiday Inn, it’s not bad but maybe a little...
Actually more far away from Naples than it seems, but still OK (40min walk). Room is good, shower is OKish. One comment, we came back to the hotel at 22pm, 4 customers in line at the reception. 1 employee doing her job. 1 employee chitchatting with a woman with a chihuahua for 10 minutes while customers are waiting, not very pleasant. Breakfast is super good.
Hotel Reception. Can get busy, very quickly but the staff are hard working and will do their best to accommodate any needs. I would encourage anyone who doesn’t carry cash with them to ensure when asking reception for a taxi to confirm the driver can take card payment. Baggage keep beyond the stay is available and super efficient for fast travellers like me. Room. Lucky enough to have been upgraded...
We enjoyed our stay. Clean and modern room. The staff at reception really helped us out when we arrived, and they were so friendly. The restaurant on site is super handy, the pizza is great.
The area around the hotel is a little rough around the edges. It is a very big hotel. We stayed for 1 night before returning to the UK. There is parking available, you can reserve for €17 per 24 hours. The food in the bistro is excellent and reasonably priced. I would recommend the prawns, steak and pistachio pudding. Breakfast has lots of choice. Despite being such a big hotel it didn't seem overly...
The breakfast at 10 Euros person per day was very good. Staff was friendly. Great view from room. Nothing nearby is open Sunday evening; we had wonderful spaghetti at the hotel bar. The only negative is the outrageous volume of trash in the plaza in front of the hotel.

Upgraded to a corner suite for a weekend away with my daughter, the hotel wowed us. From a strong welcome on check in, to a stunning room and bathroom (huge and white marble throughout) to the room top bar. Service was incredible. Breakfast very good (a lot of cake). One of the top hotels I’ve stayed at; comparable to The Ritz in London. Thank you.
A very nice hotel with a great rooftop bar that has spectacular views of the city, Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Our room was very comfortable with a peek of the marina from our Juliette balcony. Walking distance from cafe's, restaurants and bars while away for the hustle and bustle of the city center - which is only a few minutes ride away or walkable if you're up for it. Special thanks to Rita...
I only had a drink on the rooftop, and the view is absolutely stunning. The staff were very attentive. I can only imagine the fine dining in the restaurant is exceptional, especially with the head chef being recognized by the Michelin Guide. Enjoy the drinks, food, and view!
Receptionists were very helpful, they organized a great private tour to Amalfi coast. At breakfast the view was fantastic. I loved the location, close to the walking street.
The hotel is really impressive. The view from a rooftop bar is simply amazing. The staff is very friendly and kind. If you are looking for a place to chill and relax far away from the busy streets but still close to the city center I would recommend you this hotel. Location is great!
Not a guest -came for a drink. Beautiful 10th floor rooftop bar. Nice selection of cocktails and bottled beer. Serve complimentary snacks. Impeccable service. Would definitely return and perhaps even stay as a guest next time.

After a long day of travel this nice hotel is right next to the train station. The staff was great, rooms were large, and they got us a taxi for 21 euros to the airport in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when connecting through Naples.
We chose this hotel for a weekend stay in Naples and don’t regret it at all. Our room was spacious and clean, as were the common areas like the lounge. Despite being close to the central station, our room was very quiet. The location is convenient for getting around, especially if you're planning to visit sites outside Naples by train. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast. If we return to Naples,...
Booked as a last-minute getaway with my partner, this hotel turned out to be a delightful surprise. Hotel location was perfect for us given that it was the meeting point for multiple day trips we had planned. It was also right across the street from the train station. Rooms were ok overall. I might consider staying...
Strategically located at the train station. If you can avoid this area, do it! It is extremely dirty, and the surroundings are the opposite of great. The hotel is mediocre. We had a great stay. The superior room was very comfortable, the bathroom is huge, plenty of space to manage suitcases and there’s also a kettle which is nice to have. The place and the location is perfect. The view from the hotel is everything, and the staff were friendly. Stayed there for 5 nights and the only problem was with the breakfast. It was the same menu during the entire stay period. However, it was a great experience overall. ~ I Recommend.
It was not fault of the hotel but water was sometime missing and sometime brown (not their fault), wifi field absolutely unacceptable (their fault) and internet absolutely unacceptable (fault of the provider, TIM). The place is wonderful, the view is overwhelming and the town that was not capable to consistently provide clean water, provided superb food at a reasonable price with a 5* service in the...
We took a room with a view of the Vesuvius and it was definitely worth the money. The concierge were all helpful even though most of them struggled with English. Breathless! Fantastic hotel. Great rooms, and customer service. The location is enchanting. Magical view of the sea and the Vesuvius. Tres Chic.
The hotel itself definitely used to be a good one..back in the days. Now some general renovation could help. The terrace view where to have breakfast thou is really nice.

Great location right near via Toledo. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was nice and good. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. The hotel was clean overall, but found dust on the floor. There were stains on some of the furnitures.
A wonderful place to stay. If you have a chance to meet Anna and Paola at the bar, they were very accommodating and helpful. Great people, great personalities and represented the hotel and Napoli well. The location of the hotel made it easy to walk to anywhere we wanted to go to. Not a very clean lobby, nor was the staff very helpful. We booked last minute for a one day stop in Nepoli and we thought it would be ok, considering it's a 4 star. I'd say 3 at best considering the AC barely worked, and the WiFi didn't at all. The room, however, was clean.

Clean and modern hotel. Good breakfast. Clean modern rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Great location which felt safe at night (that’s a big call for Naples!), about 10 minutes to the palace. We were also lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a junior suite when checking in, which was a nice bonus.

Solid Mercure Hotel, room size okay, clean, bathroom rather small. Rooms facing the street can hear traffic noise all night long. The airport bus - Alibus has its stop 5 minutes walk away at the harbor. Don't change to the metro at the main station as the Google route planner suggests, it's unnecessary and takes longer. Just drive through to the end of the bus line.
Small sparse rooms. Lots of road noise. A/C in rooms is okay. Not a typical mercure. Pricey for what you get. It is close to the port and to the metro. Service is nice and polite.
Having stayed in so many hotels in the past couple of years. Accor needs to buck up on their hotel quality and service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location near metro station and port. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as the piazza with shopping. OK for rooms and breakfast. Older rooms that have been patched up. For the price, there may be better options available.
If you are a guest at the hotel on a beautiful sunny day, what you won't easily forget is the rich breakfast served on the large terrace with a view of the port and the Maschio Angioino. Overall, I had a mediocre stay at this hotel, nothing too fancy. I appreciate the rooftop terrace view of the Mount Vesuvius. Breakfast are okay, enough to get the day started. Bathroom is small especially the shower room, it is so claustrophobic inside. The hotel itself was nice but our room was not good. We had the room in the corner on the first floor (108) and it was just super loud even at night. The B&B, located right next to Garibaldi station, offers very spacious and functional rooms for a budget hotel. The rooms facing the courtyard are very quiet but dark. We first came here on a romantic impulse about 14-15 years ago. Trina’s inaugural visit to Italy. (Nine months later we had our first child…) The hotel remains as good now as then. I can see why some people might be taken aback: it’s up a hill; there is little contemporary chic; there are a few quirks depending on how many guests are staying… Yet the hotel is splendid. The views from the hotel are outstanding, and the hotel has retained a lot of the history from when it was a monastery. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate. It's easy to get down to the main areas in Naples. If you can't manage the climb back up, there's always the funicular.
Excellent service and stay here. Beautiful views overlooking Napoli and the entire bay. The rooms are a bit older but it is a very historic building and it has all modern amenitiesyou would expect. The reception was fantastic, and Jon Carlo, who helped us with our bags and car, was exceptionally wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They serve a continental breakfast, good variety and everything is tasty. The best part is the rooftop garden at night, where you can get a drink, appetizers, and enjoy the view. The hotel is located within walking distance of the old town area, metro, and there are a lot of cafes...
Our room was mesmerising! The waiter who worked in the restaurant on the top floor was very friendly. The food and drinks were not high quality but certainly tasty. The TV in our room had Netflix! This certainly came in handy when it was raining in Naples. Unfortunately, the hotel was located in a somewhat "criminal" area, but close to public transport.

Eclectic. That's the best way to describe this location. A three minute walk from the train station through a makeshift homeless encampment with beds and all. The street is dirty and not well lit at night either. The hotel itself has a lovely front and appears to be a top notch establishment. Then you enter and find the strangest collection of art and knick knacks. Our hall was decorated as if it was...
My husband and I spend one night at Grand hotel Europa and we were pleasantly surprised! The price was more than reasonable and the room was lovely, clean and large. Most of the staff was very kind and serviceminded, especially Gino who was serving breakfast. The neighborhood seems a little rough, but inside Grand hotel Europa it seems safe though.
Really good hotel especially for the price. The rooms are good and situated in a convenient location. The restaurant at the hotel serves very good quality food although when you order a main from the 2nd course menu be prepared to only get what is described (I.e if you order the meatballs that's all you will get etc.)
The hotel is well located near the central station as a stopover, with good connectivity to the Metro and buses. However, the part of town is very busy with traffic, and the surrounding area is really average. In terms of hotel itself, we had booked for a family room - which came with a single bed, and a bunk bed. The room was road-facing, which meant there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the...
We stayed in February and got fairly inexpensive rates. We wanted somewhere close to the train station as we were only there for one evening, and this hotel is directly across the street from the train. Not the safest part of town to stay in, and certainly doesn't quiet down at night (that's Naples for you) but we felt safe enough as the hotel is really big. The hotel itself was adequate, but nothing...
The staff is very professional and extremely helpful. It is close to central train station and so easy to access to different part of Italy. I love the breakfast too. There are staff to serve you breakfast, and guests just have to point to the staff what you want on the buffet spread table.

Nice place inside, renovated in 2020. Very comfortable and quiet even though a block from the street action. Nice sitting area/Garden outside. One of the only places with free parking. Neighborhood is pretty bad, but safe

Looked much better on the pictures than in reality, sauna is not going higher than 60C, mosquitoes everywhere, but good sleep and clean room. ... staff not the best but I guess they tried their best.
Everything is perfect. Just what I expected. Friendly and helpful staff, ready to satisfy your needs and give advice on places to visit in beautiful Naples. Very clean room and hotel, and above all, a very kind lady who takes care of breakfasts. Hearty and good breakfast. I recommend room 106 to everyone, wonderful for a rest. I will definitely come back! 😻😻😻
Excellent place to visit Naples historical sites! Very clean, friendly staff and incredible terrace with the garden 👍

Great hotel a 6 minute walk to the airport .straight out the back door into the airport .the hotel was clean, bright , with shampoo ,soap .body cream shower hat, and a shaving kit .
Its not a 4star hotel for this price. Problem with shower head and water draining. It seems no one looks after those problems. You pay for location wich is very good if you have early flight.
All of you haters are crazy. This is a good hotel. Location good news and bad news: right next to airport, good. Lots of plane noise and iffy neighborhood, bad. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is great, but make sure it's included or you will pay 10 euros per person.
This hotel looks to be in a rough area, but behind the doors is a great hotel with very good rooms. It also has great value food if you book it with the room. Great location for the airport. A great night in a great wee hotel.
The Hotel is located near the Airport, about 5min walk! Clean but small rooms, which is okay! But there is a dog punt just on the hotel property an the dog tents do bark all the night long!
Very convenient as the hotel is nearly inside the airport with possibility to access from rent car parking. Quite cheap but good hotel and clean.
