Very comfortable room and excellent service in a great location - sadly we only had a day in Naples but there's a lot to explore and the Hotel is very well located for the Spanish Quarter, Royal Palace and central Naples. Breakfast on the roof was a highlight.

After spending 8 nights in a very mediocre hotel in another Italian city, this hotel was a delightfully positive contrast. Fresh and modern, good size room and bathroom, great location and breakfast. Wouldn't want anything more. Added bonus for me is a proper armchair for relaxing and planning the day, not just the bed.

We stayed here in March. Friendly service, great location. The rooms and view makes you feel like a vip. Walk through the hotel, you'll get lost but you'll see wonderful pieces of the buildings history. If I have to make a point of criticism, breakfast could be better. But then again, if you look outside of the breakfast room, all is forgotten.

I would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Napoli. The views are amazing on the terrace, 7th floor, and in most of the rooms themselves. Excellent hotel and great staff who are really accommodating. The room is clean everyday by housekeeping. The only thing that was annoying was that I had no internet in my room or the whole floor for that matter which has been broken for 5 nights which was my entire stay. I definitely would return and the internet is not a deal breaker and is just one of those things which is a very small issue.

Lovely boutique hotel right in the centre of the old town in Naples so perfectly located for exploring narrow cobbled streets, museums, finding Italian food. We received a warm welcome from helpful staff. The roof terrace has great views over Naples, out to Vesuvius and across the bay.

Great hotel a 6 minute walk to the airport .straight out the back door into the airport .the hotel was clean, bright , with shampoo ,soap .body cream shower hat, and a shaving kit .

Its not a 4star hotel for this price. Problem with shower head and water draining. It seems no one looks after those problems. You pay for location wich is very good if you have early flight.

The Hotel is located near the Airport, about 5min walk! Clean but small rooms, which is okay! But there is a dog punt just on the hotel property an the dog tents do bark all the night long!

Adorable hotel in an amazing neighborhood! I'm so glad we stayed here, we were able to walk to the water and to great shopping. We had a delicious dinner two doors down at Umbertos, shopped across the street at a local market, and enjoyed strolling the quaint and safe cobblestone streets. A great spot!

Lovely hotel, which is located little outside of the hectic Napoli. It is directly in a train station, so connection to city center and other attractions like Pompeii is easy. The team is extremely helpful and offers perfect service. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection of high quality food. I recommend the short walk down to the promenade and Pizzeria 50 Kalo.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is good. However the room was very small and all fixtures starting to look worn and old. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and pillows very lumpy.

Fabulous staff, helping store our bags, giving us a map and directions before check in time. Helping with late night munchies and printing our boarding passes. They are brilliant. Theres a fridge and a sowing kit in the room too and a lovely balcony that lights up at night. Loved it. Just a couple of minor repairs in the bathroom needed.

Was ok for the price. We only stayed one night and the hotels close proximity to the train station was ideal for our onward trip from Naples. The rooms were clean enough, but very tired, as was the whole hotel. Nothing very wrong. The bed was two doubles pushed together and one was firmer than the other. Was clean. A good amount of street noise comes in and they could use some sound proofing. Good location and staff was responsive. Was worried about security before going but once there, not so much. Wifi was a bit slow. Pretty good value all things considered. Not bad for a few nights of staying in Napoli. Clean enough but if you're picky you won't like it. Very basic breakfast. Convenient distance (about 5-6 minutes of walking) to the nearest metro station (Dante station).

Although not much to look at, the rooms are comfortable, and well maintained. It's in the heart of Naples, just off one of the main streets, so extremely convenient, with restaurants literally just downstairs.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Furniture is a bit out-dated, but rooms are well equiped and have everything you need. Happy they offer a private parking property as well. And last but not least a great staff and delicious breakfast!

The most superb Hotel for those like my Wife and I who visited Naples for a few days whilst travelling around Italy. They look after you like you are family here, the owner even gave us a lift to the Airport. We had the best time. Highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Santa Brigida, it has a great location and the facilities in the room were great. That said, I could hear too much from outside the hotel and inside which meant that I was disappointed at how little sleep I got. Breakfast was good enough but it's a real pity that the breakfast area doesn't have a single window which would make all the difference.
