Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.

The service was great and responsible.  The food, however, despite its variety, is low quality.  The curtain does not work well.

It was a pleasant surprise to stay in a room that was one the original ‘museum rooms’. The furniture and the flooring were well preserved in the style of 1952- which we loved . We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Location was very good. Ver close to Napoli Centrale train station. Plenty of restaurants near hotel. We had two single beds joined together. One of the mattress was not so comfortable probably because of wear and tear, otherwise our stay would be more enjoyable. After a long day of travel this nice hotel is right next to the train station. The staff was great, rooms were large, and they got us a taxi for 21 euros to the airport in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when connecting through Naples.

Where do I start? Location: it's kind of in a business center, so on weekends it's dark and empty. There's really nothing to do around there. I have the hotel 2 stars since there is a metro station about 10 minutes away. Normally it's ok, but not when you carry luggage. The hotel is located in the Centro Direzionale district. There is a metro stop just 300m from the hotel. In some maps this station looks still under construction but it has been open some time ago and it works perfectly. From here with the metro you can reach the center of Naples in about 10 minutes. Stayed for one night between our Naples to Amalfi transfer and worked well. Very nice hotel on the inside. It is connected to the metro station(but we never used it, just took a taxi to where we needed to go) and a short 8min ride to the Naples Central train station. Rooms are large, modern, and quiet. Worked well for what we needed, but if you want to be more close to the city center this isn’t it

I did not enjoy the walk from station to hotel - rough crowd and filthy streets. The concierge could not tell me where to get a wine or meal from! The entire building is tired. No value for money here

The hotel is quoted dated, the furnishings are from the 80s. Having that said, the cleanliness is up to standard. The Wi-fi was working well and the condiments were generous. The breakfast was average but there was a good selection of sweet pastry. The bread was also good.

A large, clean room which must have been lovely in its day but for a 4 star hotel the room was in very poor decorative state. The hotel is perfectly positioned along the Bay of Naples. The first impression at the entrance is its elegance and warm, attentive staff. Our room overlooking the Bay was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed having a balcony to get fresh air and a closer look of the view.

Great hotel BUT poor to No wifi at our rooms and AC turns off after an hour when it detects no movement. Could not sleep well for two nights and problem was not fixed. next time will try the Romeo

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel. They have good service and are friendly and speak English. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food. There are taxis right outside and they have parking for 50€ a night.

This is an older hotel that looks and feels run down. It is best used for those who need to be near the train station. The receptionist over charged me for city tax for a  5 star hotel.  This is at best 3 stars and at the lower end of those. I expected more after having read the reviews. It was disappointing.

Location very close to Napoli Centrale train station .. while the neighborhood can be intimidating for first timer visiting Napoli… it’s pretty safe during my 4 day stays. Good as base if you exploring Napoli or doing day trips to Sorrento; Pompeii via the train or taking ferry to Capri; Amalfi coast via buses nearby to ferry port. Clean rooms and generally helpful front desk staff.

The location is OK, the floor is high, the window is small, but the view outside the window is good.

The hotel is in a good location and the main attractions are basically within walking distance. The breakfast is average and there are not many varieties. But overall it is satisfactory and recommended to stay

The room is large and well-equipped. The separate shower and bathtub design is great. The central air conditioning also works properly. There are four elevators operating at the same time. Although it shakes a little, it's not a big problem.

The hotel is very old, the quilt has yellow stains, the sound insulation is very poor, I was woken up twice by the sound of people talking upstairs, the only advantage is that the station exit can be directly connected to the hotel

Spacious room, well sound insulated (no street noise whatsoever), big bed. The view from the roof top is stunning, I will be posting pictures. The only thing I didn't particularly care was the included breakfast.

This hotel in Naples Italy. The building was built in the 1100s. The hotel is very convenient to reach, few minutes from the Napoli Central Train station. The 2 Metro lines are also very close so exploring the city becomes that much easier. We’ve stayed at Ibis hotels before but this was definitely the best and better equipped than other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip. Been to Napoli a few times and it's the first time I have stayed in Garibaldi. The Ibis was nice, but a couple of changes need to be made. There needs to be a fridge in the room, and the cleaning staff need to check that the bathroom is stocked well with toilet roll etc. That's not a criticism by any means, just a gentle suggestion. The hotel is close to the train station, about 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel room is quite large. There is only one quilt cover on the bed, and the quilt is in the cupboard. You can put it on yourself when you need it. The water at the door is basically empty in the afternoon when you return to the hotel for a few days, and the replenishment is not timely enough.

Nice hotel, close to the city centre, quite clean but not generous regarding soaps and shampoos. We had to ask more than once in order to have a proper shower! Also, there was only a shower with no wire, which rendered it extremely inconvenient for women to rinse their bodies!

The hotel was a 8 the staff a 10. It its not in the best neighborhood is semi industrial some small restaurants but they were always closed when I tried. In order to go any where by taxi it is expensive Airport 8 mins away 21€. Train station further away 11€.

My family and I had a great time at this property. We stayed for a concert, and it's right across the street from the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. Very quiet, we slept well, and the breakfast was quite varied. I highly recommend it.

I gave pure 5 star based on price/performance metric. It has a perfect location, very good rooms for 3 star hotel and ofcourse price. We arrive at the hotel without reservation, the staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel lobby and the room was very clean, modern bathroom, walking distance near the port. Stefania was kind and patience, as well as Massimo. Good variety in the breakfast, and the coffe excellent.
