Kind of an underwhelming experience. Much better looking hotels in the area for the same price range, chose location blindly. The perfect comparison is a communist hotel in romania renovated a decade ago. You get what you need, service was very nice. Breakfast was ok but we've had much much better at four star hotels. Nothing inherently wrong but won't be staying there again.

Centrally located, excellent view from room balcony. Spacious rooms with beautiful scented toiletries. Only 1 flaw was the TV had no service until we requested it and there was only 1 channel in English that after 1 movie the service was lost 🙄 😑. Continental Breakfast was good.

Stayed here for three weeks for work. Very nice hotel and breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Horrible location if want to walk around and see Naples. The single room was very small. Especially considering the rate per night, it provides very low value for money. The hotel is kind of outdated. I checked in online one day before arrival, but this was totally neglected, and I got another room. Breakfast place is very noisy and has a 'cold' atmosphere. Variety in food is good. Beautiful place, all inclusive. Full of vibrant workers and hard workers. However, I do suggest that the mood down at reception needs to be mildly evaluated as some clients were not treated the same as me. The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious. Overall amazing experience!!!

Someone please find a way to offer 10 stars!!! Had a nightmare flight arrive 4 hours late and couldn't get into our rental. At 3am their staff answered the phone and took fantastic care of us. We stayed on Sept 8-10th, 2022. Our room had a king bed with clean sheets and bathroom. Lobby was spacious and service was great. I can’t complain about the cleanliness and facility. Not a very clean lobby, nor was the staff very helpful. We booked last minute for a one day stop in Nepoli and we thought it would be ok, considering it's a 4 star. I'd say 3 at best considering the AC barely worked, and the WiFi didn't at all. The room, however, was clean.

We were sent here by buses after our United Airlines flight to Newark was cancelled. The staff responded amazingly after having a Boeing 767 dropped on them they gave us a great lunch while the rooms were prepared. The place could use a little TLC but so could my home. Taking us in showed bravery and they went out of the way to make us comfortable. Rooms are clean and tidy.

About 10 minutes walk from Naples Central Station It wasn't far, but it wasn't close either. It's on a street so it's quiet. I stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast. We were searching for the place where we can check in later (around or after midnight) and found this one to be centrally located and with good deal. The front desk staff were very approachable, and helpful. If road traffic disturbs you then this is not the place for you. I loved being in the city within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and Museum of Archeology. Room was basic, spacious and clean.

The hotel was stylish and tastefully decorated.Some of the facilities needed a screw tightening here and there but these minor observations pale into insignificance with the support I received from staff when my phone was stolen. Lovely people and I’d stay there again. Good value for money.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel. The Hotel location is right in City Center but behind a huge door and once you enter the Courtyard, it is quiet and charming. The location of the hotel is fantastic and closed to the main station. The room was fair and quite clean, can’t complain for a quick stay of a night or two. But it’s pretty small without any facilities and amenities, there are no teethbrush, toothpaste, fridge, flip flops, bottle water, kettle, tissues. Not convenient for tourists and not up to the standard of a normal hotel in Asia lol

Hotel room is big and clean. I like the accessibility of the location. Close to train stations, bus terminal and many choices of food to choose from. Take note the toiletries are not provided. I would highly recommend the Ibis at Napoli Garibaldi. Well-located, safe area near the train station with access to a shopping plaza. The hotel had everything I needed. It was modern, clean and so easy to stay in. I felt right at home even though I was travelling alone. The staff were personable and helpful.

This is a good place to stay for the night. It is well organised, friendly receptionists and free parking on the ground floor! There were some people loudly taking on the corridor but that's not the hotel's fault. You get free amenities such as soap, shampoo, shower caps. Overall good place to stay if you need location close toncity center and train station to communicate around areas by. Breakfast is nothing special just coffee, biscuits, pastry selection and the same option everyday with no alternatives.

Relatively close to the railway station, spacious room, quite clean. What was unpleasant - blue bedspread with stains, no blanket, in the morning until 8 the maids shouted very loudly in the corridor and woke up the whole floor, rattled carts, the window overlooks a small courtyard, the windows are open and there is strong audibility. Easy location but no heating or coffee facilities in room. Lumpy pillows bed ok. Breakfast one pastry & w drink in a bar 2 doors away. The coffee was cold & croissant was stale. They did serve cereal but did not provide bowls. No idea how they operate hotel breakfast

My room with terrace offered the most stunning views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The fine dining restaurant was beautiful, had fabulous service and delicious food. The views from the hotel are outstanding, and the hotel has retained a lot of the history from when it was a monastery. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate. It's easy to get down to the main areas in Naples. If you can't manage the climb back up, there's always the funicular.

Excellent service and stay here. Beautiful views overlooking Napoli and the entire bay. The rooms are a bit older but it is a very historic building and it has all modern amenitiesyou would expect. The reception was fantastic, and Jon Carlo, who helped us with our bags and car, was exceptionally wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed here in March. Friendly service, great location. The rooms and view makes you feel like a vip. Walk through the hotel, you'll get lost but you'll see wonderful pieces of the buildings history. If I have to make a point of criticism, breakfast could be better. But then again, if you look outside of the breakfast room, all is forgotten.

I would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Napoli. The views are amazing on the terrace, 7th floor, and in most of the rooms themselves. There is a pool which is nice, although it is small and closes every day at 5pm. Wish it was open slightly later, but you’re allowed to still hang around the pool after 5pm, just not it in.
