Stayed there for 6 nights. Overall it is not a bad hotel, clean and with very friendly staff. Although two issues are affecting my rank: Balcony. We switched our room to room with "balcony" (for additional EUR 25 per night) What we got had nothing to do with a "balcony" - see the photo. Happy Hour. The hotel offers "Happy hour" deal for EUR 9 in the hotel bar. But it is not a happy hour you usually...

The hotel room was very nice. No parking at the hotel even having the space for it, you need to park outside and its like 25 per day. The small restaurant inside is not worth it but breakfast is pretty fine. Location is very nice but next time I will stay more in the old town center.

The staff is really nice, you can leave your luggage in the reception and go run errands after you checked out. I extended one more night and I payed the same rate as the previous night. The location is good and I had a front view to the port. The room was very clean and bright. Breakfast was good and various. I was very happy

The hotel is located on the port which is super safe and a meter away from the ferries to go to the different island around. Also only 15-20 minutes away from the old town, the center and other cool areas! The crew is very very nice and professional! True 4* clean welcoming Hotel with nice and comfy well equipped climatized rooms and bathrooms. Great American style breakfast with loads of choises and very nice guy serving it. Bang for buck can't be beat. A little rough around the edges... But staff is great location perfect. It's like a hostel...but slightly better.

Overpriced hotel but all the ones in Napoli are. A room is basically very expensive while and apartment in Napoli costs 400€. The hotel in itself is fine, the price is still high for what it is but you have to compare it with other hotels to have a good opinion. Private room, with private bath and water boiler in the room. The staff is also nice and uncomplicated.

A simple hotel in a good location. Stayed in a single room with AC and shared bathroom and it was fine. Nice balcony to hang out in the evening. Good quiet windows / balcony doors that can be darkened. There is a fridge and microwave if needed. You have to walk 60 steps to get to the hotel. I could imagine coming back. Could be a little more cleaner, but for the price its okay. The people working there are very very nice and they helped us when we needed tips. Location has its plus and minus. Its very close to the Garibaldi station (the main station in Napoli) so you can get to anywhere fast but during the night the place is a little dodgy so I would avoid walking alone... but nevertheless nothing too bad:) Lots...

Pro: Value and price is okay. Near to station and city center. The pillows and blankets have good scent. Contra: The room was a bit cold. Too noisy because of the road. Far from historical town center.

The people who are running are very good. They were also very helpful and gave me places to go and see. The B&B is located in one of the old parts of italy with plenty to see.

We were in Naples for an autumn holiday. We stayed for one week at B&B Interno 10 Cavour. The B&B lies next to the old city center of Naples. It is a 5 minute walk in to the heart of old Naples which is stunning! The B&B is located on the third floor. It has a central area with kitchen where the host prepairs breakfast and where the guests can eat breakast. Is has four big rooms all with bathroom...

The interior design is not my style, but it is very personal. The rooms are very good, the location perfect for walking around the city, and the service perfect. The highlight is the restaurant. Although I have not had the chance to have dinner there, the breakfast and the view are superb.

Excellent hospitality, rooms, and amenities. Very modern. Great location too - near the city center and the port (from where you can leave for Capri and Amalfi). Overall I had a great stay and highly recommend.

Wonderful staff that went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel safe, special, and welcomed. Everyone from the front desk, housekeepers and especially the guys serving in the downstairs hotel bar were wonderful. Would recommend if you needed to stay in Naples. Also, very high tech with blinds that close via an IPAD, US plugs, and USB ports.

This hotel is amazing and would have been worth every penny IF the place hadn’t been under construction. The rooftop pool and restaurant were closed for renovations, plus there was a giant crane in front of my window. The breakfast food was amazing (and included) and the sauna/spa was as well (and well worth it!). There was no usable pool, just the spa (which closed kinda early for my extended usage...

The service here is absolutely incredible. The rooms are just ok. They have automated shades and blinds and a panel for the lights but nothing really worked. Couldn’t figure out how to turn off a lamp so I unplugged it. Wine list at the restaurant is extensive but massively overpriced. Very very kind staff though. Breakfast was great.

Only a one night stay but cannot say enough good things about the service and staff at this hotel. We were traveling with 3 kids and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was one of the best ever. Didn't love the decor, but it was trumped by the staff and attention to detail. Highly recco!

We had a wonderful few days here. Hotel is stylish and comfortable, though slightly dated. Staff were 100% helpful and helped us have a smooth visit. Pool is very nice, though a little small by modern standards. It’s free to use but you have to reserve a time in person on the day or for the next day. Excellent Hotel on the waterfront with views of Ovo Castle, Capri Island and Mount Vesuvius. Large Air Conditioned rooms with comfy bed, powerful hot shower and spacious. The Breakfast was amazing with everything you could think of to eat and fabulous staff. I totally recommend this place when visiting Naples.

Our room was mostly clean and neat accept of the balcony which had some cigaret buds and the shower had a little bit of mold. BUT! We can’t complain since we got a free upgrade and our room was cleaned and made daily! We had some troubles with the toilet on our third day but that was resolved with in 30 minutes! Lovely hotel with amazing views of the Mediterranean and the Castle. We had a balcony room for 3 of us and it was perfectly sized, huge bathroom, and sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset was magical. -free breakfast was incredible! -rooftop pool is salt water and requires a reservation, we never had an issue reserving and loved the retro style -The pool requires swim caps, no exceptions...

No-one to check in, didn’t see one person in our 2 day stay. Felt dusty and old. Hairdryer was botched and stuck on with brown tape in bathroom. Would work for a traveller but not quite a getaway stay for a couple. Average overall, not much care into room. This place is great! You have easy walking distance transport and sight seeing and the owner and staff is very friend and helpful. The room is nicely themed, clean, has TV, blow dryer, WiFi, balcony, in-room shower and everything is clean and tidy. I recommend this place whole heartedly

The two younger people working when we checked in we're very accommodating. We got into Naples earlier than expected and the woman hurried to get our room ready which we greatly appreciated. It's ok for a 3 stars hotel, but definetly not the best I stayed in. It's close to many attractions, has multiple bars and restaurants near by.

The hotel is placed next to the bus terminal and the way the airport is very easy and affordable. Also, there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel were you can eat. The rooms looked clean, but first time we entered the hotel, there was a strong mold smell that luckily, didn’t felt in our rooms

If you are looking for a budget hotel nearby Napoli station, Ideal hotel could be a good choice for you. It is walkable distance from the station and surrounded by restaurants and cafe. I only had a drink on the rooftop, and the view is absolutely stunning. The staff were very attentive. I can only imagine the fine dining in the restaurant is exceptional, especially with the head chef being recognized by the Michelin Guide. Enjoy the drinks, food, and view!

Not a guest -came for a drink. Beautiful 10th floor rooftop bar. Nice selection of cocktails and bottled beer. Serve complimentary snacks. Impeccable service. Would definitely return and perhaps even stay as a guest next time.

Fantastic hotel. We had a beautiful view of the Castello d'Ovo and the bay. The sheets, towels, bathrobes are all first rate. Room was spacious and a nice balcony. Service is the best. They really go out of their way to make the guests feel well cared for. Close enough to the busy old town but also far enough away. Santa Lucia neighborhood is really nice.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Having stayed in 100's of hotels across almost 50 countries, this is by far my favorite. First, the awesome view and location; a close second, the amazing, friendly staff; and third, the history and elegance. Wish I could give it 6 stars!

Lovely 4 night stay, perfect location. McFit gym was a pleasant surprise. Rooftop pool and restaurant were a great way to both prepare for and wind down for the day. Will come back if I find myself in Naples again. Highly recommend the vegan restaurant Green Mama on the same block as the hotel.

The rooms were very nice, the service was top notch and that rooftop hot tub was the best way to end a long day of travel. It is located between two metro train entrances so you can go downhill with luggage when arriving and departing. Super easy access to the rest of the city and some good restaurants nearby. Used our Marriott points to stay 6 nights in mid-April and had a great time. The best service/staff we’ve ever experienced, in all aspects: doormen, bellmen, front desk, restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop breakfast, rooms. Very friendly and efficient. The area around the hotel is a little rough around the edges. It is a very big hotel. We stayed for 1 night before returning to the UK. Perfect spot for a City Trip in Napoli, 10 minutes from the Central station with Train & Metro and the Alibus to get to & from the airport. It's just next to the historical centrum. Perfect for one day of walking in the city. The breakfast is perfect and the price is fair.
