We stayed at the Royal Continental Napoli for five nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff—reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams—were extremely polite, professional, and attentive. The view of the Bay of Naples from the hotel was stunning, and the breakfast service was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options.Overall, it was a fantastic...
Kind of an underwhelming experience. Much better looking hotels in the area for the same price range, chose location blindly. The perfect comparison is a communist hotel in romania renovated a decade ago. You get what you need, service was very nice. Breakfast was ok but we've had much much better at four star hotels. Nothing inherently wrong but won't be staying there again.
Centrally located, excellent view from room balcony. Spacious rooms with beautiful scented toiletries. Only 1 flaw was the TV had no service until we requested it and there was only 1 channel in English that after 1 movie the service was lost 🙄 😑. Continental Breakfast was good.
Room was very clean and spacious. We had a beautiful water view. Staff was very attentive to all our needs. I highly recommend them.
I recently stayed at the Royal Continental Hotel in Naples, and my overall experience was positive. The location is superb, offering a spectacular view of the waterfront, and the breakfast was very nice. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated, with a crooked TV. On the morning of my stay, the hot water wasn’t working, so I had to take a cold shower. Thankfully, when I mentioned it to the front desk...
We had a wonderful few days here. Hotel is stylish and comfortable, though slightly dated. Staff were 100% helpful and helped us have a smooth visit. Pool is very nice, though a little small by modern standards. It’s free to use but you have to reserve a time in person on the day or for the next day. If you’re going out you can also call them to book. The location is extremely beautiful for an evening...

I had an incredible stay at NH Napoli Panorama! The room was fantastic – spacious, clean, and offering a spectacular view of the city that made waking up each morning a true delight. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day. But the real highlight of our stay was the staff. From the guest relations...
Hotel is located in amazing place at the heart of city. Its easy to reach everywhere by walking distance. Rooms are very clean and they have amazing views. Breakfast offers nice and delicious food giving variety of options to eat. Finally and most importantly, hotel staff are very friendly. I would like to extend my gratitude to them, especially Rosamaria for her smiling face
The single room was very small. Especially considering the rate per night, it provides very low value for money. The hotel is kind of outdated. I checked in online one day before arrival, but this was totally neglected, and I got another room. Breakfast place is very noisy and has a 'cold' atmosphere. Variety in food is good. Personnel taking care of cleaning was very friendly.
The hostess , Rosemarie, in the restaurant is fantastic! She had a smile on her face always. She brought me decaf espresso coffee because I am not allowed to have caffeine. She also brought us a couple of delicious sweets. She had a wonderful personality. You are lucky to have her work for NH.
The hotel was okay. The location is perfect. The room cleaning service was so-so. Claudia at the front desk was really great! However, what makes this hotel an unforgettable experience is the level of genuine care and hospitality that Pietro provides at the bar at the main lobby. Dude really made it an unforgettable experience, and treated my mom as if it was his mom. If you talk to him he’ll tell...
Beautiful place, all inclusive. Full of vibrant workers and hard workers. However, I do suggest that the mood down at reception needs to be mildly evaluated as some clients were not treated the same as me. The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious. Overall amazing experience!!!

Stayed here for three weeks for work. Very nice hotel and breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Horrible location if want to walk around and see Naples. You can walk but it will take you about 2 miles to get anywhere interesting and the sidewalks are not good. It’s a 15 minutes walk to the metro or about 45 minute walk for dinner. If you want to eat here at Holiday Inn, it’s not bad but maybe a little...
Actually more far away from Naples than it seems, but still OK (40min walk). Room is good, shower is OKish. One comment, we came back to the hotel at 22pm, 4 customers in line at the reception. 1 employee doing her job. 1 employee chitchatting with a woman with a chihuahua for 10 minutes while customers are waiting, not very pleasant. Breakfast is super good.
Hotel Reception. Can get busy, very quickly but the staff are hard working and will do their best to accommodate any needs. I would encourage anyone who doesn’t carry cash with them to ensure when asking reception for a taxi to confirm the driver can take card payment. Baggage keep beyond the stay is available and super efficient for fast travellers like me. Room. Lucky enough to have been upgraded...
We enjoyed our stay. Clean and modern room. The staff at reception really helped us out when we arrived, and they were so friendly. The restaurant on site is super handy, the pizza is great.
The area around the hotel is a little rough around the edges. It is a very big hotel. We stayed for 1 night before returning to the UK. There is parking available, you can reserve for €17 per 24 hours. The food in the bistro is excellent and reasonably priced. I would recommend the prawns, steak and pistachio pudding. Breakfast has lots of choice. Despite being such a big hotel it didn't seem overly...
The breakfast at 10 Euros person per day was very good. Staff was friendly. Great view from room. Nothing nearby is open Sunday evening; we had wonderful spaghetti at the hotel bar. The only negative is the outrageous volume of trash in the plaza in front of the hotel.

We didn’t spend the night at the hotel; we immediately went up to the 6th floor to the Veritas restaurant. In any case, the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing, the classic style may be a little old, but that's part of its charm. Instead, Veritas is excellent as a location (breathtaking views of the city and sea), as a service (helpful, smiling and attentive staff) and as a food (two menus with...
Choosing this building as our wedding venue met all expectations. Although the welcome was unconventional - due to covid restrictions - we received the warmth and welcome we equally deserved. Excellent stay. One of the most beautiful place in Naples to enjoy a magnificent view. Close to everything you need nearby. Breakfast on the terrace and dinner at George’s Restaurant have been amazing! The room are very comfortable and the staff is really welcoming and ready to fulfill all your need. 5 stars well deserved!
After tying to decide between here and Romeo hotel we glad we went with our 2nd choice Nothing is too much for the staff , the views are amazing , breakfast on the balcony was a joy
Fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Parker's. The reception staff could not have been more helpful catering to any request we had, from ordering taxis to train tickets, recommending restaurants and making reservations, Grand Hotel is 5-star all day long. Typical big and modern hotel, not 100% maintaned efficient but is part of the Naples experience. Good position and close to the city centre.
Really tidy rooms, cozy as well! Lots of room! Our room was adjusted for wheelchair users so if you need those adjustments - you should be well taken care of. The entrance to the meal hall also had a ramp with a seemingly good incline but as I am not fit to give the assumption that it's proper for a wheelchair user, I will stop there. The elevator was rather small but can fit 4 and their suitcases...
The rooms were noticeably outdated, but that is about the sole drawback of this hotel. The location/neighborhood is very charming and a relief from the busier parts of Naples. The hotel staff was very accommodating and facilitated our travel on multiple occasions. We had the panoramic view and it was gorgeous.
An excellent place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, shower is powerful, towels are excellent quality and there is a minibar equipped with beer, soft drinks and snacks. Rooms are cleaned and towels and toilet rolls replaced every day (you can display ‘Do not disturb’ if you prefer) and the hotel is perfectly situated for all the local attractions.
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Exe Majestic. A Fabulous location to explore Naples, with lots of nearby shops, cafe's and restaurants. The staff were lovely, and the room was exactly what we needed with wonderful turn down service every day. We didn't opt for the breakfast but looked in one day and would say it's not worth the price, would recommend the lovely cafe next door called Ferrarelle.
For a Covid work trip, this hotel did a decent job providing a safe environment. My only complaints: the bizarre arrangement of electrical sockets in the room, with inadequate reading light for the bed, and the bathroom hosted some bad smell from the sink drain, periodically. Also, make sure you don't require laundry service. The neighborhood has none and the local delivery laundry charges by the item...

Modern amenities, views, great pool/bar area and the Spa/Fitness Center is the BEST I've ever seen in the world so far! Huge! Has everything & you feel like you're at the disco a bit too! Salt rooms, cold dip pool, sauna, steam, etc.
Beautiful hotel. Eco friendly, amazing artwork, delicious breakfast, close to downtown, Roof top bar with scenic views of Mt. Vesuvios, and super helpful staff. Great experience! Will definitely stay again!
My three-night stay at ROMEO Napoli in October of 2024 exceeded my expectations. Service was excellent. Great hotel with excellent location and amenities. However, it is expensive for a 4-star category. The view from the rooftop restaurant and spa is amazing. Breakfast is okay. The hotel is very clean, but the rooms are a bit dated. Additionally, there is no way to open the windows in the rooms, which causes poor air circulation and room dryness. What a wonderful hotel. First, it is in a great location. We walked virtually everywhere we wanted to go other than the airport and train station. The hotel have excellent location and marvelous view from the restaurant. During the breakfast you can enjoy your meal with a view of Mount Vesuvius and the Port of Naples. I was looking for a hotel with a pool in Naples prior to flying out the next day. Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by the location- was able to walk everywhere I wanted to that day. Lovely 4 night stay, perfect location. McFit gym was a pleasant surprise. Rooftop pool and restaurant were a great way to both prepare for and wind down for the day. Will come back if I find myself in Naples again. Highly recommend the vegan restaurant Green Mama on the same block as the hotel.
This review does not reflect the staff of this hotel, who consistently provide exceptional customer service. My issue lies with the hotel’s operations. Old warm charm, good service. 1960s decor but clean and charming (not shabby). We loved the big pool, which has a bar and snacks. The location up on a hill above Naples gets a breeze and it’s easy to park (though you are outside the city center). Upgraded to a corner suite for a weekend away with my daughter, the hotel wowed us. From a strong welcome on check in, to a stunning room and bathroom (huge and white marble throughout) to the room top bar. Service was incredible. Breakfast very good (a lot of cake). One of the top hotels I’ve stayed at; comparable to The Ritz in London. Thank you.
A very nice hotel with a great rooftop bar that has spectacular views of the city, Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Our room was very comfortable with a peek of the marina from our Juliette balcony. Walking distance from cafe's, restaurants and bars while away for the hustle and bustle of the city center - which is only a few minutes ride away or walkable if you're up for it. Special thanks to Rita...
I only had a drink on the rooftop, and the view is absolutely stunning. The staff were very attentive. I can only imagine the fine dining in the restaurant is exceptional, especially with the head chef being recognized by the Michelin Guide. Enjoy the drinks, food, and view!
Receptionists were very helpful, they organized a great private tour to Amalfi coast. At breakfast the view was fantastic. I loved the location, close to the walking street.
The hotel is really impressive. The view from a rooftop bar is simply amazing. The staff is very friendly and kind. If you are looking for a place to chill and relax far away from the busy streets but still close to the city center I would recommend you this hotel. Location is great!

Overall, I had a mediocre stay at this hotel, nothing too fancy. I appreciate the rooftop terrace view of the Mount Vesuvius. Breakfast are okay, enough to get the day started. Bathroom is small especially the shower room, it is so claustrophobic inside. The sink is outside the bathroom which I find a bit inconvenient and tedious (I am aware that this type of layout is common in Italy). But I wish...
The hotel itself was nice but our room was not good. We had the room in the corner on the first floor (108) and it was just super loud even at night. I know Naples is a loud city but it felt like we were sleeping on the streets even though the windows were closed. Also the smell from the kebab restaurant below the room got into the room, even when the windows were closed, which was very unpleasant...
Very reasonable hotel. Would be more of a 3.5 star review. The good points: incredibly convenient location just up the road from the train station. Checkin was a breeze and the hotel is very reasonably priced. Things that could be better; the rooms are...
Good location, friendly staff, nice terrace, clean rooms and comfy beds. Only one very slow lift which causes a lot of delays. Breakfast is a free for all, with no logic to the queueing and often not many options left to choose from. No towel drying rail so lots of soggy towels.
The B&B, located right next to Garibaldi station, offers very spacious and functional rooms for a budget hotel. The rooms facing the courtyard are very quiet but dark. The cleanliness is impeccable, but the beds are very hard and the pillows are made of simple foam. Overall OK. The breakfast buffet offers everything you need. Unfortunately, the breakfast room is much too small, so you have to queue...
The hotel is renovated and looks great. Rooms are big, clean and comfy but lack a fridge, and the matresses could be better. The windows do a great job blocking the noise from outside. The restaurant is especially great value with 2 types of tourist menus, meat or seafood. We had meat that started with amazing gnocchi in tasty cheese/tomatoes sauce. We first came here on a romantic impulse about 14-15 years ago. Trina’s inaugural visit to Italy. (Nine months later we had our first child…) The hotel remains as good now as then. The views from the hotel are outstanding, and the hotel has retained a lot of the history from when it was a monastery. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate. It's easy to get down to the main areas in Naples. If you can't manage the climb back up, there's always the funicular.
Excellent service and stay here. Beautiful views overlooking Napoli and the entire bay. The rooms are a bit older but it is a very historic building and it has all modern amenitiesyou would expect. The reception was fantastic, and Jon Carlo, who helped us with our bags and car, was exceptionally wonderful. I would definitely stay again.
We stayed here in March. Friendly service, great location. The rooms and view makes you feel like a vip. Walk through the hotel, you'll get lost but you'll see wonderful pieces of the buildings history. If I have to make a point of criticism, breakfast could be better. The hotel room was very nice. No parking at the hotel even having the space for it, you need to park outside and its like 25 per day. The small restaurant inside is not worth it but breakfast is pretty fine. Location is very nice but next time I will stay more in the old town center.

Great beds, great pillows. One of the cleanest rooms I've been in. Very busy hotel. Oasis in a grotty area. Loved our room 322 (twin double beds with balcony) Loved being able to take our own wine onto the fabulous roof 'lounge'. View was amazing. Staff friendly (when you could find them) Restaurant (photo of the 'soup') & breakfast so-so We walked up the hill to what we thought was an independent...
Enjoyed spacious, cool room. Food was delicious. Views from the roof terrace amazing. Would have given 5 stars except it felt like it was only just open for business. Seats outside were dirty. No sun shades were open. Seemed to have a shortage of ice. Local area was a little intimidating. Would recommend though.
The hotel itself is okay, perhaps 3 star will be more aligned with the amenities and overall quality. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and tidy. On the negative side, breakfast is quite simple, and the service could be friendlier. But the worst aspect is the location, too far away from the city centre.
We stayed here prior to flying from Naples Airport. Immaculately clean if a little dated. Staff were excellent and we enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff who are super kind and helpful, rooms are nice and clean, rooftop garden is a very nice place to have a beer and relax, breakfast was great. All in all, our stay at this hotel was wonderful and made our stay in Naples bearable (the city is not what we expected, very little tourist infrastructure and very hard to get around),
Nice, clean hotel. Located very close to main street. Very good breakfast. Good quality beds. Price very reasonable, high quality-cost ratio
Absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms were great and sound isolated from the street noise. The staff is next level! They are extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was in a great spot on top of the bldg and although small had everything you would want from a hotel breakfast, very high quality items. I will definitely book a stay here next time I am in town
Amazing hotel in the heart of Naples! We were able to wander the crazy/chaotic streets of Naples very easily from the hotel. Only 7 minutes from the train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by. The room and washroom were clean and very spacious with a nice seating area. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and very good, lots of options....
This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They serve a continental breakfast, good variety and everything is tasty. The best part is the rooftop garden at night, where you can get a drink, appetizers, and enjoy the view. The hotel is located within walking distance of the old town area, metro, and there are a lot of cafes...
Our room was mesmerising! The waiter who worked in the restaurant on the top floor was very friendly. The food and drinks were not high quality but certainly tasty. The TV in our room had Netflix! This certainly came in handy when it was raining in Naples. Unfortunately, the hotel was located in a somewhat "criminal" area, but close to public transport.

Eclectic. That's the best way to describe this location. A three minute walk from the train station through a makeshift homeless encampment with beds and all. The street is dirty and not well lit at night either. The hotel itself has a lovely front and appears to be a top notch establishment. Then you enter and find the strangest collection of art and knick knacks. Our hall was decorated as if it was...
My husband and I spend one night at Grand hotel Europa and we were pleasantly surprised! The price was more than reasonable and the room was lovely, clean and large. Most of the staff was very kind and serviceminded, especially Gino who was serving breakfast. The neighborhood seems a little rough, but inside Grand hotel Europa it seems safe though.
Really good hotel especially for the price. The rooms are good and situated in a convenient location. The restaurant at the hotel serves very good quality food although when you order a main from the 2nd course menu be prepared to only get what is described (I.e if you order the meatballs that's all you will get etc.)
The hotel is well located near the central station as a stopover, with good connectivity to the Metro and buses. However, the part of town is very busy with traffic, and the surrounding area is really average. In terms of hotel itself, we had booked for a family room - which came with a single bed, and a bunk bed. The room was road-facing, which meant there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the...
We stayed in February and got fairly inexpensive rates. We wanted somewhere close to the train station as we were only there for one evening, and this hotel is directly across the street from the train. Not the safest part of town to stay in, and certainly doesn't quiet down at night (that's Naples for you) but we felt safe enough as the hotel is really big. The hotel itself was adequate, but nothing...
The staff is very professional and extremely helpful. It is close to central train station and so easy to access to different part of Italy. I love the breakfast too. There are staff to serve you breakfast, and guests just have to point to the staff what you want on the buffet spread table.
