Where to stay in Naples

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.

The service was great and responsible.  The food, however, despite its variety, is low quality.  The curtain does not work well.

It was a pleasant surprise to stay in a room that was one the original ‘museum rooms’. The furniture and the flooring were well preserved in the style of 1952- which we loved . Spacious the authentic art deco feel for us who grew up in the 70s/80s. We had a sea view from the side of the hotel. The location is excellent. The car parking spacious and the service satisfactory but fees 40€ per day were high. Food moderate to be improved. Staff helpful.

I wasn’t very fond of the runny scrambled eggs. They were in fact, very bad. But I’d stay there again. The rooms with the views are amazing

I really appreciate the service of this hotel. I left an IPAD in the room and my friend left a watch. When we contacted the hotel, they responded quickly. Although some staff had difficulty communicating with them, we were able to get our things back in the end. At the same time, TRIP.COM customer service also helped us in this matter. Everything was good. We got upgraded to a suite. Kind hotel management. However the location for local transport is not accessible, the metro station right outside the hotel was closed by Metro operators for a while

The location is OK, the floor is high, the window is small, but the view outside the window is good.

The hotel is in a good location and the main attractions are basically within walking distance. The breakfast is average and there are not many varieties. But overall it is satisfactory and recommended to stay

The room is large and well-equipped. The separate shower and bathtub design is great. The central air conditioning also works properly. There are four elevators operating at the same time. Although it shakes a little, it's not a big problem.

Someone please find a way to offer 10 stars!!! Had a nightmare flight arrive 4 hours late and couldn't get into our rental. At 3am their staff answered the phone and took fantastic care of us. We stayed on Sept 8-10th, 2022. Our room had a king bed with clean sheets and bathroom. Lobby was spacious and service was great. I can’t complain about the cleanliness and facility. The location is central, and it’s next to a subway. If you are staying here, please check out the rooftop at the sunrise where they serve breakfast. We loved the continental breakfast, and the view made it better!

The hotel is placed next to the bus terminal and the way the airport is very easy and affordable. Also, there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel were you can eat. B&B Hotel Napoli is very close to Napoli Centrale. The room is clean and spacious.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and closed to the main station. The room was fair and quite clean, can’t complain for a quick stay of a night or two. But it’s pretty small without any facilities and amenities, there are no teethbrush, toothpaste, fridge, flip flops, bottle water, kettle, tissues. Not convenient for tourists and not up to the standard of a normal hotel in Asia lol

Simple and basic B&B. No dental kit provided, can be purchased from the front desk. The location is okay, did not feel unsafe. Police and military presence even at 11pm+.

This location is a big fat NO. I felt safe inside the hotel and the service was so lovely. However, take a step outside the hotel and it’s the unsafest I’ve felt my entire trip. I’m sorry to put this in the hotel review. However, I MUST warn other solo female travellers. Stay safe!

Hotel room is big and clean. I like the accessibility of the location. Close to train stations, bus terminal and many choices of food to choose from. Take note the toiletries are not provided. The hotel is close to the train station, about 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel room is quite large. There is only one quilt cover on the bed, and the quilt is in the cupboard. You can put it on yourself when you need it. The water at the door is basically empty in the afternoon when you return to the hotel for a few days, and the replenishment is not timely enough.

I would highly recommend the Ibis at Napoli Garibaldi. Well-located, safe area near the train station with access to a shopping plaza. The hotel had everything I needed. It was modern, clean and so easy to stay in. I felt right at home even though I was travelling alone. The staff were personable and helpful.

Perfect central location, great team members from reception, breakfast and housekeeping, bedroom was very spacious with a balcony. Watch out for the hotel policy to take first nights payment if you selected to pay the higher premium to pay on arrival - took 6 days to refund this amount.

The room was large and the balcony was appreciated. The view was mediocre. Breakfast was less than mediocre. One advantage was that it is very close, and an easy walk, to the central station area where a huge number of tours have their pick up point. Very good and modern rooms for the price. Location is close to the Trainstation and there are also some bus and tram stops close by for going to the citycenter. The region around the station and hotel isn't the most friendly neighbourhood to walk around in but we had no problems. Breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were very approachable, and helpful. If road traffic disturbs you then this is not the place for you. I loved being in the city within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and Museum of Archeology. Room was basic, spacious and clean.

The hotel was stylish and tastefully decorated.Some of the facilities needed a screw tightening here and there but these minor observations pale into insignificance with the support I received from staff when my phone was stolen. Lovely people and I’d stay there again. Good value for money.

Special thanks for Laura, it was amazingly nice experience to stay at this hotel :) Due to the season off for the swimming pool, we could have not to enjoy the thermal water around this area, but she offered an upgrade for our room to enjoy bathing in our room. I appreciate your kindness :) Nice breakfast is also recommendable 🩷
