A very friendly welcome from Daniela. Bad weather so we didn't use the lovely pool. Not really near anything so you would need a car. But they have a free shuttle to the beach

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The pool awesome and the staff, especially the breakfast staff, are warm and friendly. This is a great location for empty nesters or families.

Therefore, the hotel is perfectly located for visiting the city or the sea. The hotel offers a very extensive breakfast (everything was fresh with a very professional service) The staff was very friendly and helpful

During our tour in Sardinia, we stayed in the hotel for 2 days and it was a very good experience. It is a very nice hotel, quietly located just outside Olbia and close to the harbor and small beaches

People complaining about bedbugs, clearly they never seen bedbug before, thats not bedbugs but mosquitos. Multiple guests had many bites including myself

I would absolutely urge anybody staying there to try every single item from their A la carte menu! Breakfast very fresh and delicious too

The rooms had all we needed and an amazing view over the seaside (well it is the port area with motorways but still!) On the other side was also a beautiful park

Very centrally located with most buses stopping in front of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel having proper croissant for example instead of industrial frozen products like most hotels

There is a celery tomato prawn dish that is so refreshing and delicious I highly recommend. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful sunrise balcony view of the port with sufficient black out curtains

It took me some time to locate the restaurant in the hotel but once I did, I realized why was I going out to eat? The dishes were more than amazing and again the staff did not disappoint

So all good ! Not much amenities in the hotel but as we never use them anyway, better no amenities than badly managed ones

Excellent hotel, the rooms were clean, staff was wonderful. Parking is not that hard, longest we had walk from car was like 60 seconds. Food was great, beach drinks were perfect

Some points which I think could improve the hotel: - Draft Beer - They don’t have beer in draft only in bottles and at 6euros a bottle of beer it can soon get quite pricey - Pool Loungers - So there are only 7 around the pool which is simply not enough, you could get 15 loungers around the pool if you was to take out the sofas - Beach - The beach is lovely and supposed to be private but you have to...

The receptionist allowed me to check in early. She indicated for me very good adresses to eat Italian food in olbia. The room was excellent and well maintained. Very spacious, with beautiful paintings and a big balcony

Very close to the airport (10 minutes by cab and costs 30 euros - standard price in olbia, or 20 minutes by bus which costs only 1 euro). This is your place to go if you want a stay in Olbia

I admit that I was biased because of some bad reviews, but there is nothing like that, on the contrary, everything is great! I have only one remark, because of the muddy rain from the Sahara, the area around the pool needs to be cleaned more often, as well as the terraces of the rooms

Check in and check out staff, rooms, pool and breakfast are very accommodating, always available and friendly. Very nice pool and well maintained, the staff is always willing to sanitize the beds after use

It has a beautiful relaxation pool, a small but well-equipped gym, and extra paid services (the latter not tested)

The hotel is located very close to the historic center of Olbia, great for those who want to visit the city, but above all for those who want to move every day to nearby tourist destinations (Golfo Aranci, San Teodoro, Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo)

Very large balcony, even if it is a little run down compared to the rest of the room. Breakfast with cafe-bar and buffet managed by the staff. Wait a bit and serve only one person, maybe you need a few more

Great hotel. Friendly helpful staff and a short 10 min walk to the town. Rooms are spacious and most have balconies. There is a bar and restaurant on site and the pool is large and clean.

A decent 3 star boutique hotel. For 20 euro, you get sunbeds and umbrella in a very crowded local beach.

The restaurant offers a beautiful sea view. Every evening live music (repertoire is quite wide and some of the songs are known even to us, Russian). In General, very beautiful, peaceful and romantic place

The wife spent their honeymoon (a week) in this hotel, liked it very much. Close to the beach (with private beach), has its own Parking. Dinner menu every day is different, the food is very tasty

Mare Blue was excellent choice for hotel near to the beach. There were a foodtruck parked inside the hotel yard and you could have great dinner under the trees

Our son, who lived on the first floor, "lost" a new linen shirt, which was hanging outside on a drying rack. The garden and balconies on the ground floor are easily accessible to unauthorized persons

The room we had was very outdated, but the hotel is renovating. Rhe roomsaus (we had a 4 person room) is amazing. The kindness and the service are outstanding.

This is a lovely family run hotel, very friendly nice people, especially Roberto the owner. A short walk to beautiful beach with nice restaurants actually on the beach, warm water to swim, hot weather. Lovely holiday!

Be wary of other hotels though, as they charge extortionately for outside guests to have dinner. The beach is a two minute walk away, and just as a beach should be with white sand and crystal clear water

It is surrounded with beautiful flowers and trees and has a lovely view of the sea in front and mountains behind. The main feature of the hotel is definitely its staff

There is also a little bar on the beach which also rents out pedalos, parasols and gives you the opportunity to have lessons in windsurfing

All fantastic with Giulia's welcome and support which makes the experience at the b & b even better. Spacious and well-kept room, location close to the sea and restaurants, breakfast on a beautiful terrace with a view

Lovely building with super views. Very peaceful area with good beaches and restaurants close by. Good bus service. Lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful.

The structure is easy to find with the navigator. Giulia welcomed us with a lot of affection and professionalism. He accompanied us to our room and I was amazed in the path by the attention to detail

I noticed many planters full of colorful flowers. Our room was clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. All practical and comfortable. The morning breakfast was self service

In between two sets of beaches so easy to walk to places to enjoy the sun and get some food. Small grocery store is nearby. Host was great and met us at entry and exit!

Place is very nice, clean, and well kept. Air conditioning worked well. Didn't cook in unit but was well stocked with cooking equipment, dishes, and nice outdoor table to eat at
