Nice place friendly staff! The Hotel has private access to the beautiful Pelican Beach. Great pool, fitness center and spa facilities! We will definitely visit again.

We booked the day before as we wanted a hotel near the airport. We were really pleased with our choice, nice quiet hotel with access to a beach and a really nice restaurant. We would be happy to stay again

Excellent hotel, the rooms were clean, staff was wonderful. Parking is not that hard, longest we had walk from car was like 60 seconds. Food was great, beach drinks were perfect

Breakfast was a wide range of melon, peaches, prunes. Fresh cakes & cooked eggs etc Lovely private beach! Small size pool, big enough to do a few strokes. Bus number 4 Takes a 15 minute ride to Olbia

Some points which I think could improve the hotel: - Draft Beer - They don’t have beer in draft only in bottles and at 6euros a bottle of beer it can soon get quite pricey - Pool Loungers - So there are only 7 around the pool which is simply not enough, you could get 15 loungers around the pool if you was to take out the sofas - Beach - The beach is lovely and supposed to be private but you have to...

Not too big, modernist, bright and spacious architecture, classic mediterranean style rooms with comfortable beds, extraordinary views on the city and the sea, infinity pool, hotel beach, very good dinner for a fair price

A very friendly welcome from Daniela. Bad weather so we didn't use the lovely pool. Not really near anything so you would need a car. But they have a free shuttle to the beach

The rooms had all we needed and an amazing view over the seaside (well it is the port area with motorways but still!) On the other side was also a beautiful park

Very centrally located with most buses stopping in front of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel having proper croissant for example instead of industrial frozen products like most hotels

There is a celery tomato prawn dish that is so refreshing and delicious I highly recommend. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful sunrise balcony view of the port with sufficient black out curtains

It took me some time to locate the restaurant in the hotel but once I did, I realized why was I going out to eat? The dishes were more than amazing and again the staff did not disappoint

So all good ! Not much amenities in the hotel but as we never use them anyway, better no amenities than badly managed ones

The receptionist allowed me to check in early. She indicated for me very good adresses to eat Italian food in olbia. The room was excellent and well maintained. Very spacious, with beautiful paintings and a big balcony

Very close to the airport (10 minutes by cab and costs 30 euros - standard price in olbia, or 20 minutes by bus which costs only 1 euro). This is your place to go if you want a stay in Olbia

On another day, although I have left the hotel several days before, I was in urgent need of a taxi so I asked it from the receptionist and she was very nice and she provided it to me

The location was central, the air conditioning was excellent, the rooms were well equipped and well sized and the bed was comfortable. I would be happy to use this hotel again

An amazing place! The structure is immersed in the barren Sardinian vegetation and overlooks an uncrowded strip of beach that offers incredible sunrises and sunsets

This is very very good and friendly hotel. With nice view to sea but very long way to the sea with small beach. Good food and good swimming pool. Good rooms. I recommend for easy visitors.

Delicious! - beach was clean , not overcrowded ( beginning of September) , about 3-5 minutes on foot (depends on which part of the resort you are staying in) -the resort is well kept in general and offers a pretty view on the sea from bars - the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere so be prepared for it but that`s what I was exactly looking for -staff was kind but with poor knowledge of English

- best food service I`ve seen so far in terms of both variety and quality - local food , sea fruits, a lot of pasta, cheese. In other words the food is the biggest advantage of this hotel

Staff in the beach bar was extremely slow - room was the biggest disappointment of our staying there. The room was dark, with old furniture

I had an absolutely perfect holiday at this hotel! It’s right on a stunning coastline, and whether I was relaxing by the pool or down at the beach, the views were breathtaking and so peaceful

This is my honest review of the pool restaurant at Hotel Cala Cuncheddi on Sardinia island, Italy. We had a very good lunch there with superb views and great service

The grounds are well groomed and only 200m from main beach - perfect for hiring paddle boards windsurf etc etc Also a really charming railway station across the road which we used for a day trip

The food was good, but with a limited selection. The TV goes in and out,except for the Italian channels. The staff was friendly and helpful. They charge 25 euros for two chairs and a umbrella at their beachfront

It was out first time in Sardinia. The property is gorgeous. Located in this beautiful half moon beach. Everything was great but prices are too high.

We stayed 7 days but no one came and clean the flat at that time. The main problem is GARBAGE STORAGE AREA! The garbage room was terrible,it has never cleaned when we were there

This problem causes too much fly problem all around. And some flies are biting humans like ticks. I talked to this problem with the menagement but they did not care about this

There is a market in the site but %20 expensive than city center. But restaurant's meals are quite delicious especially pizzas

Had such an amazing stay! The staff is unparalleled, so kind and attentive, we were a party of 18 and they really tended to all our wants and needs with such amazing disposition and big smiles! This hotel and staff was absolutely amazing!! Centrally located to go downtown and also to 2 beautiful beaches just one or 3 bus stops away. The bus stops right in front of hotel

+ the rooms are nice, large and clean + the bathrooms are clean too + each room has a nice balcony from which you can see Olbia and the harbour/sea and mountains, the view is nice + free parking with more or less enough space + the room service does great work + little fridge in the room - the breakfast is very disaoppointing, don't expect too much - you can't sit outside, even though there are plenty...

But they are friendly - you can't use the pool unless you pay for it in form of "rent a towel for 5€/day, you can't use your own" lol scam - poorly soundproofed - they advertise with having a restaurant but it does not exist - the chairs on the balcony are comfortable, but omg they make such annoying sounds haha Note that you are stuck in the middle of nowhere in this hotel unless you rent a car

I rent an ebike from their renting service, it was very good, the beach is at the 5mn ride and the roads are pretty safe to navigate

This is a lovely family run hotel, very friendly nice people, especially Roberto the owner. A short walk to beautiful beach with nice restaurants actually on the beach, warm water to swim, hot weather. Lovely holiday!

Be wary of other hotels though, as they charge extortionately for outside guests to have dinner. The beach is a two minute walk away, and just as a beach should be with white sand and crystal clear water

It is surrounded with beautiful flowers and trees and has a lovely view of the sea in front and mountains behind. The main feature of the hotel is definitely its staff

There is also a little bar on the beach which also rents out pedalos, parasols and gives you the opportunity to have lessons in windsurfing

Had a lovely week in Hotel For You. Lovely staff especially the blonde girl at breakfast. Breakfast had something for everyone. Pool area is lovely with a beautiful pool and lovely comfortable loungers

Hotel 5 minites walk into a street full of restaurants. Rooms were a bit small and dated but spotless. The only negetive view i have is no balcony maybe they could put some rails up at the pool area

Only suggestion I would make is, there is such an amazing choice of cake for breakfast. why not have coffee and cake available in the lounge in the afternoons, especially off season

The only catch is there is no beach nearby so I recommend renting a car from the airport, there is plenty of parking at the hotel so don't worry about finding a spot

The price for my stay was absolutely justified: big room, nice bathroom, balcony, gym, pool and breakfast (great gluten and lactose free options) included

Across the street are restaurants, grocery stores, and a shopping mall down the street. The restaurant in the hotel is incredibly good, definitely worth eating at, and they did a great job with both the drinks and food

Such a nice hotel, staff was incredibly nice and spoke great English. This is well within walking distance of the airport, and if you're worried about security then the Carabinieri station is next door

Big supermarkets (Lidl and Eurospin) very close to the hotel and a couple of stores (Pittarello, Piazza Italia, Decathlon, Euronics, etc. There is also a pharmacy across the street

A little out of the city so you have to take the bus bus this hotel compensates everything with their service, rooms and staff. One of the best and complete breakfasts ever had

Had two 2 night stays here a few days apart. Rooms are clean and comfottable with excellent sound proofing. Breakfast was (if I am honest) was a slight let down with a focus on sweet items

Ok ok yes, it is in front of a petrol station. But, unless maybe you are a sensitive villager from some forgotten mountainside hamlet it isnt that loud

These apartments are spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. They are managed by the opposite hotel La Locanda del conte Mameli, so you have the reception staff at your disposal. The location is perfect.

Lovely modern apartments. Nice big rooms with lovely bathrooms. Clean and tidy. Well located in town centre, near lots of restaurants and shops. Also not far from the airport. Would highly recommend.

The thing that made me unhappy was the presence of a type of mosquito that was all over the place and mostly in the second room I stayed in , which also had a weird smell, so ugly I had to ask for an air freshener and I also cleaned the floor myself at arrival due to finding a lot of dead insects when opening the balcony door

Having already stayed in Olbia, I knew the area where I wanted to stay this time. The location of this appartement was prefect. Right in the center, but away from the noisier streets. The check in was smooth and fast

this things made the place feel not sufficiently clean or taken care of. Ah! And also I could here EVERYTHING that was happening in the other rooms
