The Pelican Beach Resort & SPA - Adults Only

Hotel location was fine, near lovely beach ⭐️🏖️. In the bar was lovely barman , very happy and kind:) served us lovely cocktails 🍸⭐️
To be honest we chose this hotel because of SPA ! Unfortunately we were so disappointed…. In the spa brochure they offer lovely jacuzzi , herbal tea testing etc . Was no tea , jacuzzi was COLD ! And full of leafs … 😱 Was limit of being there - only 1 hour 😂 lady in reception said “ yes in the summer jacuzzi is warm , now Is cold “ 😂 really? So why we paid 30€ per person if they can not provide the same standards like in summer ? No logic at all ….
Room were simple ,nothing special, but clean 🧽. Thank you to housekeeping ;)
Breakfast soooooo cheap cheap . We were expecting nice Italian food , but what we got was powder scrambled eggs … 🙄
Little bit disappointing…
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and they gave us artichokes in oil … we thought we got that because of waiting time . In the end we realised we needed to pay for it !!!!!!!!
That wasn’t even tasty !!! 🤦🏼‍♀️
That was adults only hotel … we were sitting and chatting outside of the pool . Was 9:15pm and lady from reception asked as if we can be more quiet 🤫. 😂😂😂😂😂 No comment … :)

Not recommended at all just came back from the hotel … there was many things which I did nit like - poor quality of food for breakfast- you get poured egg with disgusting 🤢 coffee ☕️/ you can get nice one from bar - obviously you need to pay extra!! Spa - overcharged - 30 euro per hour per person with cold jacuzzi full of leafs - many things stated in the brochure not available- but the price is the same! Not visiting this place again for sure! 9.15 pm we were seating at the pool and heaving a quiet conversation by the pool - we were told off - pathetic! Do not go there 🙈Sardynia is a beautiful place but this hotel was one of the worse I stayed at 😔

30 euro for beach chair and umbrella told when checking in. It is not posted. Hotel is dated, rooms are disgusting, breakfast could be better. Powdered eggs are terrible. Not worth the money. The location is not near any good restaurants. Beach for hotel is very small.

The mattresses were rock-hard and nearly impossible to sleep on
It was two single beds pushed together to make one bed with a gap in the middle
The walls between rooms were very thin and conversations could be heard between rooms
The hotel was advertised with a private beach, but the hotel charged 30 euros a day for this
There were 130 rooms in the hotel and only 7 sunbeds around the pool, leaving no choice but to pay 30 euros for the beach, its a con
Everything was at an extra cost or over priced, sunbeds, breakfast items, the restaurant
The pool was particularly dirty with loads of missing tiles and sharp edges
There were tables and chairs right outside our room with loud socialising happening there all nights stopping us from sleeping
The balcony had no airer to dry swimwear
The swimming pool opening times were advertised as open til 2300 but every day at 1900 it was closed to be cleaned for the rest of the day
The bar emptied their bottle bin at midnight every day disturbing residents trying to sleep
No vegan onions for included breakfast, alternative milk or dairy free butter, expected now for a 4 star
Staff and manager not receptive to feedback and ultimately made the stay quite unpleasant. The reception staff made guest fell like their sole aim was to make as much money as possible without consideration for the guest experience.

We have just returned from this hotel and it was the WORST we have ever stayed in. Tired rooms, poor maintenance, extra charges for beach sun beds, guests in main building treated as second class citizens. Breakfast buffet awful with tinned fruit and only high sugar, processed cereals. The highlight was guessing which of the previous nights vegetable's would be served for breakfast. Restaurant, housekeeping and bar staff pleasant and helpful. Reception, with the exception of Tiziana, need to taught what the definition of customer service is. Rooms small and bathrooms badly lit (though probably a good thing as there was mould in the shower and rusty fittings). This really is not a 4 star hotel - more like a cheap 3 star and that is being generous.
