Nice place friendly staff! The Hotel has private access to the beautiful Pelican Beach. Great pool, fitness center and spa facilities! We will definitely visit again.

We booked the day before as we wanted a hotel near the airport. We were really pleased with our choice, nice quiet hotel with access to a beach and a really nice restaurant. We would be happy to stay again

Excellent hotel, the rooms were clean, staff was wonderful. Parking is not that hard, longest we had walk from car was like 60 seconds. Food was great, beach drinks were perfect

Breakfast was a wide range of melon, peaches, prunes. Fresh cakes & cooked eggs etc Lovely private beach! Small size pool, big enough to do a few strokes. Bus number 4 Takes a 15 minute ride to Olbia

We recently got back from a lovely 'premoon' on Sardinia. The Pelican Beach Resort & Spa has exceeded our expectations

Some points which I think could improve the hotel: - Draft Beer - They don’t have beer in draft only in bottles and at 6euros a bottle of beer it can soon get quite pricey - Pool Loungers - So there are only 7 around the pool which is simply not enough, you could get 15 loungers around the pool if you was to take out the sofas - Beach - The beach is lovely and supposed to be private but you have to...

Not too big, modernist, bright and spacious architecture, classic mediterranean style rooms with comfortable beds, extraordinary views on the city and the sea, infinity pool, hotel beach, very good dinner for a fair price

A very friendly welcome from Daniela. Bad weather so we didn't use the lovely pool. Not really near anything so you would need a car. But they have a free shuttle to the beach

Pool is amazing, breakfast is very good and the staff is very professional ... the beach club worth each cents

Therefore, the hotel is perfectly located for visiting the city or the sea. The hotel offers a very extensive breakfast (everything was fresh with a very professional service) The staff was very friendly and helpful

The rooms had all we needed and an amazing view over the seaside (well it is the port area with motorways but still!) On the other side was also a beautiful park

Very centrally located with most buses stopping in front of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel having proper croissant for example instead of industrial frozen products like most hotels

There is a celery tomato prawn dish that is so refreshing and delicious I highly recommend. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful sunrise balcony view of the port with sufficient black out curtains

It took me some time to locate the restaurant in the hotel but once I did, I realized why was I going out to eat? The dishes were more than amazing and again the staff did not disappoint

So all good ! Not much amenities in the hotel but as we never use them anyway, better no amenities than badly managed ones

Had such an amazing stay! The staff is unparalleled, so kind and attentive, we were a party of 18 and they really tended to all our wants and needs with such amazing disposition and big smiles! We stayed for 5 nights and really ended up feeling that we were staying with family! Looking forward to come back! Ciao! Ci vediamo dopo!

This hotel and staff was absolutely amazing!! Centrally located to go downtown and also to 2 beautiful beaches just one or 3 bus stops away. The bus stops right in front of hotel

+ the rooms are nice, large and clean + the bathrooms are clean too + each room has a nice balcony from which you can see Olbia and the harbour/sea and mountains, the view is nice + free parking with more or less enough space + the room service does great work + little fridge in the room - the breakfast is very disaoppointing, don't expect too much - you can't sit outside, even though there are plenty...

But they are friendly - you can't use the pool unless you pay for it in form of "rent a towel for 5€/day, you can't use your own" lol scam - poorly soundproofed - they advertise with having a restaurant but it does not exist - the chairs on the balcony are comfortable, but omg they make such annoying sounds haha Note that you are stuck in the middle of nowhere in this hotel unless you rent a car

I rent an ebike from their renting service, it was very good, the beach is at the 5mn ride and the roads are pretty safe to navigate

The sea is crystal clear and beautiful though the beach is not as white as you could hope for, anytime you think of Sardinia. The location is windy so if you don't like too much "air" 😉 this is not the place for you

The park has direct entry to the beach, separate cottages to stay and large, well-designed swimming pool

Park Hotel Porto Istana is an excellent location to relax and to enjoy the perfect service, a beautiful environment of the park, a crystal-clear water of Porto Istana and amazing sea views

Inside the village there's a nice pool with salty water. Food at meals is abundant and variety is good enough, though the quality is not always top, yet it's reasonably acceptable

It's a nice resort, managed by Veratour. In high season check in is pretty much slow and you should probably wait hours before your room is ready, tidy and clean

Incredibly tasty and healthy food, with every day a new, very special menu consisted of breakfast, a three-course lunch and three-course evening dinner

The woman Daniela who checked me in, was caring, friendly and welcoming me. She made me comfortable and even asked if she could do anything in the situation that I was in, when arriving to the hotel

This is a lovely family run hotel, very friendly nice people, especially Roberto the owner. A short walk to beautiful beach with nice restaurants actually on the beach, warm water to swim, hot weather. Lovely holiday!

Be wary of other hotels though, as they charge extortionately for outside guests to have dinner. The beach is a two minute walk away, and just as a beach should be with white sand and crystal clear water

It is surrounded with beautiful flowers and trees and has a lovely view of the sea in front and mountains behind. The main feature of the hotel is definitely its staff

There is also a little bar on the beach which also rents out pedalos, parasols and gives you the opportunity to have lessons in windsurfing

The pool bar could improve their cocktails bc that pina colada for 10€ was some artificial syrup with no alcohol and 3 cubes of ice in a plastic cup

People complaining about bedbugs, clearly they never seen bedbug before, thats not bedbugs but mosquitos. Multiple guests had many bites including myself

I would absolutely urge anybody staying there to try every single item from their A la carte menu! Breakfast very fresh and delicious too

We stayed at the end of August in this very nice hotel, well located 15 minutes from the airport, close to the port and the center, the beaches (ideal with a car) and benefiting from a small shopping center just opposite

All personal hygiene products are offered by them and access to the swimming pool is also available which offers a bar and lifeguard service always available. It is equipped with special bathrooms and changing rooms

The receptionist allowed me to check in early. She indicated for me very good adresses to eat Italian food in olbia. The room was excellent and well maintained. Very spacious, with beautiful paintings and a big balcony

Very close to the airport (10 minutes by cab and costs 30 euros - standard price in olbia, or 20 minutes by bus which costs only 1 euro). This is your place to go if you want a stay in Olbia

On another day, although I have left the hotel several days before, I was in urgent need of a taxi so I asked it from the receptionist and she was very nice and she provided it to me

The location was central, the air conditioning was excellent, the rooms were well equipped and well sized and the bed was comfortable. I would be happy to use this hotel again

Only the breakfast was a little disappointing, but the coffee was really typical Italian standard and also the staff was very friendly. All in all, i can recommend the hotel and would come again

The type of people you gather at train stations. The bus stop that goes to the airport is next door. There are several restaurants nearby. When it comes to parking, there is always something hanging around

There is a lovely pool area but we didn't have time to try it. Breakfast was the biggest selection of continental I have ever seen with a few hot options. No English speaking T V channels but we had music channels on

Had a lovely week in Hotel For You. Lovely staff especially the blonde girl at breakfast. Breakfast had something for everyone. Pool area is lovely with a beautiful pool and lovely comfortable loungers

Hotel 5 minites walk into a street full of restaurants. Rooms were a bit small and dated but spotless. The only negetive view i have is no balcony maybe they could put some rails up at the pool area

Only suggestion I would make is, there is such an amazing choice of cake for breakfast. why not have coffee and cake available in the lounge in the afternoons, especially off season

We are so grateful to Francesco and this hotel! We couldn't access our Air Bnb booked for the night and at 2 am the very nice and hospitable Francesco helped us with parking, got us a lovely room, and helped us set up a complimentary breakfast for the morning

Taxi can get you right to the front door. Front desk very helpful with questions you may have. Breakfast was good, though short staffed. The pool/hot tub should be open to all guests for no additional charges

if you are driving the free first come first serve car park is a godsend. However the roof is the best reason for staying here, great views of the city day or night

I admit that I was biased because of some bad reviews, but there is nothing like that, on the contrary, everything is great! I have only one remark, because of the muddy rain from the Sahara, the area around the pool needs to be cleaned more often, as well as the terraces of the rooms

3rd stay here in 3 years and we come back because we love the consistent and friendly staff, peace and tranquility, proximity to the beach if you fancy it, lovely gardens, and great restaurant food, with authentic dishes

The restaurant offers a beautiful sea view. Every evening live music (repertoire is quite wide and some of the songs are known even to us, Russian). In General, very beautiful, peaceful and romantic place

The wife spent their honeymoon (a week) in this hotel, liked it very much. Close to the beach (with private beach), has its own Parking. Dinner menu every day is different, the food is very tasty

(after we had a flat tire on our rental car he spoke to the garage with us, took us there by car to pick up luggage and arranged for other accomodation in a nice villa for same price when the hotel was fully booked the second day - all free of charge but we did give him a tip ;-))

Very good apartment rooms with white leather interior and fully equipped kitchen. Conscierge Luigi is a huge help especially if you need to deal with locals in italian
