Rooms are good for this 3star hotel, but they arent so generous, maybe like al of europe hotels. 10 ml shampoo will do u nothing. Breakfast is good though. And staff are friendly.

A view of the lake but also substantial noise from the street below. The room and bathroom were clean, very good food at a good price in the restaurant and a good continental breakfast with fresh squeeze your own oranges and a juicer with fresh carrots, fruits and ginger ready to be juiced. The hotel is also a short walk to the orthopedic hospital so handy for relatives of patients.

Perfect location at Lago d’Orta, in the heart of a cozy town of Omegna. Good place for a relaxing stay or hiking adventures. The staff was very nice and helpful. A big advantage is an excellent pizzeria downstairs.

We had the most amazing pizza ever. Truly authentic and delicious. The staff are super attentive and friendly. The restaurant has beautiful views of mountains surrounding the lake. A must go to destination for anyone in the area.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. I was fortunate to have a room with a balcony facing Lake Orta. The water was very clear and I could see large trout swimming past. Hotel service is good and staff are helpful. I have had better food in my life, but the fare was adequate. The area close to the hotel is pretty quiet, so if you fancy a holiday off the beaten track, I strongly recommend this hotel

Only visited the restaurant, great location overlooking Lake Orto. Dogs welcome. Interesting menu with a wide range of choices without putting too much on the menu. Portions vary a lot within the course. For example pasta, one dish is perfectly sized for a 4 course menu, the other dish is a platter full and almost feels as too much. All in all a nice place to come again when in the area.

Magnificent place, excellent service, very good restaurant

Pretty structure with typical mountain architecture. Our room was not very large but comfortable. Very quiet hamlet, 5 minutes from Lake Orta and close to Orta San Giulio, a village that you absolutely must visit. It would be nice to be able to have breakfast on site, as there are no bars nearby.

A beautiful, hidden restaurant with great food! The owner, Sebastiano, is very charming and does a great job as does all of his staff. Highly recommended!

Service is good, but our room was not isolated at all and people staying there were very noisy. Dont stay there if you plan on long quiet nights as you will be waken up before 10am. Also, not so handy location, you have to take the car for everything. We were lucky to always find a parking space - careful, the parking is not indicated when you arrive

Hotel with a small number of rooms and with a sublime view of Lake Orta! 5 minutes from the town of Orta. The staff was very welcoming during my stay, advised me, in French, on places to visit, places to eat. The rooms are very clean... there is nothing to say! There is even wi-fi... I was really delighted with my stay in this region and in this hotel!

Lakeside hotel in a beautiful area. A good hotel with large pool,plenty of loungers and options to kayak, water ski, paddle board. Everyone was very friendly and the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was good. The older part of the hotel could do with some modernisation but overall we had a relaxing and pleasant stay. This was a great intimate, just a 2 block walk to the lake. Nice terrace. Easy access to excellent restaurants and small shops. The cheese shop just down from the hotel is a must stop. Honestly, it's more of a 3-star than a 4-star. Very basic, the price is excessive for the amenities offered; it feels more like a renovated apartment. However, they happily accept pets. Situated very close to the ferrys at Baveno. Our room had a partial lake view and a nice balcony. Housekeeping was excellent. We didn't eat at the restaurant, so cannot comment on that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room on the top floor has a magnificent view! There is also a terrace open to all guests up there if you want to buy something to eat and drink and enjoy the view. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked well and bathroom was modern. The hotel is in a great location close to the lake shore.

I've stayed in Baveno several times and this hotel is by far and away the best hotel that I have been fortunate enough to stay at here. Great location, very secure parking, very pleasant staff and breakfast is ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Cozy and somewhat simple hotel nicely situated in Baveno close to the church and the promenade. The pool area is quite small so you shouldn’t plan on taking a day by the pool. Fine breakfast however nothing fancy. You have the possibility to park outside in the private parking area or in the garage. The room we stayed in was quite small but suitable for one night.

This is a nice hotel well located in Baveno, and close by car to Stresa. The rooms are clean and so is the bathroom. The hotel would need a good refresh but otherwise the look is authentic. The swimming pool is quite small but it is still nice. Breakfast is average but service is very welcoming. The lake view from upper floor rooms is juste amazing. The outside parking is free.

Stayed in Hotel Beau Rivage on a recent family holiday. The experience was amazing from the outset. The staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely professional. The facilities are beautiful the price to not include breakfast and the parking that they have is per hour every time that you go in and out, it’s not that close to Baveno or Stresa unfortunately during our stay, it was raining a lot, but the facilities are beautiful. I didn't stay at this hotel however I did dine at their restaurant and my husband also got a few drinks at their bar after our meal. They provide excellent service during dinner here. Location is good. Aircond is not working well . The bathtub shower hardware is too old , not perfoming well and can NOT switch between shower and tap . Bathroom to small for bathtub ...nowdays when you dont have enough space better get rid of bathtub.

Great spot for a hotel, probably the best for Lake Orta. Impeccable service, good room (after upgrade since the initial one was terrible). A few glitches: we never learnt to use the electrical switches in the room- too complicated. Only if you are in a junior suite you get a wardrobe and a kettle - standard rooms are a disaster.

It's located on the waterfront of Lago D'Orta, and Isola San Guilio in an eye shot distance. Nice vista on the lake. The property is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. I fee like this area better than Lake Como in which is less touristy and more quiet and better for relaxation

Stylish period room in a quiet, vehicle-free backstreet, a 2 minute walk from the main plazza/port. Fabulous shops including a wonderful breakfast cafe, The Palace, and a lovely family restaurant Ca'Mea, both a minute away on foot. A great base to unwind. Unfortunately the site did not meet the expectations we had before arrived. Some of the reception staff are very abrupt in their manner almost like it's an inconvenience to talk to you at times.
