Lake Como fab location Fab hotel with parking and near the ferry and walk over to a few restaurants but the restaurant in the hotel is very good and not overpriced. The decor is not the best especially in the ball area they need to change those awful grey chairs but the artwork is fabulous and funky. Overall a good option Leno is a beautiful small town

The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to the greenway ferry terminal and two public beaches. The restaurant was excellent and great service. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms were large, excellent airconditioning

This is one of my best hotel stays. From the friendly check-in, great breakfast, and responsive service, the experience was great. This hotel is located in such a pretty area on the lake, there’s a long stretch that takes you to a few restaurants and a beautiful park. The ferry dock is also just a 15 minute walk away, very easy to get to. Rooms were kept very clean, good sized and the view was lovely on the mountain side. Good for the price. Nice room and bathroom. The floor was sticky. Nice staff but no one spoke English, only Italian. The breakfast was also good for the price: great coffee, many sweet pastries, joghurt and fresh fruits, but only one type of white bread, one cheese and one ham, no eggs. Every day the same.

Charming villa in a fabulous setting. It has a lovely garden with a view and direct access to the Lake Como. Fantastic host.

A fairy-tale place - pure magic! A beautiful villa on the shores of Lake Como. You can see the lake panorama from the garden - I'm inserting a photo. Great lake view! However, too noisy due to traffic. They rent out beach towels for a fee. Rooms are not insulated enough to block to noise. So whether you swim in the pool, have breakfast or chill in the garden; you will hear all kinds of vehicles passing by. Breakfast is ok.

We booked this small family owned hotel to stay in for our wedding on the lake and it was the absolute best experience. The view is unbeatable, the rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. We stayed in Lake Como area August 15-17 and highly recommend Hotel La Perla. The hotel was fantastic with a wonderful view of the lake (and a fireworks show on August 15!) and only exceeded by the friendliness of the staff, all of the ladies were so helpful with how to navigate the lake and cities and with suggestions on what to do while visiting. Nice, convenient apartment almost directly located at Lake Como and Lenno’s boulevard. Also, there is a possibility to park the car in front of the apartment complex. Furthermore, the boat stop/pier is also in close proximity, allowing for easy visiting of Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna (and others).

Perfect place for the rest in paradise! Amazing villa owner! We had a trip with 5 and 1 years old childs. Villas project is very smart not only for adults, but also for the child safety!!! You can easy restrict exit to the stairs, and outside area of villa. Maybe, would be nice, to provide guests with small compliment, like a water and some fruits, esspecialy at evening arrivals.

We had a wonderful stay at Balbianino. The lake can be reached in a few minutes by foot. From there you can start your daily trips, go to restaurants or visit Villa del Balbianello. Daniela and her Staff were super nice and gave us great tips for planning our stay. They took care of special requests we had for breakfast. Fantastic! I left Tremezzo a few hours ago and I already miss it. The b & b is located far from the center but 5 minutes walk. Quiet, it emits serenity. The host is a lady of incredible kindness, she really deserves to be known for her culture. She speaks very good French and is the little care of each of the guests. There is nothing wrong with the cleanliness of the place. Very easy to access from the lake. In 5 minutes walk you arrive at the boat, nice restaurant. Do not hesitate to go there !

Very friendly and kind hostess. She was very attentive to our needs. It's a bed and breakfast not a hotel.Breakfast was simple but she offered to cook eggs and warm croissants. If you want hotel service book a hotel. Very affordable and short walk to main street along the lake. My wife and I enjoyed the cozy and quiet atmosphere.

Stayed at Hotel Bazzoni for a few nights during a trip around the lake... overall we were pleased. The hotel's greatest asset is its location. It is located right by the lake, opposite the ferry dock, from where it is convenient to get to Bellagio, Varenna and other towns. The view from the dining room balcony is simply a postcard! It is worth coming here for this alone.

We didn't get to stay in the hotel, cos the hotel manager said our room got flooded and drove us to another hotel as a replacement. While I can't say for the hotel itself, I appreciate their service recovery. Tremezzo is so much more chill than Varenna ( the worst ) and Bellagio. Just that it is a bit harder to reach here if you don't drive.

The location is great and the room was big and had a great view. However if noise bothers you probably don’t book here. You can hear everything. Full conversations from the neighbouring rooms, traffic and I was near the lift/stairs and it was constant thudding. I was underwhelmed with the staff too. Seemed very cold, especially comparing to La Darsena where I’d just come from.

The hotel was in a perfect location close to ferry terminal and bus station. The views from the hotel room were breathtaking views of lake Como. The overall stay was nice. The staff were pleasant except for one staff in the restaurant ( ****** the steward who was rude and ****** at 3 different occasions… otherwise rest of the staff was very nice and friendly.

Stopped here for a beer during my Greenway del lago walkabout. Got there aroumd 6 PM. There is not much of a view but it was great observing the interactions between the locals. A beer is about half the price here, Euro 4 for a .66 liter bottle. Did not eat. Friendly staff.

Honestly can’t thank this hotel enough! I have a gluten allergy ( coeliac disease) we went to about 5 restaurants and they all said no can’t serve you! Aka they can’t be bothered to make a dish gluten free even though they’re more than likely to have something I can eat.. got to hotel ristorante Lavedo and they gave me something to eat showed me what was gluten free I can’t thank them enough!
