Beautiful hotel and fabulous location. Ferry a hop skip n jump away. Not noisy at all. Restaurant was lovely and breakfast delightful. Staff were so attentive and helpful. First, the hotel is perfectly located. Could see the lake from our room and the ferry being across the street is a big bonus! I’m glad we opted to stay in Lenno over the other “popular” towns. Nice, convenient apartment almost directly located at Lake Como and Lenno’s boulevard. Also, there is a possibility to park the car in front of the apartment complex. Furthermore, the boat stop/pier is also in close proximity, allowing for easy visiting of Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna (and others).

This hotel would have for sure gotten 5 stars had i not got food poisoning from one of the on-site restaurants. Very friendly service. Reception with drink and appetizer. There was no oil or spices in the apartment which one would expect as standard. There was no air conditioning but a standing fan. Very basic B&B in the centre of Ballagio. Don't expect all of the usual amenities or hotel level service. Fine for a short stay but for a longer trip I recommend going across the lake to Menaggio.

Humble yet charming little hotel in the very heart of Bellagio. In a place like Bellagio location is everything, and the view from the terrace is stunning. Highly recommended for adventurers who don't need luxuries and are out and about often.

we did not stay here. but a lunch stop here was totally worth it. it overlooks the lake and the Aperol spritz were awesome here. You should have the Frutti di mare linguini. It was the most delicious.

The hotel is very well appointed in the town of Bellagio. It’s quiet and rooms spacious. Our host was wonderful and nothing was an issue. Any request we put in they obliged. Bathrooms have been renovated. Very clean and everything you need is there. Each room has it own split system air conditioner which works a treat. Beds were comfortable and rooms serviced every day. Waterfront property with beautiful Lake Como views. Parking was included which is a plus given the area. We got a delicious breakfast one morning but don’t have much else to add for the quality of other meals. Recommend spending the extra money and getting a lake view.

We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Menaggio. Great views and a nice pool that was much needed as it was a heatwave when we stayed. The staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome and relaxed. Possibly the best buffet style breakfast I've had anywhere, too.

This hotel really is amazing, located wonderfully on Lake Como for beautiful views, lovely and friendly staff and the food is perfect too, we would highly recommend booking in for the evening meal here and book a Lake View room, they really are perfect views to wake up to.

Good value package holiday hotel with slightly small rooms but a good view over the lake. Small but nice swimming pool. The dock for boats going round the lake is conveniently nearby. You can visit the island where a Star Wars film was filmed.
