We only ate lunch here, but the service was great. Later that day, on our way back to the ferry, we needed to use a restroom and the hotel staff were very welcoming. I’d definitely eat here again if we ever come back.

There was a misunderstanding if breakfast was included in our stay. We asked and it was. Ate breakfast and at checkout we were asked to pay for breakfast. We explained and after a bit of convincing, no payment was needed. Clean and nice rooms. Our room had two balconies where one had a sea view. Double check if breakfast is included. Parking in garage for ~12 EUR per day.

Good for the price. Nice room and bathroom. The floor was sticky. Nice staff but no one spoke English, only Italian. The breakfast was also good for the price: great coffee, many sweet pastries, joghurt and fresh fruits, but only one type of white bread, one cheese and one ham, no eggs. Every day the same.

We stayed in Lake Como area August 15-17 and highly recommend Hotel La Perla. The hotel was fantastic with a wonderful view of the lake (and a fireworks show on August 15!) and only exceeded by the friendliness of the staff, all of the ladies were so helpful with how to navigate the lake and cities and with suggestions on what to do while visiting. The host is a lady of incredible kindness, she really deserves to be known for her culture. She speaks very good French and is the little care of each of the guests. Stopped by as walk-ins on a busy Sunday lunch as a family with two kids. From the valet service to the site inspection by the Front Office Manager - everything very warm and welcoming.
