Quirky accommodation but cold, noisy and uncomfortable

A proper authentic Puglian home. Compact but had everything we needed. The location was perfect, a 3 minute walk to the towns main square. Comfortable bed. And the host was really helpful.

Loved it! Introduced by a friend, Taskin and it was great to be in the old town of Ostuni! Georgo was a brilliant host. My only negative was no air-conditioning with a hard bed for the price.

Nice apartment a few minutes walk from the restaurants and a little more from the old city. Nice, generous host. The beds are a little hard, towels too. The kitchen is shared by the 3 rooms. The parking is in a private garage - very convenient. Great value for the money.

We spent four nights at Paolo's B&B and would stay there again. It is not situated in the centre of the old town and, therefore, less busy although only a few minutes stroll away. There is no WiFi available! Very high price for the apartment with poor breakfast !actually just a coffee and croissant.Poor quality and variety. Smiling and friendly owners but poor accommodation.It needs maintenance to keep people happy.

The location is perfect, our room was clean and well maintained, the owners were nice and welcoming...but unfortunately they have a picture with Salvini in the living room...what a shame for such nice people!

We stayed at Masseria Tolla on our last night of our trip to the beautiful Puglia and it turned out to be a great choice as it's just a short drive into Ostuni where was packed with tourists. The B and B itself has a huge garden which is perfect for chilling out with absolute tranquillity and idyllic setting.

Place is nice but not really family friendly, especially for small children. We were also slightly disappointed with certain aspects of service - they didnt have a toddler/baby bed even though i had specified this in the reservation - they accused us of dropping milk to the bed sheet which we did not recall doing, thus having to charge 60€ extra. when asked to show they could not show any marks - they...

Magnificent cozy and atmospheric place, very well-groomed territory and tastefully furnished rooms! Wonderful and hospitable hosts! In such a place like this you want to come back again and again!

Experience to remember kind and helpful owners, rooms sufficiently large very clean, internal parking, typical breakfast at hand homemade desserts fresh and genuine fruit all in all very good quality price. To try again definitely recommend it to everyone.

The hosts are extremely nice and welcoming! The house has a lovely garden and a nice terrace with good wifi strength. The room we stayed in was small, but spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great! You can park safely on the property. We came by bicycles and can recommend it. Payment is cash only.

Splendid countryside location. Host always helpful, car accomodation inside the property. Very good breakfast with a typical dish served hot at the table. Great choice of products. The bathroom was very clean and finished with elegant green tiles.

A villa in a very beautiful countryside area managed by two very friendly and welcoming gentlemen, it feels like being at home. The rooms are small but there is everything you need and above all excellent cleaning. Buffet breakfast with a wide choice, served on the veranda overlooking the garden ... all very nice!

Simply fantastic! The location is unique and wonderful! The products are genuine typical of the place and exquisite. The service is excellent and immediate. A truly fantastic experience! To underline the main dish of the house; the fried scones with onion! Something extraordinary!

This review is about the restaurant only. The owner cooks divinely, I had been there 10 years ago and nothing has changed If you are in the area (but even if you are not in the area) it is a must try. Pleasant days at this beautiful farm! Extremely helpful and welcoming staff. Located not far from the sea, the farm is relaxing. The rooms leave something to be desired, but the essentials were there and it was more than enough for the little time in the rooms. We will be back again !!!

Wow, we had a fantastic stay at Masseria Rienzo! Julia is so sweet and works really hard to make her guests feel at home. We had dinner at the masseria one night as well and it is a great value- excellent quality regional dishes in massive portions. We were also able to do laundry for a small fee. The property has ocean views, sits in an incredible olive tree grove, and is conveniently located close...

Really nice place, great and attentive service. The lady that manages the place is really nice and takes her role to heart. The garden and pool make you think you're in a place out of time... And the olive trees everywhere !! So enchanting. We really enjoyed the room, it was so calm. A great address!

This is paradise! The location is amazing, so beautiful, surrounded by thousand years old olive trees. We did not stay at their beautiful hotel but we buy olive oil from this farm for already 5 years! It’s the best in the world! They can ship it directly to you! It’s a must try oil! Enjoy!

We hosted our wedding at Masseria Borgo Santuri in June 2025. The wedding planning was put under new management recently and the service was superb. Claudia took care of our every wish, made us feel taken care of and made it very easy to host our destination wedding at their place. Our travel agent booked the Borge Santuri for us. At first, we were disappointed because it is outside of town and we requested to be in city center hotels on this trip. However, the charming staff, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, relaxing pool, and the comfortable room won us over. We loved everything about Santuri. Highly recommend.

On vacation in Ostuni, we were looking for a traditional Apulian dinner in a typical masseria... we didn't find it here. The food was good, but nothing typical of Apulia to showcase the region... orecchietta, friselle, etc. The food was good, but typical restaurant fare, something we tourists (perhaps mistakenly) expect from a masseria in Puglia. The location, however, is out of this world! Beautiful...

A bit of a disappointment compared to the lovely late summer dinner... there was only one waiter, so the service was very slow, and the wines didn't match those on the menu. Great hotel for a relaxing stay set among Puglia's olive groves and just a few minutes from the beautiful White Town of Ostuni. Very friendly and helpful staff were on hand from breakfast through to dinner. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely terrace and view over the gardens and pool. I'll be back with friends!
