Ordinary. That’s how I’d describe this hotel. Arrived after a long cycle ride - no coat hangers in wardrobe (small thing but room tiny so nowhere else to put clothes), no cold water in bathroom so only option a very hot shower (it got sorted but after shower time), room card deactivated after half an hour (not near phone), Wi-Fi doesn’t work in bedroom. Hotel room tiny and decorations old. I don’t understand why hotels like this still rest on their laurels and provide the most basic of basic services. Having a shower and Wi-Fi should be the minimum surely? I’d avoid personally

Perfect hotel for us in gorgeous Ostuni. Great room, quiet and private, slept well. The hotel restaurant was amazing, way exceeded our expectations. The staff were very kind to us, recommending ways to explore Ostuni. The restaurant was great but for Valentines day was awesome. We enjoyed a multi course dinner with wines.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Great views from the terrace. Room smallish and a bit dated but comfortable. Everything works! Restaurant breakfast ( privately run) could use better quality basic products like bread, coffee, jam, yogurt. Cooked food good. Lovely staff. Evening meal good and good value as they had an October special. Waiter was wonderful!!

Very nice structure, ideal location, excellent breakfast but I wouldn't stay here again due to the very small room, not 4 star and above all lacking soundproofing. They will probably have better rooms and, in a very low season, they were wrong to assign a similar room to customers who would certainly return. Sin…

Location was perfect to get out of the noise of the town but still a reasonable walking distance. Breakfast was great, a good choice (you could do with a proper toaster for the bread though!). Staff were all very friendly, pleasant and helpful.

Amazing place to stay! The staff are incredibly lovely and are always there to help. Really comfortable beds, really good position for exploring ostuni with amazing rooftop views, as well as a superb breakfast every morning! We had a terrific trip staying here.

Wedding anniversary is ruined…
I am utterly astonished by the manner in which this business operates. After making a reservation for a room based on favorable reviews, my companions and I were taken aback to discover that the establishment hosted boisterous parties featuring an excessively loud DJ and nonstop music throughout the night. The room trembled incessantly from the clamor and screams. When we reached out to the receptionist for assistance, their response was disheartening: "We are unable to intervene as it is a party!" We had paid a substantial sum for the room but were unable to find respite due to the poor selection of screaming music! Super bad, will not recommend or come back.

very pleasant hotel, an easy walking to main touristic sites, it makes the location very convenient .the breakfast buffet is very rich .there is a good restaurat in the hotel

Old monastery, rebuild in Hotel very close to the City.
Good friendly service, we had a very large room with all services.
They do have Restaurant outside what is very useful.
Parking space are very large. Bar on a small terrasse, and the roof has as well a point of view been accessible.
Rooms maybe are for some visitors a bit old fashion, what fir some are considered as old other as charming.
