Very clean hotel with great location. Quiet, no street noise. Professional, helpful and frendly service. They also offer a safe parking space. We stayed for one night with little child.

This hotel's location is probably it's biggest merit. You'll be able to see most of Padova walking. Rooms were clean and spacious, with nice bathrooms and a good WiFi coverage. Staff was welcoming. Parking was a bit strange cause you had to be let into the parking lot by the receptionist. Breakfast was a little bit of let down, the choice wasn't big.

This is a fully renovated hotel. In a central location. They offer a full board breakfast. All for a moderate price. Rooms are clean with air condition. Surrounded with popular pizza bars and ice cream shop.

Lovely hotel just 2 minutes from a nice park. A smaller park right across the hotel entrance, very nice if you're coming with a dog. Rooms as depicted, very clean, new and comfortable with enough space. Big bathroom with a nice shower and bidet. Friendly staff.

Comfortable and clean, great service

Very old place, could use some remodelling. The smallest single bed I ever seen, I'm only 1.70 and could barely fit. A bit overpriced for what you get. Especially because they will "offer" complimentary water, but then make you pay at check out. Only positive is centered enough for a night stroll.

I was in dire need of internet when I came to Padua. The reception lady understood my situation, as it was very late night, and gave me the internet access for few minutes to contact my family in my country. Though I didn't book the hotel but I can say that from the behaviour of their staff, it's a very nice place to be.

Nice hotel licated close to beautiful churches and great restaurants. Our room was right on Via Ospidale and it was terribly noisy all night long. I recommend requesting something in the back.

Clean comfortable rooms, but the reception desk service excelled. They went to great lengths to find and book us hire bikes. Lovely array of food for breakfast.

A bit old but in rather good shape. Rooms are spaceous, but shower was a bit outdated. Stuff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good for the price. Overall, I would stay again.

The hotel looked very beautiful when we first walked in. The style seemed very clean and kind of wealthy, don't know how to name it. The couches in the lobby were also very comfortable. The receptionists we met during our short stay were helpful, friendly and polite. Great service! The friendliest most amazing staff ever. Welcoming environment and great costumer service. Great location if you are looking to stay near the hospital. The price seams cheaper but when you factor in that you have to pay €7 for parking per day and breakfast is not included it can actually be a lot more expensive than many other places. Room was nice and the staff were friendly.

Decent hotel but definitely not 4 stars. The lobby and entrance look grand giving a feel of a luxurious hotel but as you walk in to the hallways and the rooms, it quickly turns into very old and dingy. Aged carpets everywhere with lots of stains. AC had a lot of trouble cooling and to open the windows, we had to call somebody from the staff to do so (windows don't have handles, the staff needs to bring...

If you want to take the bus: there is a pathway to IKEA over the highway you can access between 6am an 10pm. There is the bus lines 10 and 53E. That's better than trying to find a bus in the industrial area.

Room was OK. Not much great .ac was good ..been g in sheraton you expect to provide . Water bottles n toiletries. No water bottle were provided . Europe hotels are controlling A/C temp to not go below 21 C. Including Sheraton and all. Europe have proved that USA is better. ( not related to hotel, but inspite of getting so much income from millions of visitors, can't understand, why Europe would charge for Toilet?)

Rooms are clean (even though the carpet on the floor) but in need of refurbishing! The breakfast is pretty good overall. Best part for me was the gym (latest Technogym range - but tiny for such a big hotel however I found it empty twice) and free parking. Location is good if you want to go around in various places but close to the highway. Staff was very friendly!

The hotel is far from the airport because it's more for businesses (industrial), it has a small stand shower which didn't bother me. The Breakfast is great, fresh, and cheap. Our room is LOVELY and gigantic. Try to get room 212 if you're ever staying here! Big king bed, with a large clean bathroom. The best breakfast of the holiday ! Tasty and rich. The rooms are big and clean with confortable pillows. Big parking outside and secure parking at the underground. My only dissatisfaction was that the remote tv and the light switch was not so clean.

Splendid hotel in the heart of Padua. The service offered is of a high standard and it shows, arrived at midnight and was asked if I wanted to use the spa. I stayed at the Hotel Al Santo mid December 2017. Many reviews from other customers are very positive, as is mine. First, my room in general was clean; in particular the bed, bed sheets and bathroom were too. But, I believe that the rooms are dated and could use some refreshing. Both at the reception and the hotel restaurant the staff were very friendly! Speaking the language always goes a long way...

The hotel is a three star place. More then 30 rooms available. They have a restaurant and bar also. 20 parking place. The rooms the average type. Breakfast italian type. Lunch average, dinner not too rich.

I had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. Additionally, the breakfast was good. my problem with my room was the weak water pressure in the shower, which may have been specific to the fourth floor, However, this minor inconvenience did not significantly detract from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The stay was very good, and good enough breakfast. However we chose the hotel for their Tesla Destination chargers, which they use as a “check-in parking”, which means you can park and charge just like that. With permission we could use one at night time. And we stayed several nights so we managed anyway. Without the charging issue I would have placed a 4-star rating

Amazing customer service, they are really helpful with all the questions you may have. Room is very nice, clean and spacious with modern furniture. Of course for the best experience try to book the deluxe room!

Nice place, but the Continental breakfast is not great

The hotel was alright, the room was quite small, but the location was perfect, really close to the center in a silent side street. Would recommend for a night stay
