M14 Hotel & Spa

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been. The room was good, except it didn’t have what a normal hotel need to have. There wasn’t any cold water, just hot, so we burned our hands, and couldn’t shower. We had to wash our hair in the sink, because it was the only place cold water would run. The water pressure was really low. We couldn’t flush off the toilet because of it. The breakfast was good, and we met one amazing receptionist, who tried to help us with everything. But I think for a 3 stars hotel, these problems are unacceptable.

Used to stay at this hotel ..the staff are unbelievable hard workers very nice people ..but work for thieves ..a lot of drug use in the hotel choose a different hotel valuables not safe and teenagers running around all night making noise very hard to sleep

First of all, let me say that what I will share is a recurring theme for this establishment, having read other reviews. I arrived in person June 19 requesting a room for myself booked for 3 nights. Within the hour they offered an apt, so I agreed to that. Within an a couple of hours I returned expecting to have this said apartment. Sorry they said, it's gone. They refused to refund me for the first as a friend of mine joined me and I had to find alternate plans. A few hours had passed with the original booking, they did not honour the apt. booking and I was out 3 nights stay. A couple of hours at best had passed, not the 24 hour notice for cancellations that all hotels offer with bookings. Please note this point.
After discussing with a junior clerk senior management, Alessandro arrived and reassured me fully of a refund. Wait 3 days he said and you are certain to get your refund. A week has passedand yet no refund on my credit card. Yes, just a simple credit on the spot would have sufficed.
What followed has been nothing short of a fine example of all elements of CORRUPTION.
First Alessandro could not be reached by phone. I spoke to Davide, who said he needed to consult with administration. He IS the primary owner, and after several calls even refused to identify himself as Davide, still claiming he needed to sort it out and to call back after the weekend. This would be the 6th call I would now need to make.
No matter I have now an email with proper paper trail. An official inquiry will me made with appropriate authorities, including a letter to the Padova business authorities to inform them of this disgusting series of corruption manoevres. It ends here.

July 23, 2024 - I have received the refunds through Visa credit card customer services. Please note should you get into this predicament. Otherwise avoid this hotel.

Rooms very small and dirty. I found a dirty towel with hairs in my room.. however I must say that the girl at reception was nice and polite. I would not recommend this accommodation

Good location, poor rooms, poor service, really sub standard cleaning. Would rather sleep on the street than at M14 again.

Only visibly cleaned, small rooms, broken shower, the cleaning staff leaves hotelroom doors open, they enter even tho the do not disturb sign is on the door. Wouldn't recommend

WORST hoteL ever,i want to type the curse word for them,but not allowed here.Their attitude is really bad,make u feel is OK seemingly,but actually they won't want to help u,and only care the money,i can't believe the three stars hotel just like this.i won't tell my bad experience again,but i just want to mention people who wants to book,1.don't buy the minibar serives, they will stealthily "forgot" to put the drinks in ur room and their reason is because they already one in there.2.don't look forward to they have a positive and kindness attitude for u even if u always smile.3.i book and i regreted for whole day,those things also could be happened on u. i post the front door picture and as u see,u can image the worst smell,like the sewer,just in the front door.

A bad experience. I shared the floor with a large group of students in a field trip, so I endured two consecutive nights of noisy teenagers running around. They should know better than mixing regular guests ans students. In top of that the fire alarm went on (but no fire!) for five minutes at around 2am each night. Not much sleep for two days.
