Clean and comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. A short walk from the centre so well located for the highlights of Padua such as the Basilica of St Anthony and the Scrovegni Chapel with its amazing paintings by Giotto.

The room was just a bad joke. We arrived here for just one night to explore Padua but we were shocked when we went to our room. I didn‘t knew bathrooms like this exist any more. Like come on we have 2024 😂 also they charge you 19€/ day for a parking slot extra

I should express our sincere gratitude towards great help / work of Bahareh Jamshidi Vajalna, who is great employee in this hotel who helpt my parents to reserve rooms in best way . My parents are not good in speaking English but Bahareh did great service towards them. With presence of Bahareh we found this hotel one of the best among our different experiences in European and American hotels. Thanks a lot Bahareh.

Not good. Room was in a bad way walls were badly scuffed there was what appears to be earwax on the walls. Plug socket next to bed was damaged no cover so wires are exposed and not working. No bedside table lights. Light not working in hallway no sink plug in bathroom. No tea & coffee facilities in room. No safe in the room. No do not disturb tag for the door. We were in room 221 avoid at all costs. The staff were polite bonus. The location was the only thing that was going well for it. Oh and single beds when it was clear we were a couple. Corridor carpet looks disgusting in desperate need of a carpet cleaner

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been. The room was good, except it didn’t have what a normal hotel need to have. There wasn’t any cold water, just hot, so we burned our hands, and couldn’t shower. We had to wash our hair in the sink, because it was the only place cold water would run. The water pressure was really low. We couldn’t flush off the toilet because of it. The breakfast was good, and we met one amazing receptionist, who tried to help us with everything. But I think for a 3 stars hotel, these problems are unacceptable.

Used to stay at this hotel ..the staff are unbelievable hard workers very nice people ..but work for thieves ..a lot of drug use in the hotel choose a different hotel valuables not safe and teenagers running around all night making noise very hard to sleep

First of all, let me say that what I will share is a recurring theme for this establishment, having read other reviews. I arrived in person June 19 requesting a room for myself booked for 3 nights. Within the hour they offered an apt, so I agreed to that. Within an a couple of hours I returned expecting to have this said apartment. Sorry they said, it's gone. They refused to refund me for the first as a friend of mine joined me and I had to find alternate plans. A few hours had passed with the original booking, they did not honour the apt. booking and I was out 3 nights stay. A couple of hours at best had passed, not the 24 hour notice for cancellations that all hotels offer with bookings. Please note this point.
After discussing with a junior clerk senior management, Alessandro arrived and reassured me fully of a refund. Wait 3 days he said and you are certain to get your refund. A week has passedand yet no refund on my credit card. Yes, just a simple credit on the spot would have sufficed.
What followed has been nothing short of a fine example of all elements of CORRUPTION.
First Alessandro could not be reached by phone. I spoke to Davide, who said he needed to consult with administration. He IS the primary owner, and after several calls even refused to identify himself as Davide, still claiming he needed to sort it out and to call back after the weekend. This would be the 6th call I would now need to make.
No matter I have now an email with proper paper trail. An official inquiry will me made with appropriate authorities, including a letter to the Padova business authorities to inform them of this disgusting series of corruption manoevres. It ends here.

Rooms very small and dirty. I found a dirty towel with hairs in my room.. however I must say that the girl at reception was nice and polite. I would not recommend this accommodation

I had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. Additionally, the breakfast was good. my problem with my room was the weak water pressure in the shower, which may have been specific to the fourth floor, However, this minor inconvenience did not significantly detract from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Good hotel for few nights. Great location very close to Prato Della Valle. 10 minutes walk to the centre.
