Where to stay in Padua

We stayed here overnight after a late flight into Venice. Clean room, great breakfast, great quick stay. For folks, complaining about being by the highway or no restaurants nearby…pretty obvious to see that’s not what this hotel is. It’s like booking a mountain hotel and then complaining it’s not by the ocean. Google it. Overall, everyone was super nice and the breakfast was solid.

Decent hotel but definitely not 4 stars. The lobby and entrance look grand giving a feel of a luxurious hotel but as you walk in to the hallways and the rooms, it quickly turns into very old and dingy. Aged carpets everywhere with lots of stains. Good location, a little far from the city, many group tourists stay, the front desk staff is friendly, positive and professional, 309 minutes away from the airport, it is quite convenient

The location is a little inconvenient to get around, but there is a bus stop a short walk away, so it's okay to get around, and everything else wasn't bad.

It's an old hotel with very dim lighting. The service is average. For example, I submitted the laundry service to the hotel several times, but they didn't confirm it. The attitude of the front desk was also bad. The service varies from person to person. But the town is still pretty and worth a visit.

The trainstation is within walking distance and it is about a 15 minute walk into the city of Padova. The front desk immediately resolved any issues we had and were extremely polite.

I always choose to stay at NH Hotel. I am quite satisfied with the service, environment and hygiene. I like to have a drink in the sky restaurant/skybar at night and overlook the city night view. If there is NH HOTEL in the next city, I will still choose it.

The hotel is a bit far from the center, but very convenient for the highway and for connections to nearby areas. The structure is modern and functional, the rooms a bit dated. In ours (510) the air conditioning made condensation and rained on the bedside table....and it was not possible to rest because of the noise of the minibar, really excessive. We reported it to the reception and they did everything...

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, large and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, private parking, young and courteous staff, excellent quality of services/price ratio. What more could you want?!?!

Perfect location, clean and spacious room. There is no water provided so better to prepare. Only negative part is that you can hear the chats from the hallway.

The room is very old and the key is that it is very hot! ! ! I don't recommend it because you can find better ones at the same price!

Not the warmest welcome from both female receptionists, the guy on the next day was friendly and helpful. Clean bedsheets and towels, black mold in the bathroom and not very clean. The floor was very dirty! It seems it doesn’t regularly get cleaned. Black stuff everywhere on your feet. And a broken light bulb in the room.

I cannot recommend this hotel any more. I got the new room and it was so spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is situated right across the basilica, which is perfect for me as my visit to Padova was as a pilgrim. The bed was so comfortable too. Had a great sleep! Highly recommended! Will Definitely stay there again the next time I come visit!

The breakfast is great! Full buffet with enough selections to enjoy. The location is out of town so just chill out and relax in the quietness.

I have been coming to this hotel for years for my yearly getaway to Venice Biennale and Padova! I love both. Amazing that staff have not changed all this time, neither did the hotel! I have always been very happy, staff are VERY professional, room has always been great and quiet. Breakfast is also good with loads of fresh fruit, wonderful coffee, yogurt etc... Parking is around the corner and...

Very convenient location close to the train station with 10 minute walk. It's just at the periphery of the old town within walkable distance to major tourist landmarks too. Breakfast is okay with the usual ham, cheese, eggs and bread. Not much of hot dishes choice apart from scrambled eggs and grilled bacon. Musilli is surprising tasty. Amenities though... prepare your own slippers, shampoo, body...

Similar to last stay not up to nowadays standards: little amenities at the room, no coffee making option, terrible shower with 1/ small cabine; 2/ the position of the shower head was not good; 3, the water tap regulation positioned so that every move you make you touch it with all consequences... and, worst, 4/ nearly impossible to get the right temperature (even before you start moving and touching...

The receptionist is very nice and welcoming with the guest. He added some suggestions and recommendations.

The location is a bit far from the station and the downtown area, but there is a bus stop with short intervals right in front of the accommodation. The accommodation was clean and satisfactory.

Clean and comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. A short walk from the centre so well located for the highlights of Padua such as the Basilica of St Anthony and the Scrovegni Chapel with its amazing paintings by Giotto.

I had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. Additionally, the breakfast was good. my problem with my room was the weak water pressure in the shower, which may have been specific to the fourth floor, However, this minor inconvenience did not significantly detract from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Good hotel for few nights. Great location very close to Prato Della Valle. 10 minutes walk to the centre.

The stay was very good, and good enough breakfast. However we chose the hotel for their Tesla Destination chargers, which they use as a “check-in parking”, which means you can park and charge just like that. With permission we could use one at night time. And we stayed several nights so we managed anyway. Without the charging issue I would have placed a 4-star rating

Amazing customer service, they are really helpful with all the questions you may have. Room is very nice, clean and spacious with modern furniture. Of course for the best experience try to book the deluxe room!

The hotel is far from the airport because it's more for businesses (industrial), it has a small stand shower which didn't bother me. The Breakfast is great, fresh, and cheap. Over all the hotal is very professional. Also, the stuff are very very kind and helpful especially Gabriel👌👌👍 and Michael. Best staff

Our room is LOVELY and gigantic. Try to get room 212 if you're ever staying here! Big king bed, with a large clean bathroom. The shower space is a little bit on the small side but I'm just being picky! Staff are all super kind and helpful and it's definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at!!! Absolutely beautiful.

Location is very good and rooms are spacious. But there is something peculiar about the way breakfast is served. Also access is tricky. It is overrated to be a 4* hotel.

Very nice and modern hotel. Floors are named after classical elements like Earth, Water, Fire... Rooms are large an well designed although more sockets in the wall near the bed would be better. Big bathrooms although the shower could have more space for shampoo, etc. Sone of them have curtains which are not useful to keep the water inside the shower. Breakfast is very nice and is included in the room...

Great location if you want to use public transport. The nightlife on the street was not the most desirable around there, but it's not their fault. However I would go back again because the hotel was perfect, beautiful and clean. Good value for money.

The hotel was ok. The woman who checked us in was really friendly and nice. It is great that there is a 24 hour bar but it was sometimes difficult to get service as they had to check people in at the same time. And it could do with a makeover. The room was comfortable enough and the air conditioning was a definite plus. The bed was tiny, but I believe that is often the case I Europe.

Modern structure, comfortable room, breakfast is normal with sweet and savory but not quality. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the center and has a paid garage.

The hotel is good, but the location is a bit far, not as close to the train station as described. The room is good, the breakfast is OK, and it is convenient to eat around.

Very old place, could use some remodelling. The smallest single bed I ever seen, I'm only 1.70 and could barely fit. A bit overpriced for what you get. Especially because they will "offer" complimentary water, but then make you pay at check out. Only positive is centered enough for a night stroll.

I was in dire need of internet when I came to Padua. The reception lady understood my situation, as it was very late night, and gave me the internet access for few minutes to contact my family in my country. Though I didn't book the hotel but I can say that from the behaviour of their staff, it's a very nice place to be.

Nice hotel licated close to beautiful churches and great restaurants. Our room was right on Via Ospidale and it was terribly noisy all night long. I recommend requesting something in the back.

I stayed at the Hotel Al Santo mid December 2017. Many reviews from other customers are very positive, as is mine. First, my room in general was clean; in particular the bed, bed sheets and bathroom were too. But, I believe that the rooms are dated and could use some refreshing. Both at the reception and the hotel restaurant the staff were very friendly! Speaking the language always goes a long way...

We didn't stay at a hotel but we were dining at the restaurant. Very nice and cozy place with tasty food and reasonable prices. The staff was pleasant and polite - though a waiter couldn't speak English very well it was possible to communicate. Without any doubt I can recommend this place.

It offers a great accomodation especially considering the last-floor suite. It also has a great quality/price ratio considering other hotel in Padova. The only downside is the distance from the city centre: 40 min by foot and it's not a well served zone by buses.

Ideal location close to city center with both main Bus & Train Stations within walking distance. Delicious Breakfast with a wide selection of both food and beverages. Very helpful and friendly team. Very nice breakfast. Great location but be careful not to drive past the entrance , the one way streets are complicated in a car. The entrance to the hotel is just a door so it is hard to see. Our bathroom was small. I would return to the Belludi on a future trip.
