The hotel is far from the airport because it's more for businesses (industrial), it has a small stand shower which didn't bother me. The Breakfast is great, fresh, and cheap. Over all the hotal is very professional. Also, the stuff are very very kind and helpful especially Gabriel👌👌👍 and Michael. Best staff

Our room is LOVELY and gigantic. Try to get room 212 if you're ever staying here! Big king bed, with a large clean bathroom. The shower space is a little bit on the small side but I'm just being picky! Staff are all super kind and helpful and it's definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at!!! Splendid hotel in the heart of Padua. The service offered is of a high standard and it shows, arrived at midnight and was asked if I wanted to use the spa. Unfortunately, the thermal pool of the hotel has been acts of vandalism and non-repairable in the immediate, and the outside temperature was too low to operate the tub, and the beautiful, the grotto spa, excellent food and rooms discrete, shame about the cold coming out from the pool.

We had a great new spacious and clean room with amazing washing/hygiene products. It was also a very quiet room. The beds are fantastic. Their kitchen services are very frustrating. The ladies working there couldn’t agree with each other to where should we be seated. Plus if you ask a waiter what’s for desert for example the answer is “I cannot serve you, you have to go and see by yourself” I didn’t asked to be served. Well.... Just go and dive in the thermal water pool, or in the spa with Sauna and steam bath and Mediterranean bath.... Or the gyjm...... But if you like there is also a pool to swim.... Is a incredible place, stuff is kind and very helpful.... Ij wanna go back, but I was a guest and as a disable I will never be able to afford this again.... But if you can, please try it.

Me and my family go here for days at the pool. Pool is very big and spacious. There's a nice inside pool, it's also a little heated. A bar as well. I can't speak for the rest of the hotel but the pool is great and I can recommend that. Nice area as well. Great for a walk after a whole day in the pool.

A good value for the price. The rooms are large and the bathrooms huge. The beds are soft, but with very few pillows. Over all though the inclusion of the spa and all the services make this an attractive offer to anyone looking to relax.
