Great location great room. Poor reception times closed at 7pm. At 8pm we found we had no lights. Not able to lower the shutters to keep light out due to no power. Not big problems, but there no apologies in the morning

The hotel was cleaned but is old facility

The room was clean and the breakfast was good, and the parking lot was spacious and nice. However, the desk staff's response was stiff, too businesslike, and unfriendly, which was disappointing.

I did not receive the VIP offers. We’re all the location is really good to go walking in sight. We didn’t like the shower because the way that the screen is placed create a lot of spill into the shower. Breakfast was excellent.

The price for a quadruple room with breakfast in Europe is really amazing, and the breakfast is also very rich. If you are driving to Venice, it is highly recommended. There are also very large supermarkets nearby where you can buy all kinds of food and daily necessities as souvenirs to bring back home for friends. It is close to the local community and the restaurant prices are reasonable.

Poor service at the reception requested for bottle of water and he refused to send someone to my room I had to go all the way downstairs leaving my kids alone in the room we were 4 persons and only provide d 1 bottle of water below standard comparing to crown plaza's standard and breakfast was ok few options and wasn't tasty

Checks the boxes. This is a basic hotel that is clean, newly renovated (at least the room I was in) and the staff are friendly enough. It is walkable distance to centro (ca. 15 minutes) if you're capable. Otherwise it is a five minute taxi ride. This will be my go to hotel when I am visiting Padua.

Walter and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Not only were they extremely helpful with our car parking, but they even started breakfast early so we could have something in our stomachs before a long trip. We requested extra towels for the pool, and at no point were we informed there would be an additional charge of 4 euros per towel. This was only mentioned at checkout, which was quite surprising and frustrating. Additionally, we were told that the hotel would not replace used towels and were instead instructed to dry them in our room. For a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected more flexibility...

Everything was ok but not the air condition, was not working properly, our room was very hot, 28' no fans on the ceiling, I asked if they can provide us with one small fan and they didn't have it. They have an old thermostat they need to up grade the A/C sistem.

Stayed at Roma Terme with friends on a Rad Reisen cycling holiday, the hotel was a base from which the delights of the Euganean Hills National Park could be discovered. We approached by Taxi from the airport as our driver, whom we had pre booked explained, how he ‘expected we would be older’ which was nice, but raised some trepidation, it seems Abano is a long retired Italians destination of choice...

We stayed as a family in April 2023, overall it was pleasant, excellent value for money. I don't put 5 stars as the pool had a few whirlpools, there is a path with various timed jets that lasts about half an hour and this is very nice and relaxing but when there are many people there is a bit of a queue so it would be nice to be able to opt for other whirlpools, which are few and many not working....

From all the staff I found a lot of availability, nothing to complain. Without detracting from anyone, I must congratulate the masseuse Ms Alessandra for her high professionalism.

The rooms are almost ancient but enough clean, pool area good.

Elegant hall and dining room. Very kind personnell . Good Ford. Bedroom was so unbearably hot that it was hard to sleep. Thermostat could not be lowered .To no avail asked for a lower temperature. Double bed had two mattresses with gap in between. Was very hard. Worst of all, I had a couple of "nuts" above moving beds morning and night and using constantly the cyclette: a real nightmare! Nice hotel. Pretty good location. The grounds and pool area are excellent. If you swim in the pool, they require you to wear a swim cap. Water is very warm and pleasant. The food in the restaurant is mediocre. We are East European traditions. Avoid booking rooms with mountain views. The water treatment boilers located beneath the windows are noisy. Furthermore, neighboring buildings block the mountain views.

The daily cleaning of the rooms was excellent. The work of the waiters in the restaurant and bar is beyond praise. The service personnel at the reception are very polite and kind-hearted.

Perfect for solo travellers, clean, safe and centrally located. Lovely indoor and outdoor pool, very professional therapists. Friendly water service in restaurant, always with smile and helpful. Delicious food. Comfortable bed. Everything I needed for a comfy stay. Great value!

Ok but nothing great, breakfast soso and overcrowded, gym super small and not really for strength training. You need to wear a bathcap for the pool, I think this is the case in most hotels but still super hilarious

We liked everything, the rooms and the hotel in general were clean and spacious. But the best experience was in the pool, with hot water and massage. We will definitely come back here again.

Good restaurant. Nice and spicy rooms. Great swimming pool at the roof, but also in the garden.
