Such a beautiful place to be a guest for a couple of days. Roberta is a natural, she is a natural talent considering she had a whole different life before she transformed a ruin into this beautiful Masseria. Top hospitality, delicious white wine and a well prepared breakfast with home made pasticceria, crostata and marmelade. Just a suggestion or two. Get rid of those plastic chairs at breakfast. And the poolside could use some more vegetation with fruit trees, grapes or other large vegetation. This will give the premises more depth and romantic spots to sit!

We spend the nights in the room "Dependance" and really loved your hospitality and your willingness to help for all our questions.
You had great tips for excursions and were able to recommend many restaurants within walking distance.
Also your breakfast was very delicious including e.g. homemade cakes.
The most exciting place was for us the swimming pool in the garden - almost a small paradise.

Our experience at Masseria Palane was truly exceptional! Nestled in a picturesque natural setting, this beautiful masseria provided us with an unforgettable stay. The room was impeccably designed, offering everything needed for a perfect getaway—clean, neat, and incredibly comfortable. And the internet was great! So perfect if you also need to get some work done.
Linda and Roberta, the welcoming hosts and sisters, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast they served was a highlight, featuring fresh, delicious fare and delightful coffee—an outstanding display of hospitality.
The pool area, surrounded by lush flora, was a tranquil oasis, and we thoroughly enjoyed the Aperitivo hour with refreshing Aperol Spritz and tasty snacks. Additionally, the wellness cave, complete with a small pool, provided a serene space for relaxation.

We were lucky enough to stay here for a night on a cycling holiday of Apulia. The welcome was fantastic from Linda, nothing was too much trouble, making restaurant reservations for us for the evening. The place is just fantastic, beautiful oasis of calm, perfect to relax. Breakfast was enough to get me all the way to otranto! Rooms are beautiful, lots of thought into the layout, and a bonus having a pool. The town is lovely with bars, restaurants and gelateria. One night is not enough for a stay, we will be back. Many thanks to Linda.

excellent breakfast facilitating rest for omelette; the hosts are so friendly and helpful - advising on local restaurants and booking for us - and I recommend taking their guidance on restaurants. We only stayed two nights but wish we had stayed there longer just a really lovely place.

We are just back from 7 beautiful nights at Masseria Palane.
The room was beautiful with comfortable beds and a well designed bathroom. We stayed in the patio suites near the garden and pool it was beautiful quiet and relaxing.
Roberta & Linda were amazing hosts we felt like we were on holidays at our favourite aunties house they really wanted us to have a lovely trip and looked after us in a very kind considered way. Breakfast was good including freshly baked goods and eggs cooked to order from their own hens.
The location is great for a relaxing holidays ten minutes from both the adriatic & ionian coasts with plenty of local amenities in walking distance in a very pretty and safe neighbourhood.

We were looked after perfectly by the owners. They gave us great information throughout our stay. Breakfast was always tasty and they catered for my vegan girlfriend by baking a cake which was lovely! The accommodation itself is located just a few minutes walk from the nearest towns and amenities or you can always drive. Comfortable, spacious room, great shower, lovely pool. Thank you!

We spent over a week in Puglia, and this was by far our favorite stay!
Located in a charming town near Santa Marina de Leuca, Roberta and Linda have restored a farmhouse into a beautiful Masseria, with all of the modern amenities (beautiful pool, great a/c, stunning gardens) that you would expect, without any of the crowds or hassle of staying in a touristic area. We stayed in the Romantic Room, which was massive, comfortable, and wonderfully decorated.
Roberta and Linda have solid relationships and partnerships with the nearby beach clubs and restaurants - this was the only stop on our journey where I didn't need a reservation for anything until we arrived. It was truly a vacation, and we completely relaxed - all we had to do was show up and follow their recommendations; our favorite memories from Puglia came from Roberta!
We toured many beach clubs on both coasts, and Lido Elite nearby was our favorite (it had an adults-only section). You must also eat at Retrò Casa Museo for dinner - it was also our favorite restaurant in all of Puglia. Finally, they also have great boat tour operators nearby if you'd like to explore the caves.
Truly five-star service, and I hope to return one day soon :)

A beautiful and private oasis in the Salento countryside. We had a great time in the structure, super cared for and reserved, so much so that we didn't want to move for whole days !!
The owners are fantastic, very helpful and kind to help with any request. Their homemade jams and cakes and their lunches with frize and cherry tomatoes are fantastic !!

My wife and I stayed at Masseria Palane for 2 nights as part of our 5 week honeymoon trip and we were treated like royalty. The service was impeccable, the room was modern and clean and the pool was just perfect. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay and they baked her a surprise birthday cake. I would highly recommend Masseria Palane. We will definitely be back to stay here on our next trip to Puglia.
