Do not believe what the add tells you! And do not charge your electric car! After a long day travelling we selected this hotel because of the swimming pool (hot day in summer). At arrival we where told that the pool is closed because it is owned by the next door restaurant and they do not have the key,… and also the life guard is sick. We where unpleasantly surprised! Don not sell something you can not deliver. On top of that, when checking out, we found out that the charging rate for the electric car is 1,41euro per kWh! Outragious,..(Autostrada is approx 0,88 ct)

Five stars!!! I highly recommend this hotel for everyone. This was one of best hotels I've ever been in, the the room were perfect and clean and it was very comfortable, the service was on a whole another level of professionalism although, I arrived earlier they let me enter and I was very thankful for this, five stars

I visited the hotel as part of a local exhibition (2 rooms), the hotel is located close to the convention center (walking distance) but far from the city, 100 euros with a taxi one way - very expensive. The rooms are very small with an old and run-down single bed, a 21-inch TV with a broken remote control...the level of cleanliness is absolutely reasonable...there is no hot water in the showers in the morning, the elevator to the 4th floor is not working, breakfast is good..... Summary - A really disappointing place, the level of a hostel and not a hotel...not recommended at all.

I've had a very bad experience with this hotel. I booked 2 rooms through ***********, and I paid in advance, but I got the dates wrong. I realized a few days later and asked to change the dates, but they told me that it was impossible since the hotel was closed in August (what kind of hotel closes in August?). I then asked for a refund and they told me that it was impossible. I have to say that my request was done more than a month in advance of the date that was theoretically the date of my stay. But they say no. I insisted, I told them that I understood that there would be a penalty, and not get a full refund, but they wouldn't listen. Oh yes! They gave me a voucher that I can use during the next six months, although I told them that I have never been in Milan in 55 years, and I'm not planning to come back. That's all I've got: a voucher I'm never going to use. In other words, they have taking my money because they proabably can do it legally, but this episode shows a way of being and behaving. I would never recommend going to a hotel that treats people this way.

How is possibile that in 2023 a 3 stars hotel doesn't even offer a freshly made cappuccino for breakfast?? We were many asking to have a "decent" coffee not made by the machine but the answer was "we can't, sorry". 3 stars hotel!!!

Good value for little money. Don’t expect a 2022 Hilton hotel, but it’s super clean, beds are comfy and the staff is super cute. Can recommend.

Good value for money. For me very convenient:
I. Walking distance to the exhibition (25min)
II. Small and old fashioned but clean and comfortable rooms
III. Friendly staff specially at the reception
IV. Decent breakfast
If I go to Feria Milano Rho again, I'll repeat.
