The only good thing was , that it was clean. The location was kind of far though. 32 min with tram to DuoMo
So in general not recommend this hotel.
In my opinion you get what you pay for. I am not a fussy tourist. Good for solo travelling. Breakfast is fine, enough options to be full. I normally just drink coffee in the morning. Good location, I had no problem with the commute from here. People in the hotel were really nice.
I would recommend if you are on the budget. I have chosen a Deluxe single room.
Room was good and clean. One thing I don't understand is the window in my room was completely shut with doors commonly used in shop door. So sunlight at all.
I am disappointed in their effort to fix the TV in my room. I was only able to watch Rai 1, 2, and 3. It said the smart card was error. Told the receptionist twice. First one can't fixed it and promised to fix it the day after and no one came. Second time I called, once again only promised to fixed it the day after because it was already late at night. Until the end of my stay (total 6 days), it is not fix.
Luckily I went out almost everyday, so it is not a huge problem for me.
