Gravely disappointed at their dodgy practices. I booked a double room via booking.com having reviewed the prices for 2 people. When I booked, it must've changed to 1 person. Now they want to charge me an extra 30 euros citing this technicality. When I called booking.com they said they can change it for 17 euros. Meanwhile the prices are cheaper online, I'm just unable to cancel. How is this fair on consumers? I reasonably thought the price was for 2 people and was never notified it would change. I wonder if they do this to all customers and intend to escalate this.

Clean and nice rooms, frindley staff and a good brakefast with plenty of healthy options.
For the price this must be one of Milans best chocies when it comes to overnight stayes.

This was a lovely little hotel behind and unusual door, very unexpected, breakfast was cold continental with lots of option easy walking to Milan’s centre and great local bars around

It's one of our favorite hotels in Milano. Good location and polite staff. Nearby, there are a lot of interesting attractions. Unfortunately, it is a problem to find parking for not residents!

A place to return and perfectly valid to get to know Milan. In our case we were fair in Firamilano and the location is perfect.

I expected this hotrl for travel to work. The hotel is convenient to services and public transport. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff.
