Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They spoke both English and Italian. The breakfast food is absolutely amazing, they have American breakfast items (eggs, bacon, etc.) and also European breakfast (croissant, cakes, yogurt). Coffee was delicious. I just wish they weren't stingy with water (they don't give a lot of water out for breakfast, so you need to eat breakfast early before they run out).

Rooms were fine, a little small but clean. Location was good as very near metro station. Reasonable value. Breakfast was ok. Only one iron for whole hotel.

We arrived here very early and the reception staff were excellent. The gentleman found us a parking bay as another guest checked out. The breakfasts here were excellent with lots of choice of hot & cold foods. Staff very busy clearing tables for more guests. The reception staff also researched a route to the Monza racetrack for us and printed off the information. Other staff gave very good bar service and an excellent restaurant recommendation nearby. Our room was modern and clean. A great place to stay with very professional staff.

Occasionally I had to stop in Milan and I stayed one night in this hotel. It was a lovely place and the room was totally new and they had comfortable beds.

The hotel totally delivered what I asked for, a decent room, smart location according to the event I was participating in and a great breakfast... from a italian point of view.
Hotel personal was really helpful and made the best out of an extremely early checkout, with double espresso in the middle of the night.
Hotel is located close to local transports, and I can recommend using the subway for transport in Milan.

Pros:
• Mostly clean, simple accommodations
• Well-located hotel
• Staff were hospitable and spoke English, which was helpful for us as English speakers with basic Italian
Cons:
• Paid extra for buffet breakfast but only received a token for one morning, I felt like this was mis-advertised as who would pay to have breakfast on just one morning?
• We arrived downstairs toward the end of the breakfast slot as it was our first day in Milan after travelling, there wasn't really any food left, so regret not going in sooner.
• Air conditioning didn't work in our room, and the window couldn't open, making the first night uncomfortable; the receptionist explained that this was a building-wide issue, indicating mis-advertisement of the room amenities
• Maintenance fixed the window, which resolved the issue
• Room was dusty upon arrival, our mini fridge was switched off and there was a hair in it
• Thin walls; easily disturbed by neighbouring rooms' alarms, resulting in interrupted sleep on two occasions
Would I recommend?
Yes for simple and affordable accommodation well-connected in Milan, however if you can afford better, I would say to spend your money on a better hotel

I had a bad experience with this hotel. Do not book directly through the hotel website, you cannot cancel afterwards and it is not made clear when you make the booking. You should also be wary of the staff at reception who assured me that I would be reimbursed, but in fact this is not true. I never received a response to my complaint, either on the spot or in writing. I advise you not to go to this hotel, they are dishonest.

The hotel is very outdated. Nothing is refurbished or refreshed. The staff are ok but nothing special. Its in the middle of a residential area, only a few restaurants nearby. A good thing is that if you're visiting Rho Fieramilano it's quite well connected with the Metro. The rooms are loud, you can hear a neighbour flushing the toilet.

Embarrassing to say the least - my room was dirty: there were white spots/drops on the desk that I noticed right away. The toilet paper hanger was falling off. The curtain in the bathroom was already half way off. The breakfast was pretty sad, too. The only highlight was the super nice lady serving breakfast. Otherwise no pro’s whatsoever. If you have another option, go for it.

Price ok, accomondation ok, room was dusty and a full mess-chaos in the breakfast area. We were threated like being punished, no good manners and a lack of english communication. We had to wait long to be served, they choose where we had to sit und "what" to eat under pressure. The best part is the location!!!
