nice hotel if you like it cheap, no sauna or pool or anything. breakfast is a little simple
Small, quiet, old building. Center of the city. You can walk to the ministry and buy 24hour ticket then go where ever you want. You can use your ticked for bus, minimetro etc. You can easily come to the hotel from train station by minimetro.
It's a good hotel near City center. It has a parking for car. It's very nice and it's very clean. In 5 minutes is possible to arrive in city center walking.
Good: Nice views over the valley from the room (I had room # 4). Very well located: 10 minutes walk to the heart of the city, close to escalators, close to the mini-metro station, 15 minutes walk to the bus terminal. Good price / quality ratio. Satisfactory breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Elevator is a big plus if you have luggage. Quiet rooms in the back. Bad: A little bit worn-out, but...

The 2 star hotel rating does not reflect how good this charming well run family hotel is. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. ( special mention for the housekeeping staff always warm and smiling ).The hotel is spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable (small bathroom) mini fridge is a bonus. In the mornings we opted for the €3 coffee and croissant, which we felt was very good...
Really friendly staff and hotel's location ideal, 10 minutes walk from airlink bus. Had a great room, with terrace and a spectacular view. Quiet area of town and very comfortable beds. Free wi-fi is always a plus. I chose 7 Perugia hotels to email - these guys came back with the most informative email and details of how to get from the airport. Would thoroughly recommend.
We stayed here for the Umbria Jazz Fest. Very very nice small family run hotel. Friendly with good communication even for non-Italiano speakers both during our stay and preceeding for considerations before our arrival for suggestions for transport from Rome. Lovely outdoor terrace with all day bar service which we used frequently for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The Superior room with panoramic...
Located at the end of Corso Cavour towards Porta Romana, in a nice alley, is very convenient ,out of the crowded historic centre, 10 min.walking distance from the main attractions, The staff is helpful and welcoming. We had the luxury room with a lovely terrace on the roofs of the valley. Rooms are very clean and quiet. There is a small bar and an outdoor sitting space with tables surrounded...
I enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff. Okay location: 15 minutes' walk to the center of the old town. Good restaurant across the street. No A/C. Weather was cooling so I slept with the windows open....mosquitoes. If you drive, parking could be challenging.
Budget, clean, nice hotel in the center of city. Above expectations. Very friendly staff.

What a pleasant stay in the heart of the old town of Perugia. Very good cost-benefit balance. The owner who spoke fluently English was very helpful. Also we could park the car next to the entry of the hotel. Perfect.
I thoroughly enjoyed my 5-night stay at Hotel Morlacchi. Michele and his family are wonderful hosts, and Michele speaks perfect English. Breakfast was excellent, and my room was very clean and comfortable. The location is also terrific-- central but on the quiet side. I hope to return soon!
Cheap & clean is basically all I ask for when traveling on my own. But in this well-located, traditional family-run hotel, you will not only get this but also hospitality and warmth of the highest level, and great advice on the best places to visit or where to eat delicious local products. In this strange Covid time, Michele went out of his way to make his hosts feel at home ! More than recommended...
I really liked this place: atmosphere is great and very friendly. Family, owing this hotel, speaks perfect english and is very kind and hospitable! Location is great - you can reach the city centre in 2 minutes. Near by there are restaurants, a supermarket and a bar. Room and private bath are clean and comfortable. There is a place to work and to rest. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. Coffee is...

The structure is located in an excellent position and surrounded by greenery, very pleasant in the evening. There is also a swimming pool that you can use without a surcharge. The owner and staff are very helpful and kind. However the building is very old and the rooms are poorly maintained. The whole complex would need to be modernized and fixed...
Quiet environment, very pleasant location, kind staff, but the road to get to the parking lot is unsightly and dangerous, it would be enough to pave it
I have been going to this business for some time, but I only enjoy the restaurant. The dining room has a huge fireplace equipped with side seating. It is very pleasant, in winter, to dine with the fire behind. The cuisine is simple, typical Umbrian and well prepared. You can also enjoy an excellent pizza. The value for money is good.

Great short stay Really helpful staff
Beautiful property with on-site restaurant and sweeping views of the district overlooking Perugia. Room was modern and spacious. Staff were very helpful. Made to order breakfast with local ingredients.
A wonderful accommodation it was incredible, with great customer service with awesome breakfast and a nice view.
We stayed for three nights at this wonderful Locanda, located just outside Perugia. It offers a convenient driving distance to various Umbrian attractions and is only 10 minutes from Perugia Airport. Some of the reviews left are inaccurate and I can say must come from people who don’t appreciate the real authentic Perugia. The hotel is charming and just off the main area. Yes it’s a bit of a steep walk up to it but you are in old town which is a maze of interesting walkways on a hill! What do you expect? The bathrooms are perfectly appointed. I am not small and I could fit fine into the shower...
We loved our stay at Hotel Umbria. Our room was very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was super, and for only 4 Euros, you couldn't do better. The location was super, close to restaurants and historic sights. Best of all, the staff was amazing! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
This is a charming, good value for money, friendly little hotel located just 5 or so minutes from the main pedestrianised central area of Perugia's old town. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus terminal (the train station is much further away, but there are city buses that connect the terminal to the old town). If driving, there are car parks nearby. Despite being so centrally located in the...
A really well placed two star hotel about two minute walk from the main area near the square/museum etc. We were there for the jazz festival and it was very hot about 36 degrees. The hotel provided fans for each room which helped somewhat. Breakfast was good with fresh coffee made by the owners. Great location. Very clean. Self-service breakfast that meets all tastes (sweet and salty). Claudio is very kind and helpful, he provides directions, delivers a map of the city, explaining everything and giving useful advice. The rooms are large. Upon entering you notice vintage decor which is very welcoming. The right price.
Great Place to stay! Very centrally located.
Very good ! Claudio was nice and helpful, the room clean, the position super, the little garden peaceful, all fine !
The room and the bathroom were clean. The breakfast was very good and the owner friendly. The location is also good, close to Perugia city centre.
Clean and beautiful place, very well located. Good prize and nice and helpfull staff. Recomended without doubts

I loved this place. The hotel room and look of the hotel is historical and aged beautifully. I would stay there again, which is huge for me to say considering I did not have air conditioning in my room. Air conditioning is important and helpful for me to sleep well and enjoy my travels. But the fan and the open window were good enough. The hotel location is fabulous, the view on the huge front porch...
Staff very polite and helpful. He showed us and give us a map of the top city attractions and the walk itinerary to do. The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects. Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza
The location is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a two-star hotel which I did not realize when I booked it. Therefore, it did not have some of the fancier amenities.
The staff is excellent and very hospitable!
Nice place to stay in Perugia for a couple of days. Good location. Personnel were very accommodating.
The room is quite big and the environment is also OK! Also relatively clean The only thing is there is no elevator! It’s a bit tiring to carry the luggage! Just walk out to the city center! It is very convenient!

The best location in the center of everything. Pearl apartment had everything we needed including a clothes iron and ironing board. Nespresso machine also. Great little terrace with a view. Eva was wonderful, we loved it here.
Perfect in the center of Perugia next to the fountain. Pleasant apartment with a beautiful view. There are several apartments, and the photos don't always match perfectly. The elevator is very slow for reasons of respect for the excavations below, but in fact almost unusable. But the five-story walk is worth the effort.

Good value for money! Friedly staff. Perfekt located! Nice room!
Very well located. Parking with meter 2min away. Nice staff, gave us free espresso in the morning. Lovely little city
Cute place. Centrally located. Cute little garden with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine. Nice staff and lots to do in the surrounding area.
Clean but a little pricey for what it offers. Positives:- Friendly. V. Clean. Convenient for old town. Fridge and well appointed shower room. Weaknesses:- Other guests noises too audible. No breakfast. Small rooms without outlooks. No lift. Minimal public areas. NOTE:- From Minimetro Pincetto exit turn RIGHT. The hotel is about 250 metres from the station in a straight line.

Convenient but a bit tired. Convenient for station early check in was helpful, staff efficient and pleasant. Room was rather tired. Several things broken and in need of attention in bathroom. Broken shower door, leaking shower head and cracked shower tray. Loose toilet seat. Suitcase stand also broken.
Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that wasn't tidy. After reporting the problem, I was given a new room that was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. Unfortunately, however, the new room didn't have hot water for the shower. Fortunately, it was only a one-night stay. Tip: Check the rooms before assigning them.
It's understandable considering the price, but the room wasn't as bright as it looked in the photos. I had to go somewhere else for one night during my stay, so I split my stay into two separate rooms. The first room had Wi-Fi, but the bathroom drainage was poor, and the air conditioning didn't heat it, making it cold at night. The second room had no Wi-Fi at all, which is inconvenient for travelers...
Excellent location. Free parking nearby from night to morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean.
The perfect location. I left Perugia early in the morning and the location of the hotel was just perfect for me. The train station is 100 meters across the street. But this is not the only advantage. Near ancient town. Quiet place. Old rooms with small and narrow bathroom. To expensive for that you get.
It's located in a beautiful place in the old town, my room was not so modern but it was comfortable and breakfast was ok. There was a small TV and the wifi isn't so performing, but after all it isn't bad.
Old property but nice. For those who love antiquity a wonderful place.
Hotel Anna is a budget hotel in a quaint building in Perugia. The place is run by Anna who is in her later years but amazingly, she runs it by herself and seems to be living in the premises as well. Maybe it's the homely and mixed old fashion furniture, it makes me feel comfortable. It's not the Hilton but I seem to love it. Good, basic 2 star hotel. The couple who runs it are lovely. Quiet area.
Clean rooms nice new bathrooms. Staff is very nice but not always at the front desk. Excellent location near the city center.
Good location and the bed was comfortable however the shower was uncomfortably small with uncontrollable water pressure. There was no air conditioner but they provided a fan. I cannot praise the staff at Hotel Centova enough. Our car broke down when we arrived and they went out of their way to assist and make us comfortable in what was a stressful time. The hotel is comfortable, clean and convenient to the motorway.
Very clean hotel and in a strategic position to visit the area. The communication and the welcome from the staff was excellent. The restaurant was temporarily unavailable but we were able to have breakfast at the bar next door, which offered a very varied choice of products. We highly recommend this location!
Recently built, easy to reach (Madonna alta exit), friendly and helpful welcome. Very clean rooms (finally a clean bathroom) bed maybe a little too hard and pillows a little too low but all in all a beautiful experience. Incredibly beautiful 18 room hotel (converted from castle) in super picturesque setting. Staff was extra helpful (and English speaking). Included breakfast was very good, dinner was exceptional.
The hotel & grounds were outstanding. Our room was lovely and the pool was perfect in the hot weather. The staff, especially the night staff who served us Negronis as we stared at the stars, were extremely helpful. However, the overall experience did have a small disappointment which tarnished our impression. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary & wanted to eat at the restaurant only to be told...
We had the most amazing time and stay at the Castello and wished we stayed longer! Just to say we actually slept in a real castle is incredible!! The grounds and castle itself was amazing with so much to see. They had a great pool with hot tubs and the view of Peruigia from the pool and deck areas was stunning! The restaurant on property was also top notch and service was excellent.
This was my happy place. Just incredible to stay in a 14th century castle were the Templers lived. Just outside of Perugia. The inside and outside will blow your mind. The breakfast and staff were fabulous. Beautiful views, you name it. It had it all.
It was cute and pretty old castle hotel! I loved their estate and food. The view was beautiful and peaceful. The staff were very nice and helpful. Their pretzel+croissant was my favorite!
Absolutely gorgeous places, and wonderful staff. Still only 4 out of 5, because we suffered both nights a lot from the noise of our neighbors above; sleeping was possible only with ear plugs. We had a panoramic room (i.e., a rather expensive category), and still the noise isolation was almost non-existant. We would happily return, but inquire beforehand about a room with no noise problems.

This is a lovely hotel right next door to the airport. I had a 5 minute walk which is incredible. The staff are very polite and very accommodating to my limited Italian. The food was excellent, and the wine was reasonable. I would DEFINITELY stay again.
