Small, quiet, old building. Center of the city. You can walk to the ministry and buy 24hour ticket then go where ever you want. You can use your ticked for bus, minimetro etc. You can easily come to the hotel from train station by minimetro.

It's a good hotel near City center. It has a parking for car. It's very nice and it's very clean. In 5 minutes is possible to arrive in city center walking.

What a pleasant stay in the heart of the old town of Perugia. Very good cost-benefit balance. The owner who spoke fluently English was very helpful. Also we could park the car next to the entry of the hotel. Perfect.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5-night stay at Hotel Morlacchi. Michele and his family are wonderful hosts, and Michele speaks perfect English. Breakfast was excellent, and my room was very clean and comfortable. The location is also terrific-- central but on the quiet side. I hope to return soon!

Cheap & clean is basically all I ask for when traveling on my own. I have been going to this business for some time, but I only enjoy the restaurant. The dining room has a huge fireplace equipped with side seating. It is very pleasant, in winter, to dine with the fire behind. The cuisine is simple, typical Umbrian and well prepared. You can also enjoy an excellent pizza. The value for money is good.

Some of the reviews left are inaccurate and I can say must come from people who don’t appreciate the real authentic Perugia. The hotel is charming and just off the main area. Yes it’s a bit of a steep walk up to it but you are in old town which is a maze of interesting walkways on a hill! What do you expect? The bathrooms are perfectly appointed. I am not small and I could fit fine into the shower...

We loved our stay at Hotel Umbria. Our room was very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was super, and for only 4 Euros, you couldn't do better. The location was super, close to restaurants and historic sights. Best of all, the staff was amazing! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

A really well placed two star hotel about two minute walk from the main area near the square/museum etc. We were there for the jazz festival and it was very hot about 36 degrees. The hotel provided fans for each room which helped somewhat. Breakfast was good with fresh coffee made by the owners. Great location. Very clean. Self-service breakfast that meets all tastes (sweet and salty). Claudio is very kind and helpful, he provides directions, delivers a map of the city, explaining everything and giving useful advice. The rooms are large. Upon entering you notice vintage decor which is very welcoming. The right price.

But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects. The location is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a two-star hotel which I did not realize when I booked it. Therefore, it did not have some of the fancier amenities.

Perfect in the center of Perugia next to the fountain. Pleasant apartment with a beautiful view. There are several apartments, and the photos don't always match perfectly. The elevator is very slow for reasons of respect for the excavations below, but in fact almost unusable. But the five-story walk is worth the effort.

Clean but a little pricey for what it offers. Positives:- Friendly. V. Clean. Convenient for old town. Fridge and well appointed shower room. Weaknesses:- Other guests noises too audible. No breakfast. Small rooms without outlooks. No lift. Minimal public areas. NOTE:- From Minimetro Pincetto exit turn RIGHT. The hotel is about 250 metres from the station in a straight line.

Convenient but a bit tired. Convenient for station early check in was helpful,staff efficient and pleasant. Room was rather tired. Several things broken and in need of attention in bathroom. Broken shower door, leaking shower head and cracked shower tray. Loose toilet seat. Suitcase stand also broken.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that wasn't tidy. After reporting the problem, I was given a new room that was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. Unfortunately, however, the new room didn't have hot water for the shower. Fortunately, it was only a one-night stay. Tip: Check the rooms before assigning them.

It's understandable considering the price, but the room wasn't as bright as it looked in the photos. I had to go somewhere else for one night during my stay, so I split my stay into two separate rooms. The first room had Wi-Fi, but the bathroom drainage was poor, and the air conditioning didn't heat it, making it cold at night. The second room had no Wi-Fi at all, which is inconvenient for travelers...

The perfect location. I left Perugia early in the morning and the location of the hotel was just perfect for me. The train station is 100 meters across the street. But this is not the only advantage. Booked a one night stay here, does not look great from outside but don’t let that put you off, room on 1st floor, overlooking road and station had a balcony with 2 chairs. Very clean beds comfy, and a good shower. If you want breakfast go down and pay on morning 5 Euros, but little shop next door and a coop over road. It's located in a beautiful place in the old town, my room was not so modern but it was comfortable and breakfast was ok. There was a small TV and the wifi isn't so performing, but after all it isn't bad.

Hotel Anna is a budget hotel in a quaint building in Perugia. The place is run by Anna who is in her later years but amazingly, she runs it by herself and seems to be living in the premises as well. Good location and the bed was comfortable however the shower was uncomfortably small with uncontrollable water pressure. There was no air conditioner but they provided a fan. The couple that runs the hotel is super friendly and adorable. I would recommend it just make sure you know you're not going to have the same amenities as you would in the States.

I cannot praise the staff at Hotel Centova enough. Our car broke down when we arrived and they went out of their way to assist and make us comfortable in what was a stressful time. The hotel is comfortable, clean and convenient to the motorway.

Very clean hotel and in a strategic position to visit the area. The communication and the welcome from the staff was excellent. The restaurant was temporarily unavailable but we were able to have breakfast at the bar next door, which offered a very varied choice of products. We highly recommend this location!

We had the most amazing time and stay at the Castello and wished we stayed longer! Just to say we actually slept in a real castle is incredible!! The grounds and castle itself was amazing with so much to see. They had a great pool with hot tubs and the view of Peruigia from the pool and deck areas was stunning! The restaurant on property was also top notch and service was excellent.

This was my happy place. Just incredible to stay in a 14th century castle were the Templers lived. Just outside of Perugia. The inside and outside will blow your mind. The breakfast and staff were fabulous. Beautiful views, you name it. It had it all.

Absolutely gorgeous places, and wonderful staff. Still only 4 out of 5, because we suffered both nights a lot from the noise of our neighbors above; sleeping was possible only with ear plugs. We had a panoramic room (i.e., a rather expensive category), and still the noise isolation was almost non-existant. We would happily return, but inquire beforehand about a room with no noise problems.

If all 3 star hotels were like this 2 star hotel, traveling would be great. Clean, comfortable, and very nice service. I am pleasantly surprised.

Unique agritourism hotel across from Umbria airport. Beautiful gardens, large rooms, nice dining. Suggest to rent a car at the airport and drive to Assisi and other towns. Landscape is beautiful. This is a lovely hotel right next door to the airport. I had a 5 minute walk which is incredible. The staff are very polite and very accommodating to my limited Italian. The food was excellent, and the wine was reasonable. I would DEFINITELY stay again.

Paradiso it isn’t. Stairs and no lift though the nice young staff carried the cases up. The shower and wasbasin were in the room, only the lavatory behind frosted glass. This hotel is a beautiful gem! My family and I visited the area for a wedding and needed somewhere near Perugia airport for one night. The hotel exceeded all expectations with the staff who are extremely hospitable, beautifully clean bedrooms and the option of choosing your own wine in the cellar. We will definitely be going back for longer.
