Very conveniently located within a short walking distance of the historical center of Assisi, but in a quieter area.
The room was clean and spacious enough for 3 people; the bathroom was very clean as well. The bed and pillows were comfy.
We received a very warm welcome from the lady at the reception (sorry I didn't catch her name), who also took the time to point out and explain the main highlights of the city. The rest of the staff we interacted with during our stay were very courteous as well.
I particularly liked the breakfast. It leans more towards "italian" rather than "continental", and includes traditional bakes that were delicious.
My only complaint would be that the WiFi, although generally fast, was unreliable at times and also unprotected (it's an open network). But it's a minor nitpick, other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I come back to this wonderful city. Grazie mille dalla Spagna!

Nice hotel, clean, reasonably quiet despite being on the street. The reception was friendly and helpful; we received a lot of information about Assisi right away. There are parking spaces available at the hotel, but they can be a bit tight for larger vehicles. The breakfast was quite good and satisfactory by Italian standards. I can recommend the hotel and would choose it again if I return to Assisi.

We were going to stay one night and loved it. Easy walk into the intercity wall for sightseeing. Breakfast was good . We extended our stay for a total of 3 nights before heading to Rome. This was on our vacation two years ago. Highly recommend it.

fantastic place. friendly and helpfull staff. just at the city gate, close to everything in walking distance. can recommend the suite for a family stay!

Conveniently located to the bus from the train station, outside the wall but a pleasant walk from the Basilica. The queen room was very nice and updated. A/C worked great. The window overlooked a roundabout but there was no bothersome noise. Also within walking distance of a supermarket, bar, and laundry. We did not pay the 7 euro for breakfast there, instead walking a few minutes inside the wall to a cafe.
