The room was clean and spacious enough for 3 people; the bathroom was very clean as well. The bed and pillows were comfy.
We received a very warm welcome from the lady at the reception (sorry I didn't catch her name), who also took the time to point out and explain the main highlights of the city. The rest of the staff we interacted with during our stay were very courteous as well.
I particularly liked the breakfast. It leans more towards "italian" rather than "continental", and includes traditional bakes that were delicious.
My only complaint would be that the WiFi, although generally fast, was unreliable at times and also unprotected (it's an open network). But it's a minor nitpick, other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I come back to this wonderful city. Grazie mille dalla Spagna!
