Cheap and secure, the room was clean and in good shape. The hotel is outside of town and it’s not great unless you have a car.

My stay at the hotel was excellent, but what truly made the difference was Inazio's attentiveness at the front desk. Right from the start, he greeted us with a smile, explained everything clearly, and made sure we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay. He was always available to answer questions, recommend places, and offer that warm, friendly attention that makes you feel right at home. The hotel is very comfortable and well-located, but without a doubt, the true added value was the personal touch: thank you, Inazio, for making our experience unforgettable.

A well-located hotel, close to the center of Siena, nice place, good views and comfortable. The buffet breakfast of good quality. What I think makes the real difference with other hotels, is the treatment given to you by the Adept at the reception Inatzio, Very polite young man, always available to help and with a friendly smile. I would come back 100 times more for that deal!!! Congratulations.

We stopped at this hotel for one night. The young receptionist was very helpful, kind and smiley. The room was spacious with airconditionning. The hotel has free parking and is in a lovely green area. It is a bit away from the town but it is a very cost-effective stay. The advice of the receptionist for the restaurant was great!

I'm giving a bad review. Most of the blame is on the platform. Don't be misled by Ctrip. They said it was close to Siena Train Station. It was really a scam. I almost couldn't get a taxi to the hotel in the middle of the night. The taxi drove 9 kilometers away. They still dared to say it was close to Siena Hotel. Avoid scams. The hotel's external environment is good, with a garden, but the room facilities are really speechless. It's labeled a three-star hotel, and the wifi is unstable and intermittent. What's worse is that the quilt has a smell. I just threw it away and slept wrapped in a blanket. Only the service is good and can be praised.
