We stopped at this hotel for one night. The young receptionist was very helpful, kind and smiley. The room was spacious with airconditionning. The hotel has free parking and is in a lovely green area. It is a bit away from the town but it is a very cost-effective stay. The advice of the receptionist for the restaurant was great!

Although the reception was very good, the quality of the rooms is medium low but clean. Unfortunately the two internet accesses work very badly but even worse is the lack of AC that during this hot summer should have been a must. Luckily it had rained during the day so I slept some hours with the window open and the constant noise of the traffic of the main road that passes next to the hotel. In addition to sleeping badly, I had to get up early in the morning both for the noise of the traffic and for the sunlight that came in through the open window.

Very neatly well organized room with cool and comfy colour theme that included lots of amenities and also a smart TV. Breakfast had lots of dessert options but was overall quite average compared to other hotel breakfasts.

This hotel is under rated. Clean and spacious room with A/C, friendly and helpful staff, sufficient breakfast. It is not with walk distance to the old town, but it is not a problem with a car. It is highly recommended if you drive to Siena.

Good - Staff are lovely.
Bad - Rooms are small and very dated. Aircon is noisy and there is very little noise isolation from the hallway.
The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere so cabs can be hard to get. Really you need a car. Breakfast is basic - a couple of pastries and some cold meat.

Solid 3 star level hotel. Excellent cleaning service, big parking lot, friendly staff, 7min drive to Siena center, 2min drive to nearby supermarkets.
The downsides were a little bit loud air conditioner and old fashioned furniture. Overall experience was pleasant!

Thank you to all your staff. The perfect amount of friendly, helpful and kind. A wonderful hotel. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is a lovely, relaxing place to stay.
