The structure is very nice and the person who takes care of the reception very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, however, the double bed was unusable because one side had two or three slats released, in the bathroom, which has no window, the extractor did not work and there was no mini fridge in the room to keep something cool and in summer and with a small child is quite indispensable.

I was at Palazzo Mazzini and I was very well received by the young lady. I am from Tuscany but unfortunately I do not live in Pescia. Historic building renovated preserving the poetry of the past, the colors of the frescoes, the views of the hills and the town square. I hope to return soon I am an artist in a place so I could live there. 10 stars.

Spacious room (even too much), in a beautiful period building overlooking the main square of Pescia. Murals on the walls of the room. Clean bathroom. Clean room and bed. Antique furnishings. The only discordant note: lingering smell of smoke in the room.

Il Priorato is second to none when it comes to hosting. Everything from when I booked the property in the morning through check-in that evening and right up until the moment I left the commune. I was sad to leave but all good / great things come to an end. I will be back though!

Gloria is the guest everyone would like to find. The location is not so convenient to reach but, once you "take the measures" of the road, you would never change it as a holiday resort.

We stayed in a 3-level house which from what the hospitable owner told us is built in 1200. Very beautiful spaces with nice decoration, make you feel like home. Picturesque small village. Take a walk before you leave.

Structure within a small medieval village, very particular in the furnishings, sympathy of the owner Gloria and her son Gabriel.

Very rustic and cute, the owner and her son are absolutely fantastic and are great sources of information for your stay. There are also cats and dogs on the property and since my husband and I are animal lovers, we absolutely loved making new fur friends here. Definitely worth the trip up (gorgeous road trip views!).

We loved that it was away from the hurly burly, and we could enjoy the pool and the beautiful views over the valley.

Awesome place! We had a great time in the loft (with airco, nice kitchen and bathroom) and a fantastic view over Pescia. We spend a lot of time at the pool. Tomasso and his wife were very nice. We loved it all!

We stayed at la Marginella from Monday 13th - Friday 17th of June. We really enjoyed it! The location is beautiful and the host, Giovanni will make sure you feel like you are at home 😊. We spent 2 lovely weeks there in October. Due to its location, this is a perfect oasis of calm surrounded by olive trees. You need a car as it's on top of the mountain, but you have a gorgeous view. The whole area is lovingly cared for and cared for by Giovanni. We look forward to the next time.

This summer we stayed at Fat. Pietrabuona for the third time and it is still a fabulous place if you fancy quiteness, great views and simple life.

Fabulous views but very isolated. Accommodation was very good but our kitchen was very basic, however the setting was fab. Swimming pool was also fab but a long steep trek, so after one visit we ended up driving. That’s the theme here, you have a lot of steep narrow tracks and you have to have a car. We had a great few days at this place. Ok so the pool areas are a little fading and could do with a facelift. But the rooms were large and clean. The view was amazing and the host's are very helpful and friendly. Our children thought the two dogs at the property were great!

Fantastic experience! Enchanting place, quiet location surrounded by nature. A large, well-kept pool with salt water. To keep company there are a few puppies and animals that will make your children smile and go crazy. The staff is really helpful and friendly, it almost feels like family! The apartment was lovely. Obviously cared for a lot, comfortable, clean with a great view over the valley. The pool is impeccably clean too. The owner is lovely. She looked after us the entire time we were there. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Nice enough place but very dated. Pool is superb but doesnt open until 9 ! so no early morning swim before work for me. Closes again at 7 so only just got in after work. Restaurant appears expensive. Overall not bad but needs an overhaul

We spent five nights in the holiday home "Il Fienile" and are completely satisfied. Tessa is an extremely friendly and helpful host with whom communication worked flawlessly. The area is quiet and idyllic and supermarkets, etc. are still easy to reach by car. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Overall, a stay here is highly recommended!

This very beautiful Bed and Breakfast is an old rustical house in the middle the olive trees on the hill with a great view. The host here is so nice. I wanted to visit my friend’s family, and since they had an extra bed in their apartment, I was allowed to sleep there. I even got breakfast the next morning. The host was always smiling and had fun with my friend’s son. I can strongly recommend this place!

Best place in the neighbourhood to my opinion. Difficult to find another place like this for tasting the real local cuisine.. which by the way tastes wonderful especially if it goes together with good wines. If you are unsure what to pick in the menu, the Cioncia or the Porcini mushrooms based specialties when is the right season would be probably my first recommendations..

Vet nice, well maintained hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were a little small but it may be because I'm used to larger hotels in the western hemisphere.

We stayed just a night, but we found it to be very good. Although it's clear that the place requires renovation, it provides all amenities in the rooms, good breakfast, clean rooms and for the price one pays, it is actually a great offer. Very recommended for those who are on a strict budget but want to see the best of Tuscany.

Very quiet place immersed in the green hills. Recommended for holidays or relaxing weekends. Another plus is the swimming pool! Nice and clean room, maybe just a little small for four people but with everything you need! Very kind owner. If I have the chance I will definitely go back.

The hotel has a good location. Internet is terrible. The staff are friendly. The bad thing is they allow pets in all rooms. I have severe allergies and when I found out they let pets in all rooms I had no time to cancel. I was itchy in the night. As animals in the bed could have fleas and fur or dander which is an allergy. I do not understand letting dogs and cats sleep in the bed and on pillows...
