This is our 4th year in Roccaraso. This hotel is in the perfect location with parking. Hotel is basic, but very clean and comfortable with the best bar in the village attached to it. I hadn't skied for over 36 years but my daughter persuaded me to join my grandchildren and son-in-law to join them this February at the Roccaraso ski resort in the Apennines. We based ourselves at Rivisondoli, a fairly small centre but the experience was well worth it. The staff were just tremendous - friendly, understanding and very helpful - given my complete lack of vocabulary in the Italian language...

Great place to ski and snowboard, and also great staff. Beware you can only use the toilet and go inside the café or restaurant using a FFP2 mask.

Beautiful place to visit in the winter if you go for holiday around Rome, this is one of the best spot to ski near Rome, for winter vacation. Surely there are many other better options in North, but if you don’t have enough time, and you want to spend for spend 4-5 days near the Italian capital , it is nice to consider a nice day under the snow in this little town. Fun, adventurous, and scenic. Even though I went in the early season with not many slopes open, I still had a blast. Catch this place in the second week of January and you should have yourself some fresh powder covering all parts of this place. Not to many variations for food, and a little pricey. Beer is best tasted at the summit. Cheers!

B&B with strategic position. I stayed overnight with my family to visit the international gnome festival. We stayed in a quadruple room, very clean and very spacious. In the morning the breakfast was perfect. Ms. Aurora very kind and helpful. I highly recommend

We had a really good time, courtesy is at home and the position to leave the village and reach the slopes is excellent. The only drawback is the parking a little inconvenient.

Very welcoming place! Friendly owners with maximum availability! The room is very nice clean and gives you that feeling of a small house on the snow, given the wooden details. Excellent breakfast and is located in a strategic point on foot you reach the center in a few minutes and by car only 5 minutes from the sports facilities! I highly recommend it !!!

It is a nice 3 stars hotel. The position is perfect since it is 200 meters far from the main square (it is in the  centre of Roccaraso). The building is not new as quite all others in Roccaraso but it is well-maintained. The bathrooms are new, that is a pleasure. People are very kind and professional. We stayed in this hotel for 3 days (25-28 August). Let me start by saying that Roccaraso is simply wonderful and the Trieste hotel is truly delightful. Clean rooms, helpful and always polite staff. We were guests, with my husband, until the day before yesterday. Arriving from Tuscany, I am not in the habit of leaving reviews on the accommodations that we rarely frequent. Very nice hotel, helpful staff, good kitchen.

We spent a week here in January 2018 with our 21 and 20 y.o. daughters and son 16 and had a fabulous time. The warmth of the welcome, the wonderful staff, the home-style food (can you have too much truffle?), the skiing all made for a great family holiday. Excellent value and very highly recommended.
