Entry is nice, parking is underground, rooms are spacious. Conference room is large. Food in onsite resturant is good Staff is friendly Ambience is perfect

Beautiful and quiet place: a good choice to visit Pienza and Val d’Orcia. We booked a Suite and our room was quite big. The service was professional and kind. Free parking included in the price if you book directly on the hotel website. Breakfast should be improved. It seems to us that some products were not fresh and local.

The wellcome was very friendly, the room was very spacy and the dinner was excellent! When we stay again in this area we will choose the Residence San Gregorio again.

A very pleasant stay from start to finish. Easy parking, nice clean room that was well equipped. Staff was superb. Close to historical city; a short walk. The wifi could be improved. All in all, a very nice stay.

Staff is very nice. For example the City cleans the street at the hotel every Saturday so you must not park your car there. The hotel offered to move the car on Saturdaymorning in case we could not find an suitbale place to park. Which is pretty nice. The building is beautiful from the 15th century, and all of Pienza is absolutely beautiful. The room is big but very old and used. The view is amazing from the garden. The breakfast was absolutely terrible and was a bit chaotic as well. We were able to sit in the garden only in breakfast time.

Spacious room and bathroom. Amenities are provided and the view from the window was good. Location is excellent within the center of Pienza. There is also a pool available that is taken care of daily. Breakfast was fine, nothing really special. Haven't tried the restaurant dishes but the menu didn't seem to enticing to be honest. This hotel is set in a cloister which gives it a sense of antiquity and beauty. The forecourt is in a traditional cloister setting and there was an exhibition of paintings scattered around the walls. Nice hotel with amazing views, unfortunately the air conditioning was not working properly in our room, and we stayed during a heat wave. It was 29-30 degrees in the room at night. Would highly recommend the hotel if it weren't for that

Very good location only 3mns by walk from the lovely city centre, rooms are clean and people give adapters (normally all do but... not really), also nice indoor parking (best for chill car) people are nice and welcoming.

We booked through Marriott, but this is not a Marriott in the best possible way. It is ultra friendly, helpful, and attentive, though always discrete and unassuming. The restaurant is really just fabulous and the staff were more like friends. For us it is the definition of luxury!

We stayed here 4 years ago and loved it so much that we returned this year just after Christmas. A lovely establishment with a very gracious hostess. Addition of restaurant since we were first there made it a little busier. The food and service was very good! Plus you get a 10% discount if you are a paying guest. I don't know how Caterina keeps the place running so smoothly. She's like Wonder Woman...

Visited the grill/restaurant "Al Fierale" while staying in Pienza. It is located inside the old town, but still close to the road, so getting to it is quite easy. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. We sampled some of the meats and they were quite tasty. Prices are in line with the rest of the restaurants in Pienza

Hotel surprised positively. In addition to a great reception, the room is excellent, very clean and organized. Location is great and the breakfast, even though it is simple, is delicious and makes the difference.

First 5* experience.. nice B&B on the main street of Pienza. Romantic, cozy, with good hospitality.
