4 star seems to mean anything with four walls in this country. This is nice hotel, but don’t expect 4 star service. We were refused ice delivered to the room at 4pm. Courtesy of gianmarco. I get it, if you’re busy and alone on the desk just explain that.

I recently stayed at this hotel on the 7th July. I can honestly say this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The reception staff were exceptional - extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very beautiful, clean and comfortable and the situation was perfect - just a couple of minutes to the old town. Thank you very much for all your help and professionality - a fantastic stay and a lovely breakfast too! We hope to return one day .

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Corsignano. The staff was excellent. We spent several nights and used beautiful Pienza as our base as we traveled in our rental car to as many of the Tuscany Villages as we could. We loved Pienza! Thank you for making our trip one of a lifetime!

Friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms, within easy walking distance to everything in Pienza! FYI: no swimming pool- an outdoor jacuzzi only.

Unfriendly to potential customers
Answer: my wife asked friendly to charge our car at the reception and also offered to pay for it. Pienza was also planed for a stay in the next days. After my wife firstly get ignored she got the answer no not possible in a really unfriendly way and was asked to leave.

A very pleasant stay from start to finish. Easy parking, nice clean room that was well equipped. Staff was superb. Close to historical city; a short walk. The wifi could be improved. All in all, a very nice stay.

Staff is very nice. For example the City cleans the street at the hotel every Saturday so you must not park your car there. The hotel offered to move the car on Saturdaymorning in case we could not find an suitbale place to park. Which is pretty nice. Apart from the street cleaning on Saturday parking is easy, for free and nearby possible.
The hotel itself and the room are very clean and get sanitizied regularly. Everything is in a good shape. The rooms are nice and contain everything you need. The hotel is near the historic center of the lovely city.
The taste of the breakfast is good and I think the quality too. Unfortunately the breakfast is with a waiter serving everything so you have to ask for anything (even water) and the size of the food you get is sometimes ridiculos. Like they need to save money by giving you only two spoons of scrambled eegs and one piece of bacon or a tiny slice of cake.
Nevertheless I would recommend this hotel. If they return to a self Service Buffet I would love to give five Stars.

Very friendly staff, clean spacious room, great view, easy to park your car. An outlet near the desk would be great. A real queen size bed would be a must. Very nice hotel and great location walking distance from the historic center.
