We spent very nice holidays in the Residence Oleandro. Mariangela is a lovely host. She always looked after us. The clean and well equipped apartment with balcony was quiet und we had ocean view from the bath room. A supermarket is in walking distance. Highly recommended 👍

Nice place, friendly people and good breakfast. Coming in the right season you may enjoy the smell of jasmine on the balcony.

Very nice residence, beautiful clean rooms with everything you need. Amazing sea view from the balcony. Close to the sea and city center, but a little bit difficult to reach it for older people without car. Very nice a kind Mariangela and her husband. Thank you one more time for everything ♥

Good: The owners are nice and the rooms are spacious. Beds were good. You are in Italy which is already a good start.
Bad:
Didn’t feel like a hotel to spend the day… It feels like you are in a parking lot or pitstop place near a highway.
this is the most expensive place we have been to in the entire region and the most disappointing in terms of value for money (also in general for all our travels..)
This is a basic hotel in terms of standard yet they are pricing it as a premium product and the adding a lot of fees during reservation process (cleaning, bed linen etc). Then when you arrive they tell you that you need to pay for air condition usage etc. Crazy. They don’t accept credit card payments (costs them money …).
No breakfast offer. Yes they offer you a list or basic products you can order daily but again it feels you are in a super cheap resort while you paid a fortune.
It feels like booking with Ryanair but the only difference here is that you pay an extreme premium. It’s between 50-70 percent overpriced.

I spent a week at residence Oleandro with my mum and our staying went above our expectations: from the warm hospitality of the owners, who've always been helpful and kind with us, to our cute apartment facing the sea and the amazing swimming pool literally in front of our flat. If you're looking for a lovely place where you can relax in nature, look no further cause you'll be satisfied :)
We'll definitely come back.
Something else worth noting is that the standards of cleanliness were really high and that the residence is very dog friendly, which was very important for us! :)

Excellent location, great apartment and the hostess (owners) were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a great refreshing place to finish the days after the beach or excursion.

People from Oleandro are very friendly, each morning they bring fresh pastery (croissants and bread) for breakfast. There are nice views from balcony, both towards the mounrains or the sea. Perfect place to clean and service your bike. Great place to stay if you look for biking in Liguria...

The Pools are Clean and Nice. The bread in the morning is good. The beds i didn't like because they make quite what noise and the are not that conferrable. Although it is a great place! And you are close to the beach and the city. With is quite huge and with a lot of nice places to eat.
