The room was great, the bed was really big and the pillows were some of the best I've seen in a hotel (I also loved the black out shutters).
Breakfast was varied and plentiful. It was very nice to have a coffee order brought to our table. On check out, the man at reception kindly booked us a taxi which was greatly appreciated.
Thank you Grand Hotel Bonanno, we had a lovely time.

Old but nice hotel. Cleaning is good and the rooms are comfy. Short walk to city centrum. Staff is very helpfull and nice. Helped us to find the nicest dinner for the whole vacay.

We ere there during the first week of May this year.
This is an extremely good quality hotel.
Perfect for Pisa Rossore train station but good luck with the ticket machines.
Lovely room, immaculately clean. Wonderful breakfast. Superb restaurant.
The staff are very nice, utterly polite and professional. Special thanks to Angelo and for my birthday cake.
We visited Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena and used the very cost effective and brilliant Trenitalia. Cannot recommend enough. Go there, go to the famous cities, stay at the Bonanno.

Very happy with our choice of this hotel. Close to the main attraction (tower and cathederal etc) also close to Pisa Rossore train station. Staff were very good. Room was comfy and clean with good shower, bed etc. Restaurant highly recommended the food was delicious. Veey good selection for breakfast too. Would highly recommend.

Rooms dated, no coffee facilities, sound proofing very poor... But best Italian breakfast so far... Evening meal could have been better ....

Maybe not full five stars, but definitely the bad reviews are not deserved.
The room was big. Even though it was not modern, it was maintained. The bathroom was clean and the shower really nice.

In my eyes it's a struggling 4 star. The cleaners do a great job but hotel needs upgrade.Its a bit tired. The mattress was old and not comfortable. The hangers are not coordinated .Seems like a collection of hangers from different shops. Dinner is open a bit late around 2000 but this might be an Italian thing. The coffee machine in dining room is not enough for the large group of guests. Had to wait ages for a cuppa.Other wise everyone on reception was welcoming

Nice hotel to stay with old style room, far from train station but there are buses to train station and Pisa tower. Good option with car but not recommend with public transport.
