Stayed here with my wife and two of our daughters. The room the daughters were in was more modern. The room my wife and I were in was more old-fashioned and a bit less well appointed. Our room had three electrical outlets by the bed, one of which seemed a bit wonky. But we were able to charge our devices. Still the price was considerably cheaper than the hotel we last stayed in in Rome. The NH is literally right across the street from the train station so it couldn't be more convenient. We were able to walk from here to the leaning Tower plaza very comfortably. Just north of the hotel are many of the attractions that you will want to visit if you're a tourist or visitor and lots of restaurants and shops. Very nicely located. Terrific service at the desk. I'd happily stay here again.

Great value, clean, well size and ideally placed hotel.
Hotel is opposite the train station and perfectly located to local restaurants and shopping area. The Piazza del Duomo is a 20-30 minute walk away.
The room was of a good size, clean in good order. Breakfast was of a good quality.
It was great place to stay with excellent access to all things needed.

The rooms are extremely small, had a room for 3. Third bed was very cramped. If living with friends, no personal space at all. Toilets are old and unpleasent, can tell it is very old. The bathub and the shower is the same, can get very wet easily. Luckily i only stayed for a night. Location is great. Extremely close to train station. Around 15min walk to tourist attraction.

300 a night for a tiny room with only one outlet and no breakfast. Was disappointed based on the advertised pictures and description. Room smelled like strong cleaning chemicals and the beds were tiny and stiff cots. Would not have been a disappointment if the price was more reasonable compared to surrounding options. Lots of homeless people nearby but that's not their fault.

We found the room very small, however, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a problem with the glass wardrobe door coming off the runner which could have been very dangerous but no apology was offered. It appears that the hotel does not have any English speaking TV channels. Reception and restaurant staff were really nice and very helpful. We had a nice treat for our anniversary breakfast.

Great location right next to the central station. We were able to check in early because our room was already ready, which was really nice. Room was okay, more or less what you'd expect from an NH hotel.

This is not a four stars hotel!! I think barely three stars. And for the price we payed 136 euros per night, we were very disappointed.
The only pros is the fact that is very close to Pisa Central Station. The staff at reception are friendly and the room is cleaned every day.
However, the room is very old and outdated and need to be renovated. We could see the scratches and dirt on the room walls everywhere.
The room wall was also very thin and we could hear our neighbor singing in the bathroom everyday when he wakes up!! The shower handle was broken.
No enough plugs in the room. I think only one that I used me and my husband.
We asked in advance for a double bed and instead they just put two single beds together and we had to struggle every night keeping them.
The window of our room open to the backyard facing a very old building. One day we could see apartment owners hanging their clothes from the window. So we decided to keep the window closed all our stay. Definitely it is not a recommended hotel for more than one night!

Location, location and location 👍
Fantastic for proximity to train station in Pisa central station. Simply cross the road and you are at the station. It’s away from super busy area of city which makes it perfect if you want to use public transport or have your own car. They have a secure car park which I used for our bikes 🚴♀️
Suggest breakfast outside in one of the many Cafe around to get a feeling of the city and possibly cheaper options. Overall a favourite hotel for me every time I visit Pisa. Air conditioning and facilities are also great. It’s nicer to get rooms on third floor with a balcony facing the station.

They provide shampoo, shower gel & lotion generously. Their hair conditioner is not good. Their hair dryer is good. Their pillow is firm & nice. Lobby has drinks, food & wine 🍷 & alcohol, it’s convenient if you are hungry at night & want to grab a bite within hotel. Shower with warm water is good also. Hotel is clean. They also provide scooter. 🛴there is a lot of pick pockets around the hotel, need to be more careful when holding your bag.

Super clean and updated room with air conditioner and noise-reducing window. Service was phenomenal ( Frederico at the front desk was very attentive and helpful). The bathroom was super clean. Centrally located and closer to the main tourist sites and PSA airport.
