Hotel Bologna

Good hotel. Great location, breakfasts, friendly staff. Of the minuses, I can only note the audibility, if you come across noisy neighbors. The hotel also offers a transfer to the airport

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was huge and beautiful, and it's only a few minutes walk to the heart of Pisa. The provided breakfast was good with lots of options.

I had two issues: 1) the water never got hot, or even warm. We had a big Jacuzzi tub and it didn't do us much good. 2) the walls are very thin, so it's easy to hear other guests moving around even in the early hours.

Stayed one night at the end of our trip. Staff were very helpful in booking us a taxi to the airport and arranging a breakfast for us as we left early, before breakfast hours. Room was comfortable and the food in the bar was tasty.

The only things preventing a full 5 stars was the bathroom, and specifically the shower, which took some getting used to. The a/c in the room also didn't work so well. The water temps were not consistent, and figuring out the shower door was tricky. Otherwise, a beautiful room and wonderfully helpful staff. Great location, and incredible breakfast included.

Stayed at the start and end of our trip around Tuscany in April 2024. First room was OK, good bed and bathroom but the window only opened into an internal area so no air. When we stayed a week later I booked a junior suite which was so much better (room 205) which was well worth the €20/nt extra. Very cheerful and helpful on reception. Breakfast was well above average, smallish selection compared to larger hotels as you'd expect but more than enough choice. Short 5-10 min walk to almost anywhere in town. Would come back again in a heartbeat.

What we loved about this hotel was the excellent communication received prior to arriving - i phoned the hotel directly and spoke with Phillipo, he was very helpful and provided excellent information to clarify questions around our stay (one night).

This set the scene for excellent service from all of our staff interactions, check-in was efficient, friendly, helpful. Breakfast, included in our rate, was well presented with ample options for all dietary requirements. The staff, Giovanni particularly, were friendly, helpful and had excellent English.

The room was basic, but for one night met our requirements. We felt the bed/pillows were a little hard, the bathroom lacked shelving and/or tables to put things, and the bedroom just felt a little tired. It was clean, tidy and had amenities like soaps, slippers.

The hotel has a lift and stairs access to all floors.

The location is excellent, a 10 min taxi from airport @ 18 euros. There is a free hotel shuttle but between certain hours. We used it the next day to pick up a hire car from airport and again, great service, friendly, efficient and safe. You can easily walk into the main tourist areas of interest, but escape the madness when you need.

Thank you to the team for excellent help, support and service. As a couple with 10m old baby, our first overseas trip got off to a great start thanks to the team here.

Super nice Hotel, very clean and cozy, good breakfast and the staff was friendly.
It has a good location in a nice area and you can walk a few minutes to the city center while also being close to the train station.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Pisa, close to the main sites and just a ten minute walk to the train station. The team is very nice. It's in a quiet location with a terrace for relaxation.
