I've stayed here for 2 nights in November 2024.
Good things:
+ Staff is very friendly and helpful
+ Hotel has parking
+ Shower has good pressure and hot water instantly
+ Free bottled water in the room
Things to work on:
- Pillows. Guys, just buy normal pillows please. It's 2024 outside.
- Bed. Bed (in single room) was squeaky.
- Breakfast. Breakfast was simple, choice is not great. Bacon was abysmal.
Overall single room was one of the smallest I've ever seen. Feeling was not cozy - constant noise from the street, even at night, and sound isolation from other rooms is poor. Location is good. I've put 3 stars, but it's closed to 2.5 stars out of 5.

Lovely, quiet, comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Minutes walk to restaurants and shops and sights.
Room is clean. Bathroom has plenty of plush towels, washcloths and hand towels. Excellent WiFi. Ample, delicious breakfast with many choices and to-order espresso coffee. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Good hotel. Great location, breakfasts, friendly staff. Of the minuses, I can only note the audibility, if you come across noisy neighbors. The hotel also offers a transfer to the airport

Incredibly lovely staff. Hotel is also very nice but the staff makes you want to come back. Lovely breakfast, starting at 7 am but they let you doggy bag if you have a flight. Safe street, as a solo woman I did not feel any uneasiness. 12 euros to the airport (0.80 euros per bag). Excellent location. My AC was not working great, it wasn't hot the day I was there but could be a problem when it is.

Hotel is located 10 minutes from train station and 10 minutes away from the tower.it is not a 5 star hotel. It is quaint.its clean and quiet.
Great ac,and room is adequate. Bed is hard though.terrific free breakfast.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed 1 night before we were flying home. Flight was at 6am which meant we would miss breakfast, but the hotel offered to make us up a takeaway breakfast to pick up at reception on our way out. Also helped to book taxi to the airport. Great service and great location. Very central but also on a nice quiet street. Would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was huge and beautiful, and it's only a few minutes walk to the heart of Pisa. The provided breakfast was good with lots of options.
I had two issues: 1) the water never got hot, or even warm. We had a big Jacuzzi tub and it didn't do us much good. 2) the walls are very thin, so it's easy to hear other guests moving around even in the early hours.

Stayed one night at the end of our trip. Staff were very helpful in booking us a taxi to the airport and arranging a breakfast for us as we left early, before breakfast hours. Room was comfortable and the food in the bar was tasty.

The only things preventing a full 5 stars was the bathroom, and specifically the shower, which took some getting used to. The a/c in the room also didn't work so well. The water temps were not consistent, and figuring out the shower door was tricky. Otherwise, a beautiful room and wonderfully helpful staff. Great location, and incredible breakfast included.

Stayed at the start and end of our trip around Tuscany in April 2024. First room was OK, good bed and bathroom but the window only opened into an internal area so no air. When we stayed a week later I booked a junior suite which was so much better (room 205) which was well worth the €20/nt extra. Very cheerful and helpful on reception. Breakfast was well above average, smallish selection compared to larger hotels as you'd expect but more than enough choice. Short 5-10 min walk to almost anywhere in town. Would come back again in a heartbeat.
