Albergo Breglia

Beautiful hotel in the uphill area of Breglia. Took sometime to arrive up there, but it was worth it.

Lovely cute hotel with amazing restaurants on their second floor. Huge and lovely room with kitchen, fridge and terrace.
Got to park our car right in front of the door, and it’s free parking!

Best thing about this place are their lovely staff and the restaurant! Make sure to reserve first if you going for dinner, as it can get very busy until late.

"Taste of Italy" 🤗 Last year my family and I drove several amazing places in North Italy and Rome. We are very active, saw hundred of places of interest, dozens of restaurants. We were not happy with the service, food was far from amazing either. We found it all in Alberto Breglia - fantastic staff, real Italian food with 4 courses dinners, mountain view from our balcony, deers and boars running at night under our windows, short drive to Como lake and Mennagio, but turn left from the hotel and go professional hiking with stunning views over Como and Lugano lakes.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff that really go above and beyond. Breakfast was lovely. It is a little further from the main part of lake como, however we found that the buses were frequent, straightforward and a fair price. We got taxis in the evenings as the buses don't run that late, which was a little more expensive but not too bad.

Stayed here for 4 nights in June 2023 and had an amazing experience. Room was large and spotlessly clean with a lovely views from our balcony. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. We chose the half board option and were really pleased that we did, breakfast was a european buffet style with fresh bread, meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries, too many options to mention. Our evening meal was a home cooked 4 course affair served either in the lovely dining room or on the open veranda outside. Different traditional dishes every night. The hotel is located a short bus ride outside Menaggio on a hill side, there is a regular bus service and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Should we ever return to Lake Como we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Albergo Breglia Hotel in October! The Hotel is lovely and very quiet. It's perfect for relax at Lake Commo. The staff was absolutely great. They welcome us with the typical italian hospitality, so polite and friendly. We are so impressed.
The room was very nice and cosy with beautiful view to the mountain. There are very good wifi in the room as well .
The lovely italian restaurant on the first floor where you can try typical italian food which was so tasty. The restaurant was so beautiful and so romantic. We really enjoyed our stay!
Me and and my girlfriend want to thank the stuff who take care for us during the whole stay and we will definitely come back and recommend it to all of our friends.

A very good pizza restaurant. Memo the pizza baker is skilful in his job and so pizzas are so good that is worth to come from Menaggio to Breglia to eat pizza here !
