Reception is open 24h but you need to ring a bell in the night (this is no problem). Staff speak English good. Room is enough for one night stay after fly. Room equipped on fridge, TV, big bed and wardrobe. Bathroom has average size and has bath with shower. Elevator available. WiFi is available and has enough speed to streaming services. Breakfast is basic (some sweets, ham, cheese, milk etc) but enough for most people.
Summary - for one night hotel is enough but not cheap. Big advantage of this hotel is distance to the airport (very close). Taxi from airport ~15 EUR (after 1pm bus from airport unavailable)

The hotel itself is fine, but I am terribly upset with the service. We had a night flight, and asked the person at the counter is it possible to reserve a taxi in advance, and she responded that it is not possible, but we could wake up a little earlier and ask the receptionist to call a taxi for us in the early morning. We have done it according to the recommendation, and at 03:30 am the next receptionist told us that we actually had to make a taxi reservation! He tried to book us a taxi but that didn't work. We had to jump on a taxi together with another customer, and after all, the taxi driver charged 40 euro instead of the agreed 24 euro for the 5 minutes drive

The Wi-Fi is terrible, dropping every 2 minutes. The connection process is a quest on its own, the company must be tracking the network activity of the guests. The TV in our room was off to the corner, the TV stand had wheels, but still was blocked by the fridge.
The carpet had stains and the corner of the wall had mold.
The breakfast was quite pleasant with a wide variety and served in a good time frame.

A clean hotel, close to the train station.
The furniture is outdated but in very good condition. Also the breakfast salon is small for the hotel size.

Loved staying at Hotel Città dei Mille. The entrance way is BEAUTIFUL, staff friendly, and the rooms have old world charm! So vibey, great value for money. Would definitely return. Grazie mille!

Good hotel. Close to the train station and transport to the airport. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The bed is comfortable. Wi Fi was not stable. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

We had an emergency and we arrived at hotel around 11pm. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They helped us in late booking, check- in with complimentary breakfast next morning. They offered us a welcome drink and helped us to our room. They gave us a fair price for overnight stay.
The property is a vintage property (50 year old) but is well maintained and organized. The room was big with a balcony and a bathtub for relaxing.
It's a perfect stay when I'm Bergamo.
