Horrible hotel, when we first got there the bath tub and the toilet had pieces of hair on them, we called for someone to clean it. The person they sent spent 10 minutes just looking at the bathroom and he said he will clean it but came back with a towel and some water. He tried to clean everywhere with the same towel. The room was generally dirty, there were mold on the walls, because of the drainage system the room stank. Breakfast was not at all fulfilling.

All bad recent comments are real. This hotel is very bad. Avoid it at all costs. Dirty, smelly, poor maintenance, old furniture, mould in the bathroom. Poor breakfast. Windows not insulated, you can hear all outside noise.

Hotel was ok for the price. There's a small shopping mall right next to it that comes in handy.
Just the night receptionist was rude when we arrived at night. He got upset because we couldn't find the room and had to send someone else to show us.
Not our fault that the room numbers are all messed up.
I don't remember his name but was a tall guy I think from Argentina.

Honestly first and last time
Wasn’t good idea to save €15 stay in downtown or close to Rome. It’s better for you. Service is not good. Rooms are old water is cold breakfast very limited only sweet

1. City tax is terribly higher than other cities!
2. As a 4 star hotel, there is no shuttle bus service from hotel to nearest subway station, which is not a good point.
3. Breakfast is poor. Drinking water is using recycled plastic bottles to refill water (maybe tap water?), very limited choices without any vegetables or fruits (canned fruits do not count)
4. Wi-Fi connection is very slow.
5. There is car/ motor racing downstairs ground. Starting from dinner time to mid-night, and it takes places 2-3 times a week with unbearable noises. Good luck to you!

Best night experience in Rome. if you don’t wanna sleep you must book. Every Wednesday night and Friday night (10pm ~ 2am) there are race that run for noise but speed. Room’s window is broken so broken engine sound comes directly in your ears. You will feel like in the movie fast and furious but mostly just furious. You will see how much roman kids care about environment. Our kind staffs are allow them to have nice memory.

Nice clean hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good selection at breakfast and very fresh food!

PROS: The hotel is clean and inside a commercial complex with supermarket, shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable.
CONS: Quite far from the center and touristical attractions. Very poor breakfast with limited options and no fresh fruits
