The rooms were clean and well kept. Dinners consisted of 2 dishes and dessert and all food was well prepared and tasty. Service overall was good and friendly, but the waitress with blonde hair and glasses was the best. She spoke multiple languages, which made it easy to talk to her and she was smiling throughout the service. Breakfast could be a bit bigger if there’s a group coming to it. Overall I’m happy with the stay

This is one place you should avoid because of the bad service and hotel policies. We had paid for the sleepover with a breakfast. They served us (we were about 80 people) one plate with croissants, 2 plates with sliced cheese and ham, a few liters of milk and cereals and some juice. The fist 5-6 people ate it all, and then the staff started the running to the kitchen for more food. 2 of them could not manage to prepare and serve us with that much food, of course. So if anyone wanted a nice decent breakfast he would have to go at least 2-3 times and go over to the table with the food. I just gave up and decided that I will have a breakfast in Rome. What kind of manager says to a guest " In Italy, we prefer, light breakfast." Btw, hotel is in suburb of Rome, If you want to visit antique city center you will have to travel about half an hour by car to it. In my book, this would rate as 2,5 star hotel.

Misrepresented location of HOTEL. I requested a hotel in ROME.

Requested a refund and it was denied.
LYING ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED.
The hotel should refund the $ to Expedia instead of stealing it from unsuspecting clients. Shame on you Hotel Palace 2000. SHAME ON YOU.

I visited the hotel for 3 nights while in vacation in Rome with school.First of all the hotel is an hour away from Rome.The room itself was quite nice (even if it didn't have a fridge).The beds were comfy and nice,the bathroom was good but the shower didn't have enough protection so the bathroom flooded a bit.The worst part about the hotel was the food.Due to school arrangements we were forced to eat dinner in the hotels cuisine.The bread was not fresh,and the food(maybe 1 exception was the amatriciana pasta)was terrible quality like eating from a cheap catering.Lastly the staff was gentle except from a bald waiter that didn't allow us to drink a second water bottle because he said that the arrangement with the school was only for one.The same waiter also acted childlike in front of us in a failed attempt to make us laugh.

The Hotel Is nice, but there are some particolar that nor like me. 1) the breakfast Is basic, nor very particolar. 2) the insonorization don't permit a confortable sleep. 3) this morning We don't have water in room from 7.45 am till 9.00 am. I can't suggest this hotel and I don't Think that i use it in Next time.

Good and calm place in industrial zone, kind stuff and very good rooms.. Also they have parking for cars and for buses which is big plus 😊

Subpar. Even if the staff were nice to you there no reason to choose this place. Guy on the phone confirmed for me it was the same price I saw online but only one more room available... but lied to about the price... And the availability (this place is a ghost town) Showed up and was surprised when the lady told me it was twice the price. I told her how the man on the phone broke down the price for me and I confirmed it with him twice. Instead of being professional she was aggressive and said she was there when he was on the phone or something. I just paid bc I'm tired and sick of driving but I was totally taken advantage of. Place is clean enough and bed seems comfortable. Also has a bathtub but he water doesn't get hot enough. Not mad but felt I've been taken. Go somewhere else.
