Costa Hotel in Pompei

We want to share our experience during our stay in Hotel Costa. At the start of it the service was incredible and the staff was very warm and welcoming to us. They made the best espresso that I ever drink in Italy😍. The owners showed us kindness and great hospitality. We really appreciate the fact that they were all the time smiling and asking if everything was going well. Great italian breakfast and super location for fulfilling our commitments. Really recommend it . experience

From the moment I was greeted by Nino, the little Italian dog, Hotel Costa felt like home. I loved this lovely, quirky little hotel! I showered with a view of Vesuvius from my window! The service was exceptional, very warm and friendly staff, and I ate the most delicious homemade food!

If you are looking for a quaint family run hotel, this is the one. Carman could not have been sweeter and had so much patience answering our questions with a smile every time. She made the best limoncello spritzers, too! The young man who waited on us at dinner, possibly her brother, helped us out of an unexpected jam at the toll booth which required translation and giving us instructions on how to pay for which we were so grateful. Hotel was spotless, staff friendly, dinner and breakfast were great. Only complaint is that we could not stay longer, but we will be back!

I would like to thank all the staff at Costa Hotel for their excellent hospitality and making our stay so memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Everywhere was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the food was lovely. The view of Vesuvius from the hotel was incredible. The hotel is a little off the beaten track, but they arranged a taxi for us to go to the nearby railway station or to drive us to our chosen destination. We visited Naples, Sorrento, Pompei and Herculeum. All in all, a really enjoyable holiday and we would definitely go back.

What a wonderful experience!I would highly reccomend Hotel Costa in Pompei, it is a gem, beautiful rooms, very clean, amazingly tasting food, and the staff is so caring, friendly, helpful and welcoming that the hotel felt like a family after a few days here. Carmen and Mario at reception helped us with everything we needed, from travel advice, to booking taxis and looking at train timetable. The hotel is very close to Pompei, Ercolano, Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi Cost that we were able to have daily trips to those main sites. We definetly want to come back to this area as it was a wonderful holiday and we will be back to this hotel as we really enjoyed our stay at Costa Hotel. Thank you Costa Hotel!

This is a wonderful hotel, amazing value for money, the staff is extremely helpful, welcoming, caring and professional, they made our stay exceptionally plesant and made us feel home. The hotel is very close to Naples, Ercolano, Pompei, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast so we were able to visit all of these places very easily. The food at the hotel is very tasty and you can see it is made with care and using high quality local produces and the rooms are very clean. We definetly want to come back here to this hotel, thank you Costa Hotel!

Beautiful Hotel & lovely staff very helpful, they'll help with everything you need like information about visiting places and getting taxi. Spent 4 nights, great location, easy access to train station for Naples & Sorrento & everything inbetween. Had a great time.

Everything was perfect; the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was available in a buffet style, which was also excellent. Although the hotel is located next to a highway, it was not disturbing at all. The location is convenient, though a bit far from tourist attractions. The train station is about a 25-minute walk away, which was fine for us. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted us with any questions we had. Overall, we were very satisfied. I can only recommend this hotel.

The service provided by all of the staff, especially Carmen, was exceptional and consistent, from recommending restaurants, making reservations and arranging taxis. The hotel, while several minutes from downtown, was quaint and clean. The breakfasts were delicious! We enjoyed our stay and the value was very good.

My experience with the Costa Hotel Pompei was excellent from start to finish. All of my questions upon initial contact were addressed promptly and in relevant detail. As someone who travels a considerable amount, I do have very specific requirements and these were met to my satisfaction. Importantly, the communication reflected a genuine interest on the part of the Costa Hotel to ensure that I have an enjoyable stay and at no time was I made to feel that I was being troublesome! Dinner was served to me in an outer courtyard area and suffice to say it was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean.
