terrible service — I was locked outside several times because there was no one at the reception. I arrived tired and had to wait for someone to show up and open the door for me. The location is also awful. Even though it’s technically ‘close’ to the metro, I felt unsafe walking alone, especially since it’s an industrial area with lots of men on the street making inappropriate comments. There’s also nothing nearby for lunch or dinner (just the "hotel restaurant" which is expensive. On top of everything, I had to leave at 5 a.m. for my flight and wasn’t even given a breakfast kit, which is usually offered when guests leave before breakfast hours. I was staying on the third floor, supposedly the top floor, and yet there was still a lot of noise coming from other rooms, the hallway, and even from upstairs (which doesn’t make much sense?)

The room is generally clean, there are mosquitoes, the air conditioner is not used, the light is dim, there is no hot food for breakfast, the shuttle bus only runs on weekday evenings and is suspended on Sundays. The location is a 20-minute walk from the central train station

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the neighborhood looks a bit rough but, car parking is in a lot with video surveillance, free breakfast had good variety and was staff served vs self-service.

The environment around the hotel is not very good, the sanitary conditions are very bad, it seems that no one cleans the streets. The hotel room facilities are quite good, and the breakfast is also good. I just don't know why the buffet does not allow guests to get it themselves, but instead requires waiters to get it for the guests. This service method is a bit troublesome for tourists who are not fluent in the language, and it also increases the workload of the service staff. It is really a thankless job.

Hotel with good facilities, just right for a three star. The bad thing is the location, next to an industrial estate and Chinese area of Naples. To go to the center you have the metro (Gianturco stop) line 2, a 5-10 minute walk, all straight.
Buffet breakfast service mostly pastries, coffee, scrambled eggs and bacon, and waiters serve, it is not self-service, but in general everything is good.

Hi,
We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...
