I spent a weekend with my family in this fantastic hotel especially during this period with covid. Very nice and modern building. We were welcomed as if you were at home. Hearty and delicious breakfast; dinner on saturday which was a typical evening great dinner, from appetizers to desserts. Congratulations to all the staff who strive to ensure that we have a quiet and peaceful weekend despite this...
We stayed from August 22 to September 10, 2020 at Blu Hotel Acquaseria. We had a great time both for the room and for the whole structure as a whole, modern and well maintained, there is a small gym, a billiard room, a piano bar with live music, a spa with a swimming pool. However, we thank the manager and all his staff: reception, maitre and waiters, cooks and kitchen staff, bar and cleaners, as they...
Great holiday! Excellent, to put it mildly, everything was perfect! Fantastic hotel starting from the reception - we welcome first of all the very nice reception girls Tatiana, Aneta and Martina. Excellent cuisine, impeccable cleanliness, beautiful SPA area. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail so that the customer does not miss anything. Never been in such a hotel. Congratulations, I will...
Excellent family hotel. Great food, friendly stuff especially in the kids club, kids loved it, clean rooms modern bathroom, large spa area, proximity to ski area. All in all we spent skiing vacation that we will remember
I plesent stay best service and friendly staf
Hotel price ratio very good. Very friendly staff, especially thanks to Mr. Salvatore, Lucia de la restaurant and Mr. Oliver (changed room for different reasons). Thank you for a nice stay.

We were guests at this hotel and had a breakdown with our motorcycle. The lady at the reception was very helpful and provided everything we needed so that we could continue our journey with the damaged motorcycle. We will definitely come back — many thanks again!
Hotel Cristallo Is the gem in Ponte di Legno. From views, rooms, and most of all the unpeccable service you can be sure you will have an amazing holiday. We where there with our 5yo girl and the staff treated her like a princess. Met the manager (which I didn't know he was) after check out and he immediately offered to bring us for free to the bus station with his car as we would have troubles with...
Nice view of the town and ski runs, comfortable bed, room was well organized, warm, cozy and clean, hotel staff were polite and efficient. PLUS: there is a large private parking space where you can park your car for free. The bar was good for a beer and quick bite after the skiing session. Bathroom was ok - with hair dryer. You can reach the ski resort using a shuttle or your own car. Ski runs are...
Very special hotel. Been there twice already and very likely to stay there again in the future. The staff are very professional, the rooms and facilities are flawless. The location is excellent overlooking Ponte di Legno and walking distance to the main street.
Everything is really fine, but come on! Breakfast could be better for a 4-star hotel. And till 9:30!!! You could let sleep a little bit longer to people, who came to you to get rest.

It's a simple hotel for sporty people. But with exceptionally nice and helpful staff (changed completely dinner to meet my dietary wishes, let us check out later etc). Breakfast very simple but that's what you expect in Italy - tasty prosciutto, cheese and good coffee :)
We stopped there for lunch in last minute .The service was great and food really tasty. We were offered a set with three courses. All of them were simply and well served.Staff was super nice.Well done
Everything is fine No one fell out the window
A very nice hotel with delicious food!
Clean rooms, amazing dinners based on regional cuisine, close to the slope, room for storing ski, snowboard and the boots, very nice people working in the hotel. You can feel the Italian hospitality. I had a great stay, nothing more needed.

We spent a weekend with our 13-month-old daughter as guests of the hotel on full board. Impeccably clean rooms and linens! The location is strategic: the free shuttle bus stop under the hotel, and the center can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Excellent dishes .. all! All the guys very kind and accommodating .. managed by a couple of young guys to whom we offer our heartfelt congratulations and...
Great pizza, wine and deser! Cozy rooms!
Delicious pizza, pasta and deserts.
Nice place. Staff very kind. As soon as it opened, I had a little problem with a dish but immediately fixed it and they offered me coffee and amaro. It happens, nothing wrong with that. I will definitely be back 😀😀😀
Nice restaurant with original itallian cousine and Dolomiti interior style...I recomend to You very fine dish called "Panzerotti al Maniero "

🌟 Amazing stay! Highly recommend!** Hotel Bellavista in Ponte di Legno is a true gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning mountain views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job daily. The hotel restaurant was a highlight – breakfast was delicious. The...
The location and service are both amazing..option of ski lockers by the slope. The room was just ok, no option for hot tea or water. Sink in the bathroom is large and makes using toilet a bit uncomfortable. A Minor inconvenience was also the lack of vegetables in the breakfast menu but this might be a cultural difference. Would return again due to the service and location.
Fantastic stay . Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but perfectly clean and functional. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Location was very central and close to gondola. The option of storing skis in locker at the gondola was fantastic. Will definitely stay again.
Beautiful hotel in a great location, with lovely staff and a superb breakfast

Slept one night. Too bad you don't offer half board. Superb breakfast. Small rooms and shower. Too bad there was only 1 bike available. Fantastic reception and staff
The B&B is run by two very welcoming sisters, helpful and in a special way caring. The breakfast is varied: sweet, salty and drinks of all kinds. The cakes are made by them and the strüdel is really good. Cleanliness is excellent and in the shower we always found the water very hot even during peak times. So I would say… .. see you soon!
We stayed here to explore the local area. The hotel is well located, the rooms are excellent, the breakfast was delicious and all the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Great place to vacation after lockdown. Very nice and characteristic hotel, located in the town center. The room was nice, clean and had a balcony. The staff is friendly and ready to assist and recommend both tourist and natural attractions. The breakfast is good, freshly prepared and served, savory or sweet, with a wide choice. Comparable to large international chains. In conclusion, it is an extremely...

Very comfortable room. Nice place and helpful staff
A very well run hotel. Great staff who love to help. Very comfortable rooms with well appointed bathrooms. The hotel has a very comfortable bar. The dining room has fantastic views and the food is excellent. Would definitely recommend.
This is my 8th visit of this hotel in last 10 years (= winter seasons) - that says it all! If not, I can say about that: beautiful hotel, really kind owners and staff, delicious food and drink... and of course really good place for skiing
Excellent hotel. Great location with ski in/out. Staff and owners were fantastic.
Good spot for biking. Nice hosts. Very good breakfast. Excellent, newly renovated room.
Highly recommended! We were on a Motorcycle trip, and it was hot in the valley, so we wanted to stay high. We looked at several places in Town, but they were all closed as we were between Ski and summer season. We reluctantly headed down hill and saw the Bezzi! Love everything about this hotel: very clean and comfortable rooms that get cleaned every day. We have booked the family twin rooms with balcony which are very spacious and modern and right next to each other (but not connected). Very warm and friendly staff, always smiling and very nice to our 3 (quiet loud) kids. The food is excellent and the dinner menu changes daily. They have all kind of pastas...
An average hotel. Receptionists were rude. Swimming pool costs extra with the opening times not really working post the slopes if you have children under 12. Buffet didn’t change much with the breakfast options not changing at all! I wouldn’t stay there again. Much nicer options available.
This was our first ski holiday and we absolutely fell in love! The hotel was clean, comfortable, accomodating and I would highly recommend it! The food was great and all the staff were fantastic. The ski instructors were great and so much fun and the location was just incredible! This is the first holiday abroad that I would return too as I just fell in love with the area, people and slopes! You can...
We stayed here for a week and it was perfect! My only small suggestion for improvement would be having tea facilities by default in all of the rooms. I asked about this and was told that you have to pay a small deposit to have the tea facilities in your room, but they don’t provide any milk. This obviously isn’t enough of an issue to be hesitant about booking this hotel, we loved it and would consider...
Great hotel, right next to the slopes (via the 30ft staircase) rooms are cleaned & fresh towels everyday. Food is good and staff friendly, they were really great with us. Creche & kids club is fantastic. Had a great time here and will definitely stay again if in the area.
Most definitely not a 5-star hotel, on any level. Good location, facilities, ski hire and locker room in hotel. Lovely views on either side (but not from all rooms) both day and night. Away from shops. Awful queues to get into the ski hire shop for either fitting or collecting unless you go on as early as possible on your first day, before breakfast. Per other reviews, most staff really - shockingly...

Great hotel for skiers. We spent our second holidays here and probably will come again. Close to the slopes, with magnificent view on the glacier. Very good service, nice animations for kids. Food is ok except scrambled eggs😉.
This is a great value hotel for a ski holiday. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Beds were ok, I slept fine. The shower is visible from the bedroom. It’s frosted glass in the middle, but if staying in a twin could feel a little weird with your mate there. Beds and towels changed every day. Tip: bring a travel kettle if you want tea and/or coffee. You have a mini fridge in your room for milk if needed...
Poor WiFi in the hotel, even at the reception. Loud kids from the UK shouting, banging the doors, etc. The dinners are sometimes excellent!
We stayed here over Xmas. The staff are lovely can't do enough for you bar staff are fab. Room was lovely and clean . Heating would have been nice if it was on when we got there but it comes on thru night not sure why. Our room view was stunning over looking the glazier. When you arrive you are dropped off on road because the buses can't get to hotel so you have to walk across a field in the snow...
Probably italian standard. In comparison with similar hotels in Austria worse service.
Quality of rooms and stuff working there was good. Very clean and nice but for me food wasn't so good (personal opinion- don't like Italian kitchen).

We had a magical skiing holiday here. This was not only due to the ideal location close to the ski slopes, but also due to the hotel itself. The attitude of the entire hotel team was great. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We also appreciated nice wellness. Thank to whole hotel team
Had a great experience at this hotel. It's a family run hotel for 2 generations now, and we had the pleasure of meeting Luca, the manager and part-owner. Very friendly. They kindly accommodated our late arrival of 00:30 by utilising a self check-in system. All the staff at breakfast were friendly, and there was a fantastic array of choice - fruits, bread, pastries, spreads and a Nutella pump. Can...
We were here at january 2024. The rooms were clean, breakfasts and dinners were awesome! The hotel is right at the start of the ski areal - I consider it amazing. The service at the hotel was excellent also. Thank you very much!
We only visited the bar and restaurant twice during our stay in Passo Tonale, however it is a lovely, clean, warm and comfortable hotel and with a nice ambiance. The pizza is exceptional, cooked fresh in a traditional oven and good value for money; they are also very large and you could share one at lunch time or take what is left away to snack on later, if you are so inclined. The service was professional...
Absolutely amazing kitchen and food, both dinners and a la carte breakfasts! In addition the owner was so nice and helpful guy!
Restaurant review: Food: Pizzas and Fries Taste: 8/10 Service: 3/10 (staff quite rude) Price: 8/10 Food was tasty and portions were generous. Staff were quite rude, perhaps the rudest we have experiences in resort. A simple smile would go along way! Would we recommend: yes We didn’t stay at the hotel so can’t comment on the hotel hospitality.

We Just stopped for lunch while riding by bike. Rain, cold, we could enjoy covered bike parking and re-charge while having a tasty lunch. Very kind Indeed!!!!
It had a good room although it was a bit outdated also the food had its ups and downs as the meat was always a mystery , and when it would say it was one type of meat it could be another . Not to far from the moutons about a 8 minutes walk with ski boots on but without only about 5 minutes . Also near the bottom of the mountain there is a ski and snowboard hire .
Nice 3 stars hotel. Clean and nice service
This is a fantastic family run Albergo only a short walk from the slopes and lifts at Passo Tonale, the staff are all very friendly and helpful as are the owners who are always at hand to deal with any queries you may have. We spent 6 nights there, the good was second to none and very traditional Italian cuisine.

Good location, between two chair lifts (300 meters one and 400 the other), the rooms are comfortable, only a small fridge is missing to keep drinks cool. The meals are fair, the breakfast excellent. The skiroom is comfortable even though it is not possible to access it directly from the hotel. Nice and welcoming staff. I would go there again
They had some issues with the heating for the first 3 days of our stay Otherwise it is relatively close to the center of the ski area (5 minutes walk) They have a small breakfast buffet but with good quality of food
Price quality, great! Polite, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very cozy and romantic, fantastic mountain views Hotel near everything, downtown, slopes and half an hour from the park of the stelvio. I recommend to everyone, families and not .. We will definitely be back! Happy and glad I chose you!

This is a family run hotel of three generations, it is welcoming, friendly, and comfortable. It is close to the amenities in the resort including the ski lifts. Ottima posizione, bella struttura e buonissima colazione. Ben curata la SPA e abbastanza grande per essere un albergo 3stelle!
Quirky, super friendly Italian family hotel and restaurant. Nice swimming pool and great wee bar. Proper local Italian atmosphere....the driver of the hotel ski bus is also the hotel comedian. A great place for a family holiday
Love the friendly staff, 2nd visit as good, if not better, than our first 3 years ago ☺
Great service and pool and sauna set up ideal for the family.
Lovely hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are nice and clean. There’s a well-stocked and reasonably-priced bar, and the food in the restaurant is acceptable with great service. There’s a nice pool and “wellness centre” (bring your own swimming cap and towel or pay extra). Best feature - shuttle bus to and from the ski lifts - thank you so much! We would definitely stay here again.

The staff (owners, waiters) are very helpful and kind. The food is very good, especially dinner. But the cakes in the morning are super. 6 minutes walk from the slopes (maybe 10 with the boots). We will be back for sure. Plus: soft play area for kids plus other activities (table tennis for example).
Nice hotel, but way to noisy in the dining room. We measured op to 93db at dinnertime. In the morning people have difficulty getting coffee and food.
100 stars would be just right! For nearly two decades, we've spent our spring vacations at Family Hotel Adamello, and it feels like a second home. The Veclani family are the most wonderful hosts—welcoming us with love, humor, and passion. Over the years, we've become more than just friends; they're like family to us. We absolutely love this place and can't wait to come back soon! Thanks much!
Staff were lovely, Dinner was delicious and plenty, good selection of wines. Breakfast had a good variety of cooked, cold items. Rooms .we're good, too warm for my liking, but easy to turn down thermostate. Only downside was large ensuite, would have been better with a larger shower than the single cubicle. Also wouldn't it be great if they could convert bottom floor to contain spa/sauna/steam room...

Nice hotel, conveniently located within walking distance from the slopes and shops. Approximately 15 mins walk (in gear) from the main ski lifts. Hotel located in a good location next to sky trucks. Service is really bad expecially in the kitchen area (table not ready for breakfast; service really slow ; etc). Rooms not well cleaned. At the end for the big amount paid for 5 days in this hotel , my expactation was a little bit highg and at the I can only say that I can't evaluate it a four stars hotel (meaby 3 stars is enough)
