Firstly the hotel saying that pets is allowed.
But then they saying that dog should be maximum 10kg. Of weight???
Then please remove the sign that pets is allowed. As they not. That’s absolutely discrimination about the bigger dog. 15kg and hotel asking to cancel the hotel. 😅 are you joking???
Never never will come to this hotel even without my dog.
And never recommend for anyone.
Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding.
Excellent stay in a beautiful establishment where we were pampered by the kind and nice crew!
Absolutely stunning hotel! There are some reviews about people complaining that they no one spoke English at this hotel but that wasn’t our experience at all, the front desk did, the bartender did, the ladies at breakfast did. It was completely fine and no one was rude to us at all. The breakfast was SO good. We didn’t stay long enough to check out the spa, but it looked really nice, it’s $30 a person for 3 hours. I think this is fairly standard. It was super easy to walk to town center, and we ate at a great pizza place. The town looks like something out of a fairytale!

- The restaurant bar is well furnished for breakfast with a large variety of delicious salted and sweety dishes
-The beauty farm is a source of relaxation and calm with its different massages
Lovely (but it is subjective) the presence of multiple families with young children who bring joy to the atmosphere.
