Hotel Abi d'Oru

Rooms are good but no iron - they provide a laundry service - I would prefer an iron or at least a steamer. We were shown to our room but no information given to us - not even where we get our towels from. Breakfast - took 20 mins to get a coffee - several waiters stood by the doorway just chatting. The fruit was nice but the cooked food had been cooked for a while and was unpleasant. The beach - only top of the range rooms were allowed to use the front rows of sunbeds and the Cabanas were chargeable. Beach restaurant overpriced We went to the Marina to eat which was wonderful. There was a wedding right outside our room with the loudest disco music I have ever heard We couldn't even block it our by shutting our doors Hotel management said 'well we have to cater for everyone' I said we should have been told, his reply was 'well we cant change history can we'. I said we could check out or change rooms but this was refused. We had a very early check out due to an early flight We were hoping to grab some breakfast before we left but the restaurant didn't open until 7.30 and no arrangements were offered to take something with us even though we mentioned it at check out. We stayed at two hotels in the area and the other one far surpassed our expectations and we will be returning but not to this hotel.
