Rooms are good but no iron - they provide a laundry service - I would prefer an iron or at least a steamer. I simply fell in love with this hotel and everything it has to offer. From beginning to end, it was the perfect place to totally unwind, surrounded by a beautiful landscape. We spent 2 nights here. The orientation at check-in was not good. Instead of a property orientation, we just were shown to our room. We were happy with the early check-in at noon, though. At first we didn't like our room because it was small, they gave us a much nicer room at no extra cost with a small garden and directly accesses the beach. Great swimming pool and play area for kids. Nice hotel with a good location. A bit too far from some towns - but very close to the sea. Very nice service in the reception, but during the breakfast the service didn’t score max amount of points. Maybe the crew is already tired after season, but anyway they suppose to treat the Guests with “more smile”. Very bad English skills. One lady speaking English a bit better, but she was not nice for us...

All about location not the hotel. Our stay was average hence the average rating. The rooms are dated and the service in the restaurant was average we are sorry to say. For the price our expectations were higher. Few annoying items would be no cold tap in the bathroom and having to pay €20 per day for parking even though you are in the middle of nowhere! The hotel has a wonderful location overlooking the Gulf of Marinella which in itself makes everything more beautiful. Pleasantly surprised after reading old reviews. I'm sure that the photos on the site were taken some time ago. We had no salad in 9 days. The TV was in front of the dressing Mirror. You had to choose your food for your meals from a listing of 4 choices. The bathtub had no water stopper to take a bath,you could only shower. You have to pay 3 euros for your towel,every time you changed them. Maybe once it was a 4 star,but know it's maybe a 3 or 3...

Hotel is not bad, but i will not book it again. + Staff was kind and helpful; big and clean swimming pool with salty water - Rooms are small, smell of mold, tiny shower - not as it should be in a 4 stars hotel. Very nice place. Awesome location. Downsides: they charge 50 Eur per day for the dog. (That’s in general ok), but they provide nothing against it, like dog bowl, bed, some snack, whatsoever... - they charge 60 Eur for some easy white wine at the beach, which can be ordered online for less than 10 Eur. Great place with two private beaches and million dollar views. Breakfast is very delicious, the hotel is well built following Roman architectural guidelines with great inner courtyard gardening :)

The beach is lot more beautiful than what you see in photos, the restaurant team are very polite, with great hospitality.

The structure is a little dated, the furniture is cheap, mattresses a bit too hard, hot water heated with a water heater. The worst problem is the electric stove, it is possible to use only a full power cooker (the smaller one, turning off the water heater) otherwise the meter trips (in the worst case you have to go to the external meter outside the structure). In the centre of porto rotondo,in a quiet place with spectacular views.swimming pool in the residence,a bar and a supermarket for those who don't want to use the car is ideal. Recommended.

Ideal place if you are looking for relaxation and to spend whole days at the beach. Porto Rotondo, the airport of Olbia and Porto Cervo, the pearl of the Costa Smeralda, are quickly reachable.

Great location! It has free parking which is really important in Sardinia as you have to drive to go everywhere. The room was clean with a balcony area looking at the sea. The nearest beach Santa Marinella is one of the best beaches I've ever seen!

The wonderful experience in this wonderful place has just ended. A few days later I already have the nostalgia, hospitality and availability of Mr. Piero not seen every day. We ate well considering it's early December. Well furnished rustic room. Great service and very nice owner. I hope to return in the spring.

Simple place. Fast and efficient service. Succulent homemade dessert. The pizzas are huge, for children, one for two is enough. The top car park just opposite, when you know that it's a hassle to find a place on a Saturday evening in this area.
