This is a breathtaking hotel in Portofino! Right across from a picturesque beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs provided for guests. It is a quick walk to the Portofino main square. Arrival by taxi was seamless, with parking and staff readily available to assist with our luggage. Hotel staff were very hospitable and friendly. Very highly recommend!

Disappointing Experience at Piccolo restaurant
I had a very disappointing experience at Piccolo Portofino. The service was far from what you would expect at a restaurant of this level. The dish with raw fish was not properly explained by the staff, and I was not informed that the salmon tartare was changed from raw to smoked. This completely altered the dish, and I only found out after it was served. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was simply told, “If you don’t like it, no problem.” – which is absolutely the wrong approach to customer service. There was no apology or effort to make it right. Very unprofessional and disappointing overall.

Perfectly clean and nice looking with a beautiful view on the sea, with private beach in front of the hotel. A very beautiful access road to the port in front of the hotel. Breakfast is awesome. Staff are very nice and polite. Perfect price/quality ratio. Highly recommended

Dont be fooled by gorgeous pics it’s totally mist leading. Yes it has a view but they charged us 900 Euros per day when in the same day it was advertised at 308 Euros
The place is disgusting unkempt and not at all hygienic. The reception looks like a morgue and the desk clerk an undertaker

Amazing location just far enough from the tourist center but easy walk to it. Also with easy access to a private, scenic beach. Our second time staying there and would definitely return but wouldn’t recommend dining there.
