I was lucky enough to visit Portofino in July 2024 and had the most wonderful dinner at this hotel. Prearranged months in advance, requesting a table outside and what I got was beyond amazing! Sat overlooking the iconic harbour view was one of the best experiences of my life and I cannot thank the team responsible enough for letting this happen. This location is great and central in Portino. It is about 200meters from the large public parking garage. The garden is huge and the staff is great. We did not have a reservations but got the last room in the place please go here it is the best. I am going back for sure.

Affordable, clean and spacious rooms just steps from a white sand beach. The staff were amazing and accommodating. The breakfast is included and is delicious! We had a Superior Room at upper floor and it was extremely small, therefore "superior" is misleading. A very pretty hotel nested in Paraggi. Rooms are in excellent condition, very clean. Parking behind the hotel at a discounted 25€/day. Portofino is only 15mn walk away via the somewhat romantic « trail of the kisses ». Be sure to double-check when you book, as the cheapest rooms have a shared bathroom and toilet.

This is a breathtaking hotel in Portofino! Right across from a picturesque beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs provided for guests. It is a quick walk to the Portofino main square. Hotel with modern rooms in the center of Santa Margherita. For a 5 star I would have expected evening turndown and breakfast with more choice and more quality products. Hotel does not have a garage: we booked parking but our car was parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Comfortable and convenient location. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was included which was a plus. We also had a view of the beachfront from our room. Not only was the location fantastic, but the hotel was wonderful. The room was very nice with a beautiful balcony and very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. I just recommended the Lido to a friend, and will continue to do so to others! I can't wait to go back there!

Great view out over the sea from our room although no balcony! Good to cool off in the Mediterranean over the road! Breakfast was chaos with 2 big buses leaving and not opening til 7.30am.

Great location on a quiet side street and v close to the beach and marina, and with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants only steps away. A great welcome and easy check in, and a good sized room too with a v comfortable bed. Decent buffet breakfast too. Recommended.

This hotel is perfect to stay in Santa Margherita. It’s in an excellent location, just a very short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Our room was spacious with all facilities and an enormous twin shower. Breakfast was great with a good selection of fresh fruits, meats cheese and pastries. Fine modern hotel, good beds and bathroom, all rooms on ground floor. Continental Bfast was good, not great, but service was friendly and excellent. Location also excellent, on quiet street just a couple blocks from main downtown area with lots of restaurants and cafe bars.

We have stayed at Hotel Jolanda many times over the past 14 years. We continue to come back because we like that it is a boutique hotel and in a very convenient location. We had a junior suite and it was fantastic. Breakfast is OK with a reasonable selection. Quality was average. We had always previously being very happy with the staff. This was the longer the case. Two men at the desk were not friendly...

Amazing staff! We were just passing through the town because of bad weather and they went above and beyond with helping us. They helped book a taxi and even though the kitchen was closed they got us food. I can’t begin to explain how incredibly well they treated us and didn’t have to! Grateful for them plus it’s gorgeous property.

This hotel is located near the train station, near the seaside and handy for all the eating and drinking venues. Very clean and very friendly staff and they were all very efficient. I would love to go back to that hotel if I'm in Santa Margarita again.

Charming hotel with an excellent staff. We stayed for one night, came to the hotel and checked in our rooms. One of the rooms had a broken a/c. The front desk told us to carry on with our day and go out like we wanted to and they will fix it. Modest hotel but we loved it. Great staff, rooms were clean. Free bicycles. I highly recommend going for a ride. Very convenient location close to everything
