This location is great and central in Portino. It is about 200meters from the large public parking garage. The garden is huge and the staff is great. We did not have a reservations but got the last room in the place please go here it is the best. I am going back for sure.

Best Western Regina Elena is an average hotel with decent service. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing outstanding either. Parking was a bit pricey, and while the room was okay overall, the bathroom was quite small. We stayed 3 nights in August and could not have been happier with the hotel and service. Everything inch of the property is very clean and every member of the staff was polite and helpful. It has an amazing garden and is right next to the sea. The concierge is very helpful and helps you organise activities. The rooms are well equipped and the beds are very comfortable, and some of the rooms have a wonderful sea side view. The place is really close to the center of Santa, right next to the port! You can find restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The room was not bad, quite clean and tidy. A fabulous small hotel tucked away just a few hundred yards from town centre. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Parking is available at €30 per day and they have an electric charging point. The only issue was the very noisy air conditioning. Definitely a hidden gem.

This hotel was adorable and in a great location. Bruno, the night shift concierge, was wonderful and so kind and helpful! The breakfast was delicious. Hotel with modern rooms in the center of Santa Margherita. For a 5 star I would have expected evening turndown and breakfast with more choice and more quality products. Hotel does not have a garage: we booked parking but our car was parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Only downside was that the WiFi was slow at times and water was not provided in the rooms although this can be purchased from nearby stores for cheap prices.

Great hotel in the Heart of Santa Margherita. Very Helpful And friendly staff! We arrived in the morning And they managed to accomodate Us much earlier than 2 pm. highly recommend to everyone.

I stayed one night with my boyfriend and everything was perfect. Clean room, good spaces, modern furniture, large bathroom with window and wonderful shower. This hotel was extremely clean, spacious and the location was wonderful. Great breakfast and the dinner we had one night in the restaurant was probably the best meal we had whilst in Santa Margherita.Close to the train, waterfront and the fabulous cafe's and restaurants and Piazza Caprera that was lively and beautiful. Calm and sweet hotel, good breakfast. Small rooms. Quiet and a dash of luxury. My second home by the sea.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent — ideal for exploring the area. However, the rooms are very small, and the cleanliness could be improved with more regular attention.

We have stayed at Hotel Jolanda many times over the past 14 years. We continue to come back because we like that it is a boutique hotel and in a very convenient location. We had a junior suite and it was fantastic. Breakfast is OK with a reasonable selection. Quality was average. We had always previously being very happy with the staff. This was the longer the case. Two men at the desk were not friendly...

Good hotel which was clean so no complaints and good location

Lovely attentive staff, brilliant breakfast service, the corridors and carpets very dated. Ants in the room and shower/bathroom not well ventilated.

Our room showed serious sign of wear and tear Our sink faucet was replaced with a bidet faucet which would splash everywhere when opened. The hallway carpet are beyond cleaning and need to be removed. But the location is very good

The hotel was average with basic rooms and sadly the service wasn’t up to scratch. There were too many “no” to things we asked about. In particular the lady at reception can be quite rude and abrupt. On the plus side the staff at breakfast were super friendly.

Fantastic personal, good service and very nice rooms. Old but clean and whit soul, perfect. We been spoiled so far under our stay at Hotel Helios. Can warmly recommend.

The most peaceful vacations I had were spent here. Santa Margherita Ligure is wonderful. I'll be returning soon.
