We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was warm & comfortable with a well maintained classic style. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But for sure our favorite part was the balanced breakfast with the beautiful view. Also the service for the breakfast was fast and attentive. Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at GH Hotel Monzoni, which is well located for exploring the Dolomites, close to Passo Pordoi and Canazei. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the mountains. Although there was no kettle in the room, the male waiter in the restaurant was very helpful and was happy to help us every time we asked for hot water. The only minor drawback was that the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, which made it a bit difficult to take a shower. But overall, it is a good mountain hotel for a short stay.

Where to start. The room was tiny, especially the shower. The breakfast was really poor with limited options. The location was OK but the parking was super limited. In the evening the lady owner with bad English forced me to repack my car even though I told her that I had some wine - not sure she understood. I would avoid this place despite their low price.

The owner and staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped me find transportation. I visited for a ski trip at the end of the year and had booked two hotels, so I needed a ride from one to the other. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but it turned out to be much harder than I expected!

Since it was the end of the year and taxis aren’t the main mode of transportation in the Dolomites, I struggled to reach any taxi companies. However, the owner and staff went above and beyond to help me. They kept calling different taxi companies, speaking in Italian over and over, and after five or six tries, they finally found a ride for me! I truly appreciate their effort and kindness.

The hotel is located on the main road, only if you are lucky you can park in front, otherwise you can leave, the nearest parking is only 500m away. The interior renovation is neither good nor bad, but it aspires more to 2 stars than 3. If you are lucky you can have a room with a lift, otherwise dragging your luggage along, finally after a tortuous path and two flights of stairs, you will arrive in the room. The one assigned to us is small, I recommend you go into the bathroom alone because two people risk getting stuck, and it is probably forbidden to bring a beauty case because there is no surface to put it on. If you use the shower from above, frozen drops fall. All in all, however, the bed is comfortable and you sleep well, the cleaning is thorough, but do not pay attention to the stained bedspread which, according to the receptionist, has just been washed. If the room is saved, you will have a nasty surprise at dinner: tired and hungry, you can't wait to taste the excellent Trentino cuisine but the nightmare has just begun... pre-cooked pasta that arrives undone in a soupy sauce, dumplings in cold broth still frozen inside, fish fritters with an unappealing smell and so on. Maybe I'm not the best person to comment on the food because I have a limited amount of food, but there were 10 of us and one evening part of the group preferred to dine out rather than repeat the experience. It's a real shame because the staff is really kind and goes out of their way to make up for the disaster in the kitchen, where there are certainly staff problems but also poor quality of raw materials. Sufficient breakfast (but what happened to the scrambled eggs that turned green?). Oh, I forgot: the property's policy requires, despite the deposit, the advance payment of the bill, I think because otherwise no one would ever pay the cost of half board.

We just spent the last week of January in this hotel. The rooms were adequate and covered all the basics. The staff were friendly and tried their best. The main complain was the food. Breakfast was acceptable but dinner was terrible. They offered various options but food was either cold, badly prepared or tasteless. Even tortellini in "brodo" that is such a simple dish, was inedible. The menu did not reflect what was served. Canederli in "brodo" was actually in butter and only one dry, tasteless "canederlo". Porcini mushrooms was not porcini but a mix of different mushrooms. Meat was tough and tasteless. Pasta and gnocchi was always overcooked, cold and without salt. My husband is intollerant to cow milk and even after making this very clear a week before, they still served desserts and breakfast items to him with milk powder inside. A real shame as generally food is good in Italy.

Cosy hotel, friendly service at the reception and restaurant, very clean, room was cosy with a balcony and nice view on the mountains, hotel located close to the restaurants and ski slope. I also liked the breakfast and dinner, there was a big choice for dinner (several options to choose from starters, vegeterian meals, pasta, meat, desserts and others, everything tasty 🙂

An old hotel, nearly a century old, but renovated. The heating was sufficient, so powerful that I woke up several times in the middle of the night.
The front desk service was very good, as there was a problem with the curtains and the windows were not blocked, a temporary solution was arranged. There is a parking space downstairs, free of charge. 10 minutes walk to the hot springs.

We stayed at this hotel two times. Great location right at the centre, Amazing breakfast, the staff is kind and helpful, and we were able to drop some of our luggage at the hotel during our hike. The rooms are a little small but have been modernized and all have a nice bathroom. The swimming pool was also nice. Definitely deserves more than the 3.1 stars on Google maps!
