We had our marriage proposal here. Everything was prepared and executed perfectly. The place is so beautiful and magical. There is no better example of a romantic estate with nice Tuscan scenery. Our host Eglantina was also very nice and made the whole experience even better. The 4 course diner we had was delicious and they made some special dishes for us. The waiter was also super friendly. Highly recommend this!

DON'T BOOK THE ROMANTIC DINNER FOR TWO!!! I can't speak for the rest of the menu or normal dining service, but the dinner you get with the Romantic Dinner for 2 is not worth the money. The wait service provided is also poor. They are not attentive and the time between courses is too long. Also, bring bug spray. You'll get eaten alive! They could also cut down some of the overgrown bushes so that you could actually see the rolling hills of Tuscany. Not much to look at, at least from where they sat us.

We are destination wedding photographers and came to shoot a wedding at another venue. This place was perfect for a wedding! We hope we can come back and shoot one here!
The hotel is an medieval village that they turned into a hotel. Our room was at the top of the village by the garden. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. Everything is incrediblely beautiful. I would definitely recommend it!

I was underwhelmed by the hotel, specially considering what the website promises. Not the installations though, those were great. Comfortable room, good shower and overall a very beautiful place.
The service, however, under delivered. We were contacted by staff on the eve of our arrival (at 22h might I add) and we informed that we would be arriving at around 14h, which we did. Upon arrival it was disclosed to us that the restaurant was closed, and that there was nothing available to eat, except for a few sandwiches. The charcuterie table that is mentioned on the website that could be ordered at anytime is non existent.
At the pool, there is a self-service bar. However the draft beer was warm, and the wine, well, we couldn’t taste the wine because there was no corkscrew. Not to mention the fact that we would be drinking it out of plastic cups.
On the positive side, the restaurant was very nice. Good food and wine pairing.

Wonderful, friendly staff. They were super kind and welcoming. Have a great orientation about the area. Hotel is gorgeous. The views from the pool are breathtaking.

Very good hotel in a great rural location. Stayed for one night in June. Dinner and buffet breakfast both first class. Comfortable, good sized room. The restaurant has splendid views over the surrounding countryside. The swimming pool was a refreshing "oasis" on a hot day, with a small bar serving drinks and light snacks all afternoon. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

Excelent place to stay! The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was really friendly and the property is gorgeous! Amazing views from Tuscany. Would definitely stay here again.

The shower is broken, the water tap leaks, the breakfast is really basic, maybe add eggs. The dinner is delicious! Nice trip but I think a 3 star hotel deserves 3 stars.

The hotel is fantastic, the views stunning, you can't dream for a better place to stay to explore Tuscany. We will definitely come back
