We were a bit apprehensive after re reading some reviews. Didn't recognise any of the negatives. Arrived early, by bicycle. Happy to check us in. Safe garage to store bikes, very nice pool, probably best we have been in on our trip. Good sized room, pretty quiet at might, although rooms at back of Hotel probably a better choice. Decent breakfast, would stay again.

The location was chosen as we were attending a wedding nearby. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very helpful - when the key to the safe could not be located they brought a second safe to the room. The breakfast was fine if not exceptional. The bathroom had hooks - so often there are none and so we really appreciated it!

The castle and village looked like a painting on top of a hill. The rooms were well appointed, had bars on my windows as my room was on the outer wall of the village. great location to get around Tuscany. 10 minutes from Montepulciano, 45 minutes from the airport, and Torrita itself is really pleasant to walk around. The staff was incredibly friendly, particularly Laura. The villa also set up a private wine tour for us, which was excellent.

Perfect place among nature, to spend a very pleasant holiday with family or friends, the impeccable place and its wonderful design, you can go for a walk von vustas panoramic and then take a dip in the pool and or sunbathe, the food is delicious and the service very attentive. Thank you for making my short stay an unforgettable moment.

Being our first time in Tuscany, we didn't know where to stay and what to expect. My husband is 6'7" and requires a king-size bed and Villa Sassolini was one of the rare places I found one. A pleasant surprise was our private roof patio with breathtaking views of the region. I would highly recommend this to anyone willing to spend a few extra euros for impeccable service and wonderful accommodations...

Could not more enthusiastically recommend this place for a wonderful stay! The service was fantastic. The food was tasteful and pleasant. We also had the opportunity to do an in-house cooking class, which was just sensational. Chef Mickey was a pleasure to work with and have be our teacher. The views are outstanding. This is not a five-star hotel, barely a four-star hotel Relais Borgo Scopeto may look charming, but our stay left much to be desired. We visited in mid-October when it was unseasonably hot, yet the hotel had already switched to heat, and there was no air conditioning available due to their centralized system, which controls the temperature for the entire property, not individual rooms. The environment is so beautiful, but the service is so-so

We stopped at this hotel for one night. The young receptionist was very helpful, kind and smiley. The room was spacious with airconditionning. The hotel has free parking and is in a lovely green area. It is a bit away from the town but it is a very cost-effective stay. The advice of the receptionist for the restaurant was great!

Very neatly well organized room with cool and comfy colour theme that included lots of amenities and also a smart TV. Breakfast had lots of dessert options but was overall quite average compared to other hotel breakfasts.

This hotel is under rated. Clean and spacious room with A/C, friendly and helpful staff, sufficient breakfast. It is not with walk distance to the old town, but it is not a problem with a car. It is highly recommended if you drive to Siena.

Good - Staff are lovely. Bad - Rooms are small and very dated. Aircon is noisy and there is very little noise isolation from the hallway. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere so cabs can be hard to get. Really you need a car. Breakfast is basic - a couple of pastries and some cold meat.
