Very good hotel in a great rural location. Stayed for one night in June. Dinner and buffet breakfast both first class. Comfortable, good sized room. The restaurant has splendid views over the surrounding countryside. The swimming pool was a refreshing "oasis" on a hot day, with a small bar serving drinks and light snacks all afternoon. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

San Paterno is a charming B&B surrounded by greenery. The furniture is studied in every detail, everything is new, clean and welcoming. Alessio, the host, is sociable, nice and very helpful. Spacious apartment with dated furnishings unfortunately the windows do not have badges or shutters and in the morning in summer the sun already annoys at dawn. Clean rooms and friendly service. Good breakfast with good biscuit cakes.

Hello everyone, we were at the Beb Terme a few steps away on Easter weekend, we had a very good time, room and linen spotless (I very much pay attention to linen), good location the manager very attentive and helpful, we recommend it.

Struttura ristrutturata molto bene. Accoglienza di judy amichevole e disponibile. Ottima la colazione. Borgo magico. Camera forse leggermente piccola ma deliziosa. Bagno con doccia super e prodotti naturali molto buoni. Alcuni locali ancora chiusi ma abbiamo trovato su indicazione di judy una trattoria con cibo genuino.

Bel luogo tenuto in maniera impeccabile,camere belle ,persone gentili in un luogo mozzafiato,antico borgo medievale, le camere non hanno una grande insonorizzazione ma dipende dalla struttura stessa .Bel posto con tante scale ma ne vale la pena.

Camere spaziose, comode e pulite e belle. Colazione abbondante, buona e varia. Personale super simpatico. È situato nel sottotetto, circa un secondo piano, senza ascensore. Noi 8 donne, 50enni, non abbiamo avuto problemi ma per qualcuno potrebbe esserlo, è bene specificarlo.

I felt like a princess in a hilltop castle! The building is beautifully restored and maintained. Yudi cheered us on as we biked up the last few meters and then helped us find our way into the courtyard. The room was lovely with a fantastic view. Communal breakfast was filling and delicious.

Small but cozy room. The bed was comfortable and the pillow too (finally not a fluffy one). Room and toilet were clean. There was room service after first night. Very quiet area, with lot of parking space outside. Easy checkin operations and good communication with the owner.

Just outside the town, a few minutes drive from the splendid Terme di San Giovanni, the b & b "La casa dei tribbi" is ideal for a relaxing and pleasant stay in the middle of the Crete Senesi.

Suggestive location, room number 3 simple but clean and with comfortable bed and pillows, with TV and small fridge, perfect for a couple passing through Rapolano. Honest price. Lady very helpful and precise in the directions. The only less positive note is the false shower space in the center of the bathroom (but if you come to Rapolano for the spa, any discomfort is easily resolved). Excellent location...

Clean place. Delightful owner. Room (on the top floor) very fresh. It has a drawback, the bathroom is a bit cramped, but being an adaptation from an ancient palace they are still 5 stars. Looking out you can see the central square of the town and sportsmen would reach Querciolaia on foot without any problems

I had a great time there. Signora Ottavia even waited for me until almost midnight, welcoming me with a smile. Very comfortable without being pretentious, it has an important strength in breakfast: various types of biscuits, muffins and plum jam ... all homemade! Mouth-watering. A quiet, clean and pretty comfortable apartment, true Italian location. In reality it looks much better than on the pictures! A very hospitable host! We were surprised by nice Italian breakfast (it wasn't included in the price): different croissants, juice and milk for our kids - it was so lovely :)

We had a great stay here; nice and quiet, but also very central for visiting surrounding towns like Montalcino, Montepulciano, Arezzo and Cortona. Who doesn’t want to enjoy a breakfast with caffè and fresh fruits (figs and blackberries from the garden), granola, some bread…in bed obviously, with nothing but the sound of some birds and maybe a couple of cows nearby.

The beauty of this place will literally sweep you of your feet but keep in mind that If you have leaved your whole life in a city it will take you a day to get used of hearing nothing else but the sound of nature. Our room was spacious , furnished in country style and the breakfast included amongst others warm freshly baked bread, pies and (blue!!) eggs hand picked daily by Theodora . Speaking of Theodora...

The farmhouse is beautiful and fun and Teo is very kind and helpful. You would enjoy the back yard as well. I miss those lovely dogs and cats. The only thing I want to claim is the wifi connection was not stable.

We stayed four days at Podere Capanacce and it was absolute bliss. The buildings are beautiful and brilliantly decorated in a rustic style. Teo was a lovely host who gave us great tips for things to do in the local area and where to eat. One morning we woke up and the cows had come to visit us in the garden. We would definitely come and stay here again!

It's a farm house run on bed and breakfast basis.the room we stayed was below the residential building,a room which speaks for itself the time of its construction,we were told it was more than 300 years old.the inside of the room speaks for itself the age of the room.it maintains the rustic charm but very well maintained,with a functional kitchen.the room as well as the toilet were immaculately clean...

The property was really stunning, very comfortable, loads of space and so handy for travelling around Tuscany and even a bit of Umbria.

Beautiful setting, very tidy, very convenient location (very close to the freeway but sheltered enough not to hear it). The owners are hospitable and loving. We have not tasted typical products but they are available and seem of quality.

The apartment were good, nice fully equipped kitchen. We were only given shampoo and shower gel for the first day. We were there for for 4 days, and it wouldn’t hurt if they provided for the entire stay when it’s so short. The pool were fine, but the pool area could be upgraded. The water in the hot tub was a bit dirty so we wouldn’t use it. A lot of kids were using it. Maybe they should change it...
