Very good hotel in a great rural location. Stayed for one night in June. Dinner and buffet breakfast both first class. Comfortable, good sized room. The restaurant has splendid views over the surrounding countryside. The swimming pool was a refreshing "oasis" on a hot day, with a small bar serving drinks and light snacks all afternoon. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

San Paterno is a charming B&B surrounded by greenery. The furniture is studied in every detail, everything is new, clean and welcoming. Alessio, the host, is sociable, nice and very helpful. Excellent location for those who frequent the Antica Querciolaia thermal park. Clean room, newly renovated bathroom. We were guests for several days. There were several moments of pure conviviality. The room was welcoming and well furnished. We would have liked a few more places to put our things in the bathroom, but we still realized that unfortunately it is too small to fit more than one person. Il posto è molto carino e confortevole. Arredato in stile antico, che dà calore all'ambiente. I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili, ottima la colazione a base di pancakes.Ma ci sono un sacco di alternative. Ci sono 2 bagni, uno con vasca e uno con doccia, così si può scegliere in base alle abitudini. Parcheggio comodo.

Amazing host! Big beautiful room with big balcony. Everything so clean. Two huge bathrooms. Italian atmosphere and hospitality. I forgot shampoo but I didn't need to worry cause there were huge amounts of stuffs for cleaning. She prepared even very tasty breakfast. So nice host. If u r nearby go there!

Optimal! I really don't understand the other reviews: the room was large and clean, as were the two shared bathrooms, the lady was really very kind. We slept very well in the silence of the hills. In the morning, an excellent breakfast included in the price (which is really convenient in relation to the quality!). Highly recommended!

Hello everyone, we were at the Beb Terme a few steps away on Easter weekend, we had a very good time, room and linen spotless (I very much pay attention to linen), good location the manager very attentive and helpful, we recommend it.

I had a great time there. Signora Ottavia even waited for me until almost midnight, welcoming me with a smile. Very comfortable without being pretentious, it has an important strength in breakfast: various types of biscuits, muffins and plum jam ... all homemade! Mouth-watering. And then, also the swimming pool.

Family atmosphere, all clean and welcoming. The managers are friendly, helpful and very kind, they do their utmost to please and satisfy any need or problem of their customers. We recommend it.

Very nice and kind staff and awesome romantic location! Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza, Montepulciano, even Florence (train from Siena) can be reached very easily to fully explore Tuscany. My wife and I booked a room here to visit the thermal pools and surrounding country side. This hotel is beautiful, the hospitality is unmatched, and the time we spent relaxing in the garden was far better and more relaxing than the nearby thermal pools!! Will be recommending this place to our friends and family and we will return again.

This place was AMAZING! We visited San Giovanni Terme hot springs for a weekend. I was oringally disappointed that we couldn't get a room in the attached hotel. We found this place, which is a 5 min walk to the springs, instead. The pictures were nice and the host answered our emails very quickly. They were so friendly and accommodating. I'm actually glad we didn't get a room at the resort because...

We had a great stay here; nice and quiet, but also very central for visiting surrounding towns like Montalcino, Montepulciano, Arezzo and Cortona. Who doesn’t want to enjoy a breakfast with caffè and fresh fruits (figs and blackberries from the garden), granola, some bread…in bed obviously, with nothing but the sound of some birds and maybe a couple of cows nearby.

The beauty of this place will literally sweep you of your feet but keep in mind that If you have leaved your whole life in a city it will take you a day to get used of hearing nothing else but the sound of nature. Our room was spacious , furnished in country style and the breakfast included amongst others warm freshly baked bread, pies and (blue!!) eggs hand picked daily by Theodora . Speaking of Theodora...

The farmhouse is beautiful and fun and Teo is very kind and helpful. You would enjoy the back yard as well. I miss those lovely dogs and cats. The only thing I want to claim is the wifi connection was not stable.

We stayed four days at Podere Capanacce and it was absolute bliss. The buildings are beautiful and brilliantly decorated in a rustic style. Teo was a lovely host who gave us great tips for things to do in the local area and where to eat. One morning we woke up and the cows had come to visit us in the garden. We would definitely come and stay here again!

Small but cozy room. The bed was comfortable and the pillow too (finally not a fluffy one). Room and toilet were clean. There was room service after first night. Very quiet area, with lot of parking space outside. Easy checkin operations and good communication with the owner.

The only less positive note is the false shower space in the center of the bathroom (but if you come to Rapolano for the spa, any discomfort is easily resolved). Excellent location...

Clean place. Delightful owner. Room (on the top floor) very fresh. It has a drawback, the bathroom is a bit cramped, but being an adaptation from an ancient palace they are still 5 stars. Looking out you can see the central square of the town and sportsmen would reach Querciolaia on foot without any problems
