The hotel is not safe! My Cavalli watch was stolen. I left it on the table and as I came back to my room, the door was slightly open. The next day I saw that housekeeping leaves all doors simultaneously open while they clean, so that one can easily enter a room without anyone noticing. The watch was a precious wedding present and is irreplaceable!
The room of my colleague had a bad cigerette smell. The hotel refused to give her another one, she would have had to pay for the unvoluntary upgrade.

The best location for a hotel... close to downtown and some bars and restaurants; after dinner, there is no need to drive back. Big free parking lot, it is possible to rent bikes as well

Nothing luxurious of course but the hotel was great. Small but really good breakfast buffet, super friendly staff and there was enough free parking to not have to worry about it being full.
Room was clean and they also provided a kettle with, for once actual good teas.
The location isn't exactly in the middle of town but its right next to the train station and walking into town is still a very quick trip so it shouldn't be a holdback. All in all, while obviously nothing luxurious, what it did offer, it did really well.

I don't agree with the hotel description and I quote... ".... Hotel Mosaico & Residence is the ideal spot to visit Ravenna in comfort and style" because it's not that good.
There are lots of hotels closer to the city centre and being located on the wrong side of the railway it's often a hectic walk passing through the busy railway station on the way to the city centre. And as for "comfort and style", well it was OK at Best. However, to be fair, the staff were very helpful and friendly and their pastries were delicious.

They gave a key to someone in the middle of the night without checking if they were staying there. The man tried to come into the room, we had three rooms. Luckily a chair was against the door and he couldn't get all the way in, he tried. Just so happened to be the room two women were staying in. Never stay there, it wasn't an accident.

Our "superior" room did not even have space to walk around the bed. The door lock broke and we could not get in for an hour, the sink was backed up and never fixed during our stay. The cover popped off the toilet flush. Charged 40 Euro per person for a shared ride from hotel to cruise ship dock. Not nearby anything. Good continental breakfast but do not recommend.

Close to town centre. Nice staff. Large bedroom with comfy bed but tiny bathroom! Great breakfast. Good value. Will use it again.

We stayed here during our road trip around Umbria and Tuscany and were happy with the Hotel Mosaico. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessible. Walking distance to the historic downtown area of Ravenna.

Wall was thin and I could hear everything happening in the hallway. Breakfast was decent. Walking distance to the attractions. Bar downstairs. Parking on site (free). Good for a price I paid for.
