Hotel Cube

When we checked in, the room was hot. We put the key in the slot for the lights and power and heard the A/C compressor kick on. However, there was no air flow from the vents. After an hour, it was still 27 degrees in the room. It was late, but we couldn't sleep. I went downstairs stairs and the night clerk acted like he didn't understand as his screen was showing the A/C was on. I asked him to come to the room to see for himself. He replied the A/C was on max. I kept telling him the room was hot. Finally, I asked what temperature his system shows the room is. He said 27 degrees!!! I asked him if he thought that was cool??? He admitted it was not. I asked if other people complain about the A/C and he admitted they do.... A LOT. I insisted on another room. We were limited to needing 2 beds and there was only one other room available. It was even hotter, but at least there was air coming from the unit. It took 2 or 3 hours for the room to cool off. By then, it was after 2 AM. 5 hours later when it started getting hot outside, the room heated up to over 28 degrees. The staff was friendly, but obviously cannot do anything about it. Also, no soap or shampoo in the shower and you get 1 pillow that has no stuffing. The hotel looms nice and I realize as an American, we are spoiled by good accommodation, but this hotel would be lucky to get 2 stars in the US.

Hotel sopravvalutato, la hall poco accogliente e buia, camera pulita ma piccola e con arredi antiquati. Colazione scarsissima e con macchinette del caffè rotte, prezzo non adeguato assolutamente al soggiorno, non lo consiglio e non ci andrò di nuovo, non vale un 4 stelle.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Most facilities need major updating. No coffee facilities and only plastic cups in room. No restaurant and nothing close by. Hotel claims to have shuttle service but this is actually the public transport bus that you have to walk to and pay.

Staff were not friendly or helpful. Only one member of staff attempted to be helpful. Others left you feeling like you had interrupted their entire day by asking for something as simple as a coffee.

Rooms were clean but only a sheet and very thin doona not in a cover provided. Pillows were horrible.

WiFi was dreadful. If you were a business traveller looking to do some work you would be very disappointed.

Not value for money as very expensive for what is provided. I would suggest looking elsewhere

The Hotel is isolated.
One restaurant and supermarket 15 mins walk away. 15 min drive to town if you have a car. Local bus to town.
VERY basic hotel rooms.
No kettle or tea/coffee facility. Plastic cups only.
No access to water unless you buy it. Can't refill water bottles in bathrooms.
Variable service received across our group for wifi, aircon, coldness of the fridge and cleaning depending on where room was located.
Beds were basic and pillows very deflated.
Staff were not willing to provide for the Gluten free members of the group. 30 euro breakfast was not worth it for what they could eat.
Assistance from reception staff was extremely variable, sometimes great other times we were made to feel like we were being unreasonable with what we were asking for. We were a large group and gave a lot of money to the hotel. e.g. Assisted one small group to order t/away dinner. Would not assist anyone else with the language barrier.
There are very few places to sit outside the room that are smoke free.
Only a plastic chair to sit in the room.
If you can't eat in the room then space should be provided to eat take away food/meals. This was finally provided toward the end of our stay.
Breakfast is the only meal provided.
1-2 nights would be OK for a business trip if your room as working wifi. Many of our group complained wifi was not working in their room.
Any more then two days stay and the breakfast offerings are "groundhog day." I found breakfast staff very accommodating but others in the group did not.
This is definitely not a hotel for children, families or large groups.

Industrial district, hotel = average, no restaurant. Sleep&Go.

Rooms ok no coffee making facilities or bottled water. No restaurant but they do have breakfast with decent coffee. Very bad location if you dont have a vehicle. Its is located in an industrial district city bypass area. Have stayed in other hotels in Ravenna which were not great but walking distance to everything especially great restaurants. Here you dont have that option. One good thing is gym is open 24 hours. Wouldnt recommend as a business hotel at all.

No way is this hotel 4 stars and it certainly is no good for business trips. A decent breakfast is available in the morning but apart from that no restaurant or food available. AC does not work in room The hotel is located in industrial area on a ravenna bypass. If you dont have a vehicle good luck getting something to eat. The hotel does have a bar but not sure anyone is working there Left hotel for meeting mid afternoon with sign on door to make up room. Came back later and they had taken the towels and not replaced them. Bin not emptied , bathroom not cleaned , no soap in shower. sign still on door. I took a shower then realised towels were gone. When raised with front desk the guy on desk wanted me to follow him outside to get clean towels??? Complained and he laughed avoid this hotel like the plague, it makes fawlty towers look like a well run hotel The girl on the desk during day is helpful
